Dane's idea finally proved feasible. After he operated on it, the dream sand became much more docile.
But the time was short, and he didn't do more with this soul.
In his mind, an artificial intelligence like Cortana is a truly qualified assistant; dream sand, which starts to run wild without its Master, is definitely not acceptable.
He wanted to try, perhaps he could program a soul? This would be a very interesting subject.
After subduing the soul of the dream sand, Dane manipulated the sand to return to its original form, and then the sand wriggled back into a small pouch.
Dane and Constantine walked forward, opened the door, and inside was a woman.
If no accident, this person was Constantine's ex-girlfriend, Rachel.
But her condition was very bad; her body had been so eroded by dream sand that it was beyond recognition.
The woman was covered in sores and rotting flesh, emaciated, and Constantine could barely recognize her.
"Rachel!" he exclaimed.
Constantine was heartbroken and worried, and he couldn't help but move a little closer to her.
But Rachel was now delirious, unable even to see the person standing in front of her, just smiling foolishly, as if immersed in some wonderful dream.
Although Constantine was nicknamed "Scumbag Kang," he actually had a sentimental side.
So, seeing Rachel in such a miserable state, he couldn't help but plead with Dane: "Boss, please save her..."
Dane understood his current feelings and patted him on the shoulder.
"Don't worry, we'll find a way."
He stepped forward and examined her carefully, finding that Rachel's internal organs had suffered multiple irreversible damages, no wonder Dream Lord couldn't save her in the original work.
Without the dream sand, her body was rapidly heading towards Death.
But coincidentally, Dane was now the God of Death.
So he used his authority to temporarily reject Rachel's Death, which prevented her injuries from worsening.
However, this act could not last too long; Dane was not yet able to directly refuse a person's Death and grant them Eternity like Death.
What's more, this woman had already reached the end of her life.
But to persist until she was healed was not a problem.
"Your ex-girlfriend's internal organs have all failed, and no medical technology on Earth can reverse this process.
But you are very lucky, I have gained a very useful ability."
As Dane spoke, he snapped his fingers, and he, Constantine, and Rachel on the bed instantly teleported to the Kryptonian medical bay.
"Cortana." Dane called out into the air.
Someone answered in the empty cabin: "I am here."
Dane pointed to Rachel on the bed: "Extract this woman's genetic information and clone a new body."
Morpheus couldn't cure Rachel because he wanted to work on Rachel's body, which was naturally impossible.
But Dane was different; if the current body wasn't working, he could just get a new one.
Even Lex Luthor had cloning technology, and Dane, having studied Kryptonian technology, naturally had it too, and it was more complete and comprehensive.
It's just that to mature Rachel's clone to her current age might shorten the theoretical lifespan of the other party, but this was a completely worthwhile price.
Then, once he used the gift of life to put Rachel's soul back into this new body, she would be reborn.
Dane slapped Constantine hard: "You've hit the jackpot!"
"Huh?" Constantine scratched his head, what did I hit?
But suddenly, a flash of lightning crossed his mind.
"Shit!"
He suddenly understood, this was a new body!
A healthy, drug-free, and most importantly, an intact body!
And he vaguely remembered that Rachel's kung fu was very good; no, he couldn't think any further, he needed a cigarette to calm down.
Constantine thanked Dane very seriously: "Thank you very much, Boss!" He called him Boss with heartfelt conviction.
Dane waved his hand, leaving a dashing figure behind.
Rachel's new body still needed some time to develop and grow, and during this time, Constantine would take care of her every step of the way.
As for Dane, he continued to be busy collecting artifacts.
The dream sand was already in hand, and his next target was the Dream Lord's helmet, which was now in Hell.
But Shazam didn't know how to open the gates of Hell, but it didn't matter, he returned to Los Angeles and came to the Lux bar again.
Still, only Lucifer was sitting alone in a corner, drinking, and Dane unceremoniously sat opposite him.
"Your bar business is really bad!"
"It's daytime!" Lucifer couldn't help but retort. He looked closely at Dane and suddenly said, "You've found those artifacts?"
"One of them!" Dane corrected him, and then he took out the sandbag.
Lucifer just glanced at it and knew it was genuine. His eyes instantly became a little strange.
"You didn't just pick it up on the street, did you? I told you about it yesterday, and today you brought one over?"
For Dane, this artifact was indeed as good as a freebie.
However, it was also fortunate that he had gained a very powerful ability from Death, which allowed him to subdue the dream sand so easily.
He also had to be glad that he had pulled Constantine into the Justice League in advance, otherwise, he would have missed out on such a good thing.
Dane didn't waste any more words: "I have met your conditions, now it's time for you to fulfill your promise."
Lucifer smiled as he took out a very crude-looking key.
How to describe this key? It was like a medieval manor gate key, with very simple teeth, only four, and it was a bit large.
Dane took it, and a heavy force instantly pressed into his hand.
Fortunately, this weight was nothing to Shazam, who possessed Super Strength. He held the key up to his eyes, observing it carefully, and his magic delved into the key's core.
This key was somewhat like a Portkey in "Harry Potter," its main function being to allow free travel throughout all areas within Hell.
And it could also freely travel between Earth and Hell. In Hell, some inter-dimensional gates even led to the fourth dimension, which was the realm of the gods.
After handing over the key, Lucifer felt completely relieved, as if he had gotten rid of a heavy burden.
He crossed his legs, drank heavily in the bar, and raised his glass to Dane, gesturing:
"Now you are the Lord of Hell, Dane Davis."
Dane smiled and drank the wine he offered, humbly saying: "Not yet, at least not yet."
In his plan, he would only make a strong claim over all of Hell after collecting the three artifacts, and now, he was going to find the second one.
So he asked Lucifer: "Do you know which area of Hell a demon named Choronzon is in? Preferably his exact location."
Lucifer shrugged: "I've been away from Hell for a long time, Dane, and I don't remember many demons."
"But you can ask Beelzebub and Azazel, they should know more clearly."
In the power structure of Hell, Lucifer was not the sole ruler.
In terms of actual management, Hell was jointly governed by Lucifer, Beelzebub, and Azazel.
Although Lucifer claimed that he was forced to give up two-thirds of his dominion due to the oppression of the Great Darkness.
But Dane knew that the so-called Great Darkness was just an alias he used.
Dividing the dominion was Lucifer's self-directed and self-acted play, and the reason was merely because he was bored and wanted to have fun.
But Beelzebub and Azazel obviously took themselves seriously.
Beelzebub even secretly found five other powerful Demon Lords to form a demonic alliance called "Rock of Eternity" in order to monopolize the power of Hell.
Does it feel a bit familiar?
That's right, this so-called Rock of Eternity is a counterpart to the Rock of Eternity, the other side of evil.
They even had their own "Guardians," or rather, Conquerors.
They called him "Shabak," an alternative "Shazam" possessing the power of six Hell Demon Kings, and also the villain Boss in "Black Adam."
In the DC Universe, the ruler of Hell is called "Satan."
Satan is not the name of a specific demon; it is a title, similar to King of Demons, Lord of Hell, and so on.
And ever since the First of the Fallen met two other powerful demons in Hell, the position of "Satan" began to exist in a trinity form.
And this generation of Satan was jointly held by Lucifer, Beelzebub, and Azazel.
But Lucifer possessed the power to destroy all demons in Hell by himself, of course, this was in his prime.
Beelzebub and Azazel bowed to Lucifer's power, always willing to be subordinate to him.
But if another person wanted to be on equal footing with them, it was impossible to imagine with one's toes.
So, it's still necessary to show your fists!
