I can't necessarily move on from this right away or ignore all the sad parts of it... But I do know that I need to figure out some way to do something.
But getting involved with whoever caused this isn't going to help me much either. It would be smarter to leave it to the heroes out there instead of trying to do anything.

I could feel the sudden change in my body as a few moments passed by, it was definitely weird to feel. I wasn't getting used to it in the slightest.
"Everything alright Saito?" Haru asks with a bit of confusion in his voice.
I probably looked weird or something as I was dealing with that increase in stats all of a sudden. But it'll be better if I just respond to him as normal.
"Yeah, just thinking about what happened to my family. It was all unexpected." I respond with a genuine tone.
"I feel you on that one. I'm hoping my family will pull through." Haru says with a bit of sadness in his voice.
It was true, my family was still on my mind after everything that happened. I didn't expect my parents to get their top half of their bodies taken off... That image is still engraved in my mind.
I don't know if I'll ever be able to get past that.
Normal people don't see things like that... Right? I doubt people just deal with experiences like that all the time, unless you're a cop or maybe a hero.
Otherwise... I shouldn't have saw that kind of thing in person. I know tragedies happen all the time so it does happen but it is awful.

I have a simple wave before continuing on my walk down the streets, listening to the cars that pass by. It was kind of quiet for once which felt odd since usually something was happening.
It didn't bother me that it was quiet, it was just different.

I haven't fully decided just yet. Maybe something to distract me for a little while, like gambling. I've not had any good distractions in awhile and all I did for the last few years... Was worked.
Working every single day was kind of exhausting so it would be nice to get a break for once.

After a bit of walking I find myself at one of the small game places that have all the machines I need. "Home of The Dragon". Doesn't sound like a gambling place in the slightest which is why so many gamblers like the place.
It makes you feel like you are going into a dungeon or the top of a mountain to fight a dragon instead.
But regardless of that, I entered the building and could see machines all around. There was a lot of people in here since it was also one of the best places to go.
I already know which machine I'll go with as well. Dead ahead I could see a machine with the title "Talentless Jackpot". That would be the one for me.
A guy was on the side of it wearing some fancy suit with dragon horns coming out his head, white hair, red eyes, definitely quite the fancy outfit.
I don't know how they come up with these designs but they are pretty neat. I've seen a lot of cool designs around but I have a good feeling about this one.
I'll definitely win some money from this one if I'm lucky enough. I am also quite talentless myself so maybe that will work in my favor.
