Location the New Earth: Washington, D.C; the Hall of Justice
It been a month since the death of Green Arrow, along with Black Canary quitting the Justice League, much has happened, as Batman not only informed the protégés of the late Green Arrow of the Emerald Archer's passing, but after the League and those closest to Oliver Queen, mourned the best that they could, he made a official statement, along with the representative of the X-men, Matt Murdock aka Daredevil, about the situation at hand.
The murder of two great heroes, Green Arrow and Cyclops of the X-men...for an entire week, a second memorial was held by the superhero community, as the League gathered again, in the Earth base headquarters in Washington, the Hall of Justice.
The Hall is massive building, composed of brilliant marble, with a architecture based after the Cincinnati Union Terminal in Ohio.
When the League was first starting, they used this monumental location, as a headquarters until the Watchtower was build and became the Justice League, main base of operations.
Now the Hall, serves a museum, documenting and displaying great moments, and deeds of the League and it's members, Batman and Superman, together they'd organized a special memorial for Green Arrow, not only is there a holographic display on the Watchtower in space, but in the Hall, a special statue and plack is going to revealed.
As countless civilians, have gathered outside the Hall, and the entire League, was present in the entrance of the Hall, at the top of the grand stairway, with Wonder Woman, Green Lantern, Vixen, Aquaman, Batman, Atom, Shazam, Martial Manhunter, and Flash were standing beside Superman in the center, who was standing behind a small podium, giving a respectivable elegy for Green Arrow.
As many people, were crying for the man that has fought for the Earth and humanity, for countless years, in fact many that are gathered in this final memorial for the Green Arrow, are residents of Star City, that made the trip to honor their hero.
Holding candles, and some even offering a prayer, as the kryptonian, protector of Metropolis, in his glory...but sorrowfully addressing the masses.
Superman spoke of Green Arrow with respect, and sadness hinted in his tone, recalling all the heroic deeds of the late archer, and also telling small stories of their interactions with the man.
A friend...a brother...a trusted companion, and a true hero, that sacrificed himself to save the people of the desolated Hawaii, some of the Hawaiian people, have also gather and are within the crowd, showing their gratitude respect to the late hero, as well.
From afar Black Canary...or better said Dinah Lance, along with the newly formed Team Arrow were watching the memorial, all wearing black, as the only ones not with them being Will, Roy, and Artemis that have remain in the Young Justice, but knowing those three, their most likely mixed within the crowd also paying, their last respects to their dear mentor, Dinah, she was fighting back the tears, as her engagement ring was now hanging around her neck in a black string.
Dinah, she swore on Ollie's grave, that she'll cut the name of her lover...her late fiancée's in the heart of the bastards, and she'll keep this ring, as her symbol of devotion to him, and retribution for him, as the memorial was closing it's end, another memorial was still being held, for another fallen hero.
Location Salem, Westchester County; New York, 1407 Graymalkin Lane-X Manor
All the mutant community, along with several renowned heroes, from the Avengers, from Tony Stark to Sam Wilson, Defenders, Matt Murdock to Elektra, and even some of the Midnight Suns have come to the grand X Manor, to pay respect to Scott Summers, aka Cyclops.
Some of those Midnight Suns being Dr. Strange, Blade a dhampier vampire hunter, a African American with a sharp look, a muscular built, a flat-top hairstyle, wearing all black clothes, from his trench-coat, leather gloves, pants, boots, and sunglasses, and lastly of the Suns, a former X-man, that left like Bobby to carve a their own path, as a hero, this is a teenager, angsty blonde beauty, with long hair, with a six-pron crown on her hair, in black mourning clothes, her name is Illyana aka Magik.
All the X-men were wearing black, Logan, Hank, Pietro, Kitty, Ororo, Xavier, Kurt, Anna Marie, Wanda, Jubilee, Daniel, and Warren, while Jean, she'd was coming down a flowed, paved path, holding a picture frame of Scott, with many students of the X Manor, following the telepathic mutant, as she walked over to the wooden stage, built for this memorial.
As the mentioned stage, only Xavier accompanied by Storm and Beast were standing there, with a flowered reet, waiting for Scott picture, as the rest of the X-men, they were standing at the base of the stage, waiting to say their words of respect and farewell to Cyclops.
Matt, he'd represented and told the public of Cyclops heroic death, remaining on the island Hawaii, whilst his teammates, rush to fly out survivors, from the flames and the Forsaken, even mutant-haters, remained quiet and offered some...meager...respect for Cyclops, final deeds.
Saving unknown amount of people, from certain death, the ones most affected by this death, are the mutants, and heroes.
Losing such a longtime hero, and friend, by the hands of a monster, one of the same monster responsible for Bobby aka Iceman's gruesome death in Hell's Kitchen.
Xavier, managed to get as much information of the Forsaken from the Avengers, and SHIELD, but apart of Golem, the green toned chimera like reptile monster, no information was recorded, apart some brief interaction with that Infernal Lord.
Plus this new monster, a female horse made of candy, with clear signs of insanity, and cannibalistic tendencies...since that mare, seems to have no limit for anything or anyone that she'll wouldn't devour, her fight with Wolverine has proven those tendencies, insane quirks, and other information.
Wolverine, he gave all that personal experience against Candymare, as she was introduced as, Fury and Batman were grateful for this new information, but that didn't matter at the moment.
Was is important, is to respect Scott's final memorial ceremony, Xavier, he slightly glanced onto the far off streets, at the end of the manor, far from the notice of many of these young mutants, and people, under a blackish-brown coat and fedora, he saw his old friend and rival, Erik, and he wasn't alone.
Next to Magneto, was a woman in a black business suit,with a proper, and stoic attitude...it's most likely this is Mistique, under a disguise.
