Zharina continued while staring at the sky above the ruined arena. "I never spoke to anyone about what happened to Master. How he went missing. His story. The Celestials. None of it."
She took a breath.
"Very few people in this world even know that Celestials exist. Fewer still know about their corruption. But none of them know that these beings will be the very reason for the coming calamity. The apocalypse that will swallow this world."
Her voice steadied. "I haven't shared my ambition or the real reason I chose to be here with anyone else. Only you."
