Ciel's POV
"Finally!" I shouted. "We found it!"
"Quickly — trap the spell," Ael urged.
I extended my hand and summoned my magic. A large sphere of dark energy formed before me, humming with power as it expanded. Slowly, it began pulling in the residual magic around us, absorbing every lingering fragment of the spell.
The air trembled as the energy resisted — then surrendered.
Piece by piece, the fallen magic was drawn into the sphere until nothing remained.
At last, the cavern fell silent.
I sealed the sphere shut.
"Is that all?" Ael asked cautiously.
A small smile formed on my lips. "Yes," I replied softly. "That's all."
With a flick of my wrist, I made the sphere vanish into containment.
Then I turned to Serena and walked toward her.
"Thank you, my love," I said gently. "It's thanks to you that we found it."
She smiled faintly. "While searching, I sensed a strange magical pressure," she explained. "I followed it… and it led me here."
