Eller stepped onto the Propulsion Vanguard, which had transformed into a flying device, and arrived at the place where Steve and Bucky were fighting.
At this time, their battle also reached its end. Bucky's secondary Adamantium armor was covered in cracks, and Steve was also breathing heavily. With just one final move, they would determine the victor.
