In the hearts of the Gods, Hecate, Goddess of the Moon, had always been a mysterious existence.
Not to mention Gods like Athena and Apollo, who were born after the Titan War, even Gods who had experienced the Titan War and worked with her during Cronus's reign, such as Helius, God of the Sun, and Selene, Moon Goddess, found it difficult to clearly state how powerful she was.
They only knew that whether in the Titan era or the current era of the Gods, Hecate had always been a being feared by the rulers of the time, yet untouchable; she controlled the ultimate mysteries of magic, seemed capable of manipulating the rules of all things in the world, and could exploit loopholes within every God's authority, stealing that sliver of 'chance' that the Gods could not control.
In Cronus's era, she held the title of 'Great Goddess' and simultaneously enjoyed offerings from the three realms: Heaven, Underworld, and Ocean. This treatment remained unchanged even after the Greek World changed hands and the three brothers of Zeus came to power.
The Gods could only vaguely guess her strength based on the ambiguous attitudes of Zeus and Cronus, the two successive God Kings, towards Hecate. Hecate's strength should be above some powerful Main Gods, even stronger than Poseidon when he was not in the ocean, Hades when he was not in the Underworld, and Zeus before he controlled lightning.
As for how Hecate's strength compared to Poseidon when he was within the sea, the Gods naturally did not know. However, now, Poseidon had to face not only Hecate but also her first disciple, Ares, the God of War. This Main God, who controlled War, was also at the peak level among the Fourth Generation Main Gods, on par with Athena. From the several clashes between him and Poseidon just now, it was clear that Ares was not at all intimidated by Poseidon.
A Goddess of Magic with unknown strength, whose lower limit was that of a normal God King, plus the strongest God of War among the Fourth Generation Main Gods, naturally firmly suppressed Poseidon's side. Therefore, upon seeing Hecate's stance, the Sea God's gaze also shifted to the sky, looking at his niece, who was temporarily on the same battle line as him.
However, Athena, who wielded wisdom as her spear, would not personally enter the fray unless absolutely necessary. So when Poseidon signaled her with his eyes, Athena looked to the sky, ignoring him. Instead, Artemis and Apollo, the siblings who were originally among the ranks of the Gods, stood up and came to the edge of the clouds.
They did not jump down like the God of War to directly confront Poseidon, but instead took out their bows and arrows, aiming at their uncle, expressing their stance.
"Apollo, Artemis, is this your attitude?"
Seeing the actions of the Sun God and Moon Goddess, Poseidon felt an unprecedented sense of grievance.
"Sorry, Uncle, my sister and I didn't want things to come to this."
Apollo raised an eyebrow:
"But, after all, my child and Artemis's followers have chosen to stand against you, and isn't backing one's children what parents should do? Just like you're angry for the deceased Amikos."
"Precisely."
Artemis softly echoed her brother:
"Poseidon, although we are not skilled in War, at a time like this, we must stand up for our children."
"Oh, oh, oh."
On the ground, upon seeing Artemis and Apollo stand out, Asclepius could not help but say:
"Father and Aunt Artemis are still the most reliable... Kacha kacha!"
Before he could finish speaking, his neck was choked by Atalanta's Bow of the Heavens from behind. The green-haired girl behind him had red glints in her eyes and spoke word by word:
"Do not profane the Goddess of the Hunt!"
With four Main Gods on their side, the Argo Heroes supporting Medea felt much more secure. Atalanta even had the leisure to deal with Asclepius, who was running his mouth.
And upon seeing this result, Poseidon continued to speak to Athena:
"Athena, this time, are you really planning to reconcile with me?"
Athena lowered her head slightly, and seeing Poseidon's displeased expression, she knew that she could no longer evade this time.
However, she had already prepared for this. The Goddess sighed slightly, rose from the clouds, and then gently bowed to Zeus, who stood at the highest point, saying:
"Oh, great Father of the Gods, our dispute is unavoidable, but I ask you to make a just judgment."
Athena, with this turn, once again shifted the blame to Zeus.
However, as the King of the Gods, Zeus had actually long wanted to take over this matter. So, the thunder in his hand roared again, stopping the Gods' escalating tension. Then, he looked down at Hecate, who stood beside Ares, and inquired:
"Hecate, Goddess, is your stance the stance of the entire Underworld, or your personal stance?"
"It has nothing to do with the Underworld," Hecate stated frankly. "I'm just here to protect my lovely little disciple."
"Is that so?" Zeus felt a slight relief upon hearing this.
If Hecate had come on behalf of the Underworld, it would mean that his elder brother, who was living in seclusion somewhere unknown, also intended to participate in this matter. But with only Hecate, it was relatively easier to handle.
Therefore, Zeus cleared his throat and made his judgment:
"Among the Olympus Gods, such despicable means should not be used to seize each other's faith. The faith of Poseidonia Kingdom originally belonged to Poseidon, so it shall continue to belong to Poseidon's domain."
"Perseus conspired to usurp the faith of Poseidonia Kingdom, and his sin is grave. However, considering that he was wholeheartedly serving the Olympus Gods, he can be leniently punished. From now on, Perseus is stripped of the qualification to board the Argo and can only complete his great deeds on his own. Athena, as Perseus's Main God, was lax in her supervision and must also receive a corresponding punishment. Athena, you shall serve the new king of Poseidonia Kingdom for one month, helping him rebuild the Sea God's faith."
"Yes."
Athena, above the clouds, accepted Zeus's judgment. Seeing this, Perseus, below the clouds, also obediently bowed his head and accepted the outcome.
"Secondly, the conflict between Poseidonia Kingdom and the Argo Heroes was initiated by Amikos's provocation; the Argo Heroes merely acted in self-defense. Therefore, Poseidon, you cannot pursue the matter of Amikos's death any further."
"Impossible!"
Poseidon objected.
"Then what do you want to do?"
Zeus lowered his hand and asked.
"These Heroes want to leave? They can," Poseidon pointed at the Argo Heroes in front of him. "But these slaves and this sorceress must pay the price for this."
Zeus frowned, looked at Hecate standing in front of Medea, and then said:
"Then you cannot attack any other Argo Heroes besides Medea. As for these slaves and Medea, heh, if you have the ability, go make them pay the price yourself."
