I would rate this breakfast a four out of ten because Colson is here, but…. it's a zero.
Total zero! Absolute zero!
Not only does eating with him totally make me uncomfortable and unable to digest the food, his stagnant presence does worse.
For some reason, he has refused to leave.
After finishing his breakfast, he simply rests back on his chair and starts staring at me instead of leaving.
Like hello? Do you not have work to do?
Having to stew in his gaze while I already struggle to eat properly because of his mere presence feels impossible to me.
Plus, knowing that we are quite alone right now doesn't help the situation either.
I haven't been able to down a good amount of food, nor have I been able to even savor it.
I thought if I dawdle with my food and wait till Colson finishes and leaves, I'll have my time to myself and eat as I like.
But tell me why he has refused to budge even though he's done eating?
