Jimmy introduced to Louise.
Tan Tu Town is a small town located northwest of Metropolis, close to the sea. Most of the residents in the town make a living by fishing, and it is a very quiet and peaceful town.
"Remains?"
Louise looked at the puddles of blood on the distant pier in surprise, her face showing an astonished expression.
"Yes."
Jimmy said, leading her further inside.
The closer they got, the more Louise could smell the fishy odor emanating from the pier, mixed with the pungent smell of blood, and another unknown scent, making her feel like vomiting.
"Officer Wilson!"
Reaching near the cordon, Jimmy greeted a middle-aged Black police officer.
The Black police officer walked over to them, opened the blockade, and let them in.
"Louise, this is Officer Wilson, we knew each other before, and he's the one who told me about this news!"
Jimmy introduced with a hint of pride to Louise.
"Hello!"
Officer Wilson shook hands with Louise, "Jimmy is a very good person; he helped me a lot before."
The seemingly kind Wilson led the two towards the center of the scene. "Things are a bit complicated. Half the town's residents are gone. Some suspect it's an organized murder case, but others suspect it's some kind of wild beast!"
"Hey! Wilson, where the hell have you been? This place is a mess, and you're off wandering around with some unknown people!"
As Wilson was speaking, a Black man in a police uniform walked over and said aggressively.
"Sheriff Wilson is just accompanying us to look around."
Louise pulled out the military ID card her father had made for her, which she always used, and said to the displeased Black man.
"Sheriff?"
The Black man narrowed his eyes and glanced at the ID in Louise's hand. "I'm the Sheriff! Wilson is just my deputy!"
"Sir—"
Wilson was about to explain to his superior, but was directly interrupted by the other party, "There are already enough people participating in the investigation here. I don't want irrelevant people to interfere with our investigation!"
"Excuse me!"
Louise frowned, no longer paying attention to the shouting Black Sheriff, and walked straight past him.
"Hey, stop them!"
The furious Black Sheriff immediately shouted to those around him.
"Sir."
Wilson said to the Black Sheriff, "They have a lot of influence in the Department of Defense. These Navy personnel probably won't clash with them."

Seeing the Black Sheriff no longer paying attention to him, Jimmy let out a long sigh of relief.
He secretly pressed the hidden camera in his bag, taking candid photos of the pier scene.
"Splash!"
On the wooden pier extending out, two figures emerged from the water.
Startled, Jimmy looked down and found that it was "frogmen" divers surfacing from the water.
"Oh my god! If I didn't have this gear to go underwater, I think it would have killed me by now!"
The diver surfaced, breathing heavily and complaining.
The diver's gaze went to the shore and he noticed a figure standing on another pier not far away, with both hands in a strange posture, placed over his eye sockets.
It seemed as if he was using his fingers to magnify his eyes, looking out into the sea.
Louise and Jimmy, standing above, followed the diver's gaze and also noticed this somewhat goofy-looking blonde man.
"Hey, what are you doing?"
Louise walked over and asked him curiously.
"I'm looking!"
Arthur, the blonde, sunny-looking future Aquaman, ignored Louise's question and continued to speak while pressing his eye sockets, as if unleashing a special ability.
An invisible wave spread outwards!
Arthur used this wave to detect the distant ocean, hoping to find something.
Louise, taken aback, swallowed and asked him, "So what did you see?"
"Nothing."
Louise: "…"
Not realizing his image had become goofy, Arthur continued with a serious expression, "Nothing responded to me, nothing at all!"
"Uh…"
Louise was about to say something when she suddenly heard a voice from afar.
"I found something!"
The diver pulled an adult-sized package from the bottom of the water.
The package glowed with a sickly white light, and viscous threads gathered on it, like a giant silkworm cocoon.
Seeing something being salvaged from the bottom of the water, all personnel on site gathered around, and Louise and Jimmy also ran over.
"This is…!"
Looking at the salvaged object, which resembled a giant silkworm cocoon, everyone was greatly astonished!
"It looks like a cocoon!"
The officer in charge of the on-site investigation used a tool to peel back a corner of the sticky, unpleasantly smelling cocoon and said to everyone.
Arthur, standing on the periphery, heard a low, ominous sound.
"Eat them! Eat them! Food! They are food! Food! Food!"
"Everyone get out of here, hurry to shore!"
