On no account should any actor injure another. Director Ten has been very specific about that rule and about bringing pets to work because of mistakes like this one, but Maeve had refused to listen.
"This woman is clearly lying mum, don't listen to her." Lucifurr wiggled out of her hold, but Rain didn't let him go. He wanted to explain himself. Rain was clearly lying, she had hurt her wrist herself.
He had seen her cut her wrist with her nails. Lucifurr has always known his aunt Rain to be deceitful, and tonight, he knew she wanted to put his mummy in trouble.
"The injury on your wrist doesn't even look like a cat bite," Maeve said Lucifurr purred. His mummy was really smart and observant.
"That's not for you to tell. I am the one with the injury and I'm telling you what happened to me." Rain said.
