Damn! Such good options for such a minor downside! The Oni ability is a lot like the Demon trait, but seems to be a lot more manageable. But the High Priestess Card seems to be insanely powerful.
I mean, the ability to slow time down to a crawl AND see the future for thirty minutes cannot be understated.

The downsides are just too much. A lot can happen in five days, especially in higher tiered worlds, and I'd probably end up losing the damn thing anyway, since this system doesn't come with an inventory.

Nah fr tho the penalties is listed in the Index as a takeable option, and the cursed roulette was sitting right there man. I couldn't resist.
Unfortunately, neither can Percival, so he got fucked up big time with them rolls, he just don't know it yet. He could have had an easy start, plan A was to put him in Xavier's home but nooo. He had to go and roll Horrible Night so now he gets plan B.
Not to mention the fact he rolled Orphan made the pick so much easier.
Now I don't really like the Perverted Aura. but given this isn't gonna be a smut fic (sorry lads, I know you crave degeneracy, but you'll still get the good ol fashioned violent kind) it's going to be a free clean for our boy anyways.
But good lord were the harvests fruitful today. Oni makes our boy a physical, monstrous powerhouse, like a strong surge of roids, but makes him ugly as hell. Daily Grind is essentially God Tier Imo, just having it on for a day makes you double the dude, a week and a half is 10x, and a month is 30. That's frankly insane.
Total Concentration is lit, especially if i can get Percival to develop a sub breathing. (Hint, he will be doing that) and any and all skills synergize with Teaching so win-win.
The real victory in my opinion is Sharpshooter. In a world like Marvel you gotta stay strapped, you know? Can't be caught lacking. Automatic Proficiency, Enhanced Senses and Scaling Power/Size are just the cherries on the sundae.
