"As long as I also obtain Chaos Magic, I am confident I can defeat Kamen Rider in a frontal confrontation," Viper said confidently.
Viper believed that by gathering both Chaos Magic and the darkhold, she could sweep aside everything.

Dark magic power surged, and the magic book, coveted by countless dark mages, automatically flew into Viper's hand.
Viper carefully held the darkhold in her palm, and the book, imbued with mysterious magic, opened automatically, pouring out magic like an abyss.
The experimental personnel present all felt immense pressure, and auditory and visual hallucinations appeared in their ears; some heard the roars of evil spirits, some heard the screams of victims, and others saw the resentful spirits of their deceased parents.
"Ophelia!" Whitehall shouted at this moment, "Close that book quickly, the others won't be able to hold on!"

"Unstable? It's fine; I can use the magic from the darkhold to strengthen the machine," Viper said confidently.
"No wonder you strongly insisted that I bring the darkhold back first," Whitehall nodded, then said, "Follow me."
Whitehall led Viper out of that laboratory and into another laboratory on the same level, but with a different number.
In the center of the laboratory was a mysterious machine resembling a large frying pan, with power lines underneath and control devices around it.
"This is the machine we use to explore parallel Universes, Viper," Whitehall briefly introduced.
"Is this it?" Viper nodded, then opened the darkhold and began chanting in a language Whitehall couldn't understand.
This language didn't belong to any system Whitehall was familiar with; by the time Viper finished chanting the spell, the entire machine's exterior was entwined with black-green runes.
Viper closed the darkhold, then turned to Whitehall and said, "Now, this instrument can use the magic I input to locate and summon the life forms or objects we need."
"Can this spell be used multiple times?" Whitehall's eyes lit up.
"No," Viper refused, "I cannot use this spell too frequently; attracting the Sorcerer Supreme's attention is a minor matter, but if we draw the attention of extra-dimensional demon gods, or even higher mysterious existences, unpredictable things will happen."
Viper also had no experience using dark magic across the multiverse, so she was as careful as possible.
"You're right," Whitehall agreed with Viper's approach.
He pondered for a moment, then said, "How about we summon someone who can deal with Kamen Rider?"
"I was just thinking of summoning a killer specifically to eliminate Kamen Rider," Viper replied.
Whitehall suggested, "Good idea, but since he's being summoned, there's a high probability he won't listen to us and will be difficult to brainwash.
How about adding a keyword like 'product from an organization similar in nature to HYDRA'?"
"Interesting, then it's settled," Viper silently repeated the two key elements in her mind.

The spell ended, and a male figure appeared on the frying-pan-like platform.
He wore a black suit with a magenta shirt underneath, and a magenta twin-lens reflex camera hung around his neck.
"Are you the ones summoning the leader of Dai-Shocker?"
Upon hearing this, Viper and Whitehall exchanged glances, the same thought appearing in their minds.
It worked! We won't have to worry about Kamen Rider anymore!
