"Lord Grimm," one of the Grimm Troupe spoke.
Grimm, who was busy cataloging and archiving the different species of this new realm, looked up from his work and spoke.
"What is it?" he asked the goetic troupe member.
"Lord Stygian has requested your presence," the goetic demon spoke.
"My Lord? What, pray tell, does he require of me?" Grimm asked his servant.
"Unfortunately, I am not privy to such information. That is why your presence is of the utmost importance."
"Hmm, very well." Grimm got up from his seat and began to walk toward the exit of his tent.
As Grimm continued to walk, he would occasionally take quick glances toward the many performers practicing and entertaining the many demons and insects that would stumble upon or visit his troupe.
And as he continued to look toward his troupe members with a smile on his face, a certain insect quickly turned his kind smile into a frown.
"TROBBIO!" the insect exclaimed as he threw glitter bombs around the stage, causing the demons and insects watching to clap and cheer due to the pyrotechnics and the amazing performance.
Even though the audience loved watching TROBBIO perform, Grimm didn't share the same sentiment.
Grimm saw TROBBIO as an arrogant diva that didn't deserve the spotlight. He lacked the elegance and poise needed by all performers to be truly... perfect.
Grimm watched as TROBBIO performed and amazed the audience with his... subpar performance. But despite hating his guts and despising him with a passion, he was now a member that Lady Hornet personally recommended.
And with what Grimm had observed thus far, TROBBIO didn't disappoint.
Continuing his walk and finally reaching the exit of the tent, Grimm took a deep breath before turning into a swarm of insects and began flying through the streets of the Pentagram.
As Grimm flew through the streets of the entertainment district, he would occasionally use this moment to spread terror and fear among the unlucky few that would get in his way.
He reveled in their screams, their terror, and their fear.
Their emotions fed him and allowed him to stay in this form for far longer than normal and allowed him to save his energy for anything more important.
This rather cruel form of feeding also made the worst day for all sinners his favorite. What sinners call Death Day, Grimm calls a buffet.
The almost endless amount of dread and fear that this day generates allows him to temporarily ascend into his god's form:
The Nightmare King. With this power, he rivaled even the ruling Sins... for about ten minutes before he turned back to his regular form.
As Grimm continued to fly and collect the fears of the sinners, he felt as though he had enough energy to accomplish his goal and quickly flew up into the crimson sky.
He looked for the mountain range surrounding his Lord's kingdom, and once he located it, he quickly began enhancing his many forms, and with a loud boom, he soared the skies of Hell and reached the Pale Kingdom.
As he soared above the kingdom, he used this moment to return to his original form and slowly landed in front of the gates of the castle.
Walking forward, Grimm was quickly greeted by the guards of the castle and, without much drama, they opened the entrance to let him in.
Giving them a small bow, Grimm entered the castle and, without wasting time, made his way toward his Lord's personal office.
He didn't bother looking around, since he already knew what was in store around this castle, so nothing could surprise him and make him lose his composure in front of his Lord.
Walking through the meeting room, he opened the doors to enter his Lord's office, and what he saw... well, it wasn't this.
In front of him was his Lord sitting in his chair with a cold and disappointed... expression? It was rather hard to tell when his face was nearly impossible to read.
And on the floor was his half-sister, Lady Morningstar. During his younger days, she would care for and play with him whenever he felt lonely... or she felt lonely.
The Princess of Hell, for the most part, was prostrating herself and was profusely apologizing about something that involved the insect named Shakra.
He couldn't quite understand the Princess of Hell's ramblings. Despite his enhanced hearing, her speech was far too difficult to comprehend and understand.
"My Lord... you wish to see me?" Grimm spoke, trying to break the awkward atmosphere by inserting himself in.
This caused Charlie to finally stop her nonsensical ramblings. She looked up, and with tears, she quickly got up and hugged Grimm.
"Holy shit, Grimm! I'm so glad you're here!" the Princess spoke, burying her face into his cape.
"My Lord... what exactly is happening?" Grimm, still utterly confused, asked the obviously disappointed Stygian.
The crowned prince looked at his servant with a piercing glare that caused shivers to run up his spine, and slowly he opened his mouth with sickening cracks that would cause anyone who wasn't prepared to either faint or, in worse cases, die of fear.
"Grimm..." the Prince spoke darkly.
Grimm didn't dare speak, for he knew if his Lord was this mad, he clearly had a righteous and important reason.
"My sister... she's... dating one of my servants." The Prince spoke in horror, like a thousand knives pierced his very soul.
Grimm stood there in silence, unsure what to say in this moment. But despite all that, he slowly opened his mouth and spoke one singular word.
"What?"
