Gengar's charge continued. Before reaching Arcanine, Kadabra moved it away and Teleported to safety.

Though Charizard and Arcanine's attacks seemed ineffective, they were draining Gengar's energy. Still, it wasn't enough to defeat it quickly.
Each Gengar charge forced Kadabra to use Teleport and Ally Switch repeatedly, exhausting it.
Soon, Gu Yuan noticed Kadabra growing tired.

The power of Flamethrower couldn't match Fire Blast, and without Arcanine and Chansey's help, the balance was broken.
As Gengar charged again, it successfully avoided Arcanine, but its psychic power was near depletion.
Seeing this, Gengar changed its target to Kadabra.
"Charizard, use Dragon Rush!"
Gu Yuan recalled Kadabra into its Poké Ball while having Charizard attack to prevent Gengar from interrupting.
Suddenly, Gengar redirected toward Charizard.
