"Rocks D. Xebec," Vice-Captain Benn Beckman said slowly, drawing in a deep breath. "The Sea Overlord from thirty-six years ago."

"H-he actually beat a Four Emperor… how monstrous is that power?!"
"No! It's worse than that!" one pirate shouted. "Big Mom isn't just losing—she's been completely crushed!"

"Beating a Four Emperor isn't something anyone can do easily—not even Rocks," said ship doctor Dr. Dege.
"He made use of the environment well," Lime Jones added. "Cracking the ice beneath her and knocking Big Mom straight into the sea."
"Still," the officers said, nodding one after another, "a victory is a victory. Rocks the Overlord has won."
