Satou stood at the edge of it and felt Chronus's awareness move.
Not toward him specifically.
Toward the northwest.
Toward Morgana.

Morgana reached the northwest anchor three minutes after splitting from the group.
She'd run the calculation continuously since they separated — which anchor to target first, what approach gave her the cleanest disruption angle, what the secondary effects would be on the overall working structure and how Chronus would likely respond to those effects. Three months of a Tenth Seat demon lord's focused preparation hadn't been spent exclusively on building the working's architecture. Some of it had been spent on defending it. The six anchor structures that weren't adjacent to Chronus's position had less direct defensive fortification — but less direct didn't mean none.
She approached the northwest anchor from the west, giving herself a sight line on the structure that let her read its configuration before committing to a disruption approach.
