The imposing Marshal Puki stood atop Gida's cap, one mycelium tentacle wrapped around a strangely iridescent, clearly dubious Big Mushroom. He addressed Norris in the cockpit: "Come, Norris, open wide, ah—"
Norris looked up at the shadow cast by Marshal Puki, his face full of reluctance: "Boss, can't... can't someone else try it this time?"
"Norris!" The boss appeared deeply offended, "What do you mean by that? Do you really see me, your boss, as someone who just gets a kick out of picking on you?"
Though he knew this anger was probably ninety percent feigned, Norris instantly caved in.
Resigned to his fate, he closed his eyes tight, tilted his head back as if facing death, and opened his mouth wide, ready to meet his unknown fate.
"That's more like it."
Marshal Puki squeezed the tentacle, and colorful juice splashed all over, messily pouring into Norris's mouth and face.