They came to show their proper, last respect to a well known, and respected young mutant...a fellow homo-superior, that has also fallen in the hands of these monsters, that are also in the way of mutant supremacy.
Magneto, tightened his fist in raw anger, absolutely hating the death of a brother, especially in a worthless manner, while is more than likely 40% of Hawaii or more are mutants, those lives are sacred, Magneto and many in the Brotherhood, believed that X-men should have focus solely on the rescue of their fellow mutants, if they done this, Cyclops might be alive right now.
Standing with them in this upcoming war, or more fitting fight in this war already being waged, between mutants, outworlders, and these vile monsters of the Forsaken.
And while the whole world mourned, cried, scream, and demanded justice for their two fallen heroes, all that suffering, hatred, and pain, it's sweet nourishment and power to the Lord of the Forsaken.
He and the whole Forsaken have been watching, and listening to the screams, wails, and pain, accumulating massive amounts of dark emotions, and soon the next stage of this little scavenger hunt, so for now the Forsaken will let the people of New Earth stew in their sorrows, racking in the benefits.

A month has gone by, the masses have scorn the Forsaken from the deaths of Cyclops and Green Arrow, right now Mao was dying of laughter and excitement, as he looked at his stats.

Nearly 800K Chaos Points, already Mao was planing for the next encounter with the heroes, the element that he's chosen to be the next marker of the Nature's Heart Core, and that element is Ice.
Mao was smiling with excitement, at the next move, causing utter mayhem while he himself goes to the country of the best representation of chosen element, the North Pole, becoming the bait for all the big guns of the heroes, maybe facing off with Hulk, Thor, Iron Man, Superman, Shazam, and more.
With Mao's powers, and experience in using them, plus with his future plans to summon new wives along with some Infernal Lord, as well, and Mao also wants to empower himself to better take on, whoever the Avengers, Justice League, and other faction is about to sent to the North Pole, to take him on.
Thinking about it, as he looked around his overlord like throne chamber, with minions and maid drones scrambling around the place, this is one of the rare moments, that Mao was by himself.
Currently Cyn and the others are stalking, and hunting the Chicagoans in some hunting games, with some of the Infernal Lords, joining in on the fun.
With the exception of Abathur, Blackmore, Kefka, and Doflamingo, but aside that, Mao choices for Infernal Lord first is Arakune from Blazblue, the mutated slime nightmare, that once was a scientist and apprentice of Kokonoe herself, obsessed with discovering a link between the Boundary, the Blue Grimoire, and the Black Beast and eventually managed to find a way to briefly enter the Boundary.
Thus Roy was slowly becoming Arakune, a insane creature that is a black goo, that wear a blank white mask, capable of commanding, and even transforming his body into insects.
By fixing the near schizo mentality and broken speech, of course Mao plan of keeping the Arakune persona, just make him consume and assimilate Roy completely, his intellect, coherence, and abilities, making Arakune not only a monster in fighting and overwhelming victims, with commanding legions of insectoid minions, but also attack with insect limbs.
Plus Mao will get a capable scientist, that can rival many supergeniuses, since Kokonoe taught him herself, Arakune, should be capable in both science and arcanelogy.
Next the other Infernal Lord Mao plans to summon is the main antagonist of a unique, style of horror game, that is Bendy or more specifically the Ink Demon, a demonic, and corrupt ink cartoon that possess many powers that will make him, a monster to DC and Marvel heroes.
Super physical abilities, capable of commanding and invoking ink, where he reign as a Demon God, capable of consuming flesh and being or prey, and him being a cartoon, he is capable of transporting people to his own playground fictional Joey Drew Studios.
All of the Ink Demon's power, even Hulk and Superman will have difficulty against the monstrous dancing demon, and lastly of the Infernal Lords that Mao is about to summon, well a all time favorite antagonist in a wide-stranding series, he's planing to summon a Predator, specifically Scarface from Concrete Jungle.
Scarface, the New Way Devil, one of the first non-comic predator that has a unique personality, with a bit of sadistic streak throughout the game, and some comics as well.
This along with him, actually achieving a successful hunt out of all the predators of that era, was the leading reasons for Mao choosing Scarface out of many predators, as for the things he'll give to Scarface, Mao will gear him with not only all the weapons and equipment from the game, but also other weapons from other renowned yautja aka predators, along with equipping him with Ritual Armor-Set from Concrete Jungle as well.
A perfect hunter, and killer that can track down, several keen targets that will drive many characters crazy, just like Sabrewulf did to Black Canary, making such a stickler for the no-kill rule, embrace killing and maiming.
This is the curse of selfless heroes, they basically hold their hearts outside their bodies, and once that taken away, only darkness and insanity awaits, to quote a master, "...the one thing that can turn, a righteous man, into a stone cold killer. A hero into a criminal. Is one bad day." as well as, "Madness is like gravity. All it needs, is a little push." all true.
Mao and Sabrewulf gave Black Canary that needed push, as that one, one bad day, was enough to push her over...but it's still not enough, with more loss and pain, she'll be a killer that both Carnage and Joker will applaud and share notes with.
Mao stood up from his throne, laughing in excitement, when Arakune, Bendy, and Scarface join the Forsaken, then he'll start for the North Pole fun, maybe...he can wait for that, why let the Forsaken have all the fun, right now HYDRA, the Brotherhood, and Lex Luthor are eager, but still staying on the bench, maybe it's time to get the villains hyped for the chaos.
Rising his clawed-gauntlet hand, immediately minions scrambled over, saying "yes mastah", "what need mastah?", "minions here!!", smiling at his loyal little gremlins, he said, "Minions, I need you all to send...a message to certain people."
