Chapter 670 - Chapter 669: The Reckless Belial of Youth

"Tartarus ran the moment he saw me—

and you dare charge straight in?"

Yuzhou couldn't help but laugh as he stood calmly in place, speaking to Belial.

Belial answered with actions rather than words. His hands formed claws as he lunged forward, tearing through the air toward Yuzhou.

Yuzhou shook his head. Light gathered around his right fist, the halo of energy condensing into a devastating punch.

BOOM!!!!!

Belial hadn't even reached him before he was blasted away.

The wall behind him was smashed clean through, and Belial's figure vanished entirely.

"…He didn't just die, did he?"

Yuzhou was slightly surprised. He had already held back several layers of strength—yet Belial had still been sent flying that far.

Kaburagi Shinya's house, meanwhile, was officially uninhabitable after that single punch.

Stepping out through the hole in the wall, Yuzhou scanned the surroundings, trying to locate Belial.

Suddenly, the ground began to tremble.

A flash of light erupted from a distant corner, and moments later, a silver-and-red giant appeared in the middle of the street.

"I've never suffered such humiliation!"

After enlarging himself, Belial glared down at Yuzhou and immediately prepared to unleash his finishing beam, intending to annihilate him on the spot.

In truth, even if Belial fired his beam, it wouldn't be able to harm Yuzhou.

Though Yuzhou was still human-sized, he was in Glitter Form.

Belial's Deathcium Ray simply wasn't enough.

Glitter Barrier!

Countless particles of light enveloped Yuzhou's body. Before Belial's attack could fully discharge, the Glitter Barrier activated.

The massive beam poured down like a waterfall of destruction—

—and was stopped by Yuzhou with a single raised hand.

"What?!"

Belial's heart jolted.

"What?!"

Inside STORAGE headquarters, Hebikura—no, Juggler—was equally stunned.

An Ultraman had appeared in the city and was firing beams indiscriminately at urban areas.

When Juggler saw the image on the screen, his brow furrowed tightly.

"Belial… didn't he already turn over a new leaf?"

He clenched his fist slightly, feeling at a loss.

This was not a situation he could easily interfere in.

In truth, Juggler knew that as long as Riku was around, Belial shouldn't be acting like this.

And with Yuzhou on Earth, Belial definitely shouldn't have the freedom to run wild.

What Juggler couldn't understand was what exactly had happened to Belial.

Speaking of Riku—

The big eater himself was currently slurping instant noodles together with this world's Belial.

It had to be said—the instant noodles on this Earth were amazing.

But just as the two were enjoying their meal, the television suddenly cut to an emergency broadcast.

The news reported that an Ultraman had appeared in the city—and was actively destroying it.

"An Ultraman… destroying the city?"

Riku froze mid-bite, staring at the screen in confusion.

"That's probably some blind fool," Belial replied indifferently, finishing off his bowl.

"Fallen Ultramen aren't exactly rare."

"F-Father?!"

Riku suddenly stopped eating. His chopsticks fell to the floor.

"What is it, son?"

Belial looked at him, puzzled.

Riku pointed at the TV, his mouth hanging open.

Belial followed his gaze.

The moment he saw the screen; his indifference turned into pure rage.

"Where did this impostor come from—destroying my reputation?!"

Belial slammed his bowl down and leapt straight through the window.

Glass shattered as his body transformed into light, rapidly growing in size.

"Father!"

Riku didn't hesitate. He jumped out after him.

His father's battle was his battle. As a son, there was no way he would sit this out.

Transforming into Ultraman Geed (Primitive Form), Riku sped toward the scene alongside Belial.

Yuzhou casually deflected the Deathcium Ray, then allowed his body to expand.

Glitter Ultraman Tiga stood tall, dazzling beyond measure.

Juggler had already arrived on the scene. Seeing this, envy flickered in his eyes.

When will I ever be that strong… able to freely shift between special forms like him?

Yuzhou hooked a finger at Belial, signalling for him to attack however he pleased.

This kind of provocation was unbearable for Belial.

Enraged, he fired another Deathcium Ray—

—still completely useless.

Just as Belial was about to unleash a third attack, a massive silver foot slammed into his chest.

Boom!

Belial was kicked flying and smashed into the ground.

He looked up at the one who had attacked him—

—and froze.

"You… you are?!!!"

He pointed at the owner of that silver foot, disbelief written all over his face.

"I am?"

The newcomer laughed.

"I am Belial. Ultraman Belial."

"Impossible!"

The two Belials stared at each other, carefully examining their appearances.

There was no difference at all.

"So, you're the me from a parallel universe?"

The Belial of this timeline spoke first.

"Ah, so you're the Belial of this world."

The alternate Belial finally understood. He remembered now—this world did indeed have another version of himself.

"You're pathetic," the native Belial sneered mercilessly.

"Lowering yourself to serve someone like that."

By nature, Belial despised submitting to others.

That was why this Belial had always harboured hostility toward the "golden man" who meddled with parallel versions of himself.

"And you're any better?" the alternate Belial retorted as he stood up.

"You're completely empty-handed now."

"Who says that?"

At that moment, Geed descended from the sky, landing squarely between the two Belials.

"Hm?"

The alternate Belial examined Geed carefully.

Based on his appearance, this had to be the son Tartarus had mentioned—the child of this timeline's Belial.

"Wait—"

Riku scratched his head, looking back and forth between the two identical figures, utterly confused.

"Which one of you is my father?!"

He looked left.

Then right.

They were exactly the same.

Before things could get more awkward, Yuzhou walked over and pulled Riku aside.

"This fight doesn't concern you."

Yuzhou had no intention of interfering.

This was a battle between two Belials.

And Riku… was definitely not suited for this kind of identification test mid-fight.

One wrong punch, and things would get embarrassing fast.

"Geed, step aside."

One of the Belials waved him off.

"Let your father properly discipline this reckless youngster."
