While Seraphine and Aurelia were looking at Eden.
He was busy trying his best to feel the flow of Essence in his body.
Time passed, but there was no result.
This made Eden's body rigid as he gritted his teeth with annoyance, while Seraphine and Aurelia just watched him.
Before, he inhaled sharply as he threw his annoyance before trying once more.
But it was the same.
Not getting any result, even after more time has passed. Eden tried to focus again while clearing his mind.
His sister had told him that everything was about focus only. The more deeply he would focus, the easier it would be for him.
So he did that.
He focused his senses only on his body; it was hard, and it took him some time to achieve this, but in the end, it happened.
His senses were only focused on his body now; his surroundings dulled before dissolving into nothingness.
Achieving this level of focus, his breathing became more controlled, and his body's rigidity loosened as his consciousness drifted more deeply.
After a few moments of deep focus, he felt something in his body.
This time, the feeling was different from when he had awakened. During that time, he could tell that there was a change in breathing and in his body. But that was at a superficial level.
But now.
It was different; he could feel something in him, like a foreign but useful thing in his body.
He could sense it, sense its flow from outside to inside his body—through breathing.
The thing was trying to settle; it was trying to make itself a home in his body, but wasn't able to do so.
So, sensing this thing, Eden tried to focus more on it. And after focusing on it for a few moments, he became sure that it was Essence.
He could now sense the presence of Essence in his body, so now came the second part: sensing its flow inside his body.
So Eden tried to focus on its flow inside his body. And doing so was looking much harder than even sensing Essence.
Eden was failing to sense its flow because it was everywhere in his body; even though it was in a lesser amount, it was everywhere.
He knew the flow of Essence was starting from outside through the medium of breathing.
So he tried to follow its flow from the nose—where it entered from.
But as the Essence entered his system, after that, it was hard to follow its flow.
Still, Eden didn't concede; he tried again.
Time blurred, seconds turning into minutes and minutes into hours, but Eden didn't know, as his whole focus was on following the flow of the Essence in his body.
After relentlessly failing, he succeeded in the end.
Eden could now sense the flow of Essence inside his body.
So he got on the third part directly: concentrating all the Essence in his stomach's core and making an Essence core there.
Once more, this part was harder than the last; still, after some time, he got hold of it and started to concentrate Essence and focus it towards the core of his stomach.
While trying to do this, Eden felt every pore and cell of his body open.
His body started to feel hotter and hotter. It also felt as if hot liquid was flowing through his body, or his blood had heated.
The heat felt in his body was very different from the time he was awakening; right now, he felt as if his whole body was opening.
All the while, he also started to sweat profusely, his whole body dripping with sweat, and something mixed within it—which he didn't know what it was. Additionally, his mind was not there, as he was focused on concentrating Essence in the core of his stomach.
After a few moments, the heat inside his body started to concentrate in his stomach core before settling altogether as Eden released a shuddering breath and opened his eyes.

EDEN'S POV
"Haaa...!"
I exhaled sharply, making my body shudder, as I opened my eyes.
The world came into focus for a second before I blinked, adjusting my eyes.
My senses have improved.
The world looked more colorful now; my hearing and other senses seemed to have improved, as I could hear more clearly.
And I could also smell the bad stench coming from my body, more deeply, as though it was shoved in my nose, which made my nose wrinkle.
But before I could focus more on my senses, a heating sensation once more came from my stomach's core.
I felt the Essence running in my body and the stored Essence, which was now in my stomach's core, where an Essence core had formed.
I also felt the change in sensation of intake of Essence, which made me surprised for a second, as I could sense that Essence was now not only coming by breathing but also from the surroundings through my body pores.
Following these things, an otherworldly sensation came upon me like a euphoria, overwhelming me, making my eyes close.
After a few moments, the sensation died, and I reeled it in, steadying my breathing.
As my eyes opened once again.
I slowly lifted my gaze towards my sister and her master, who were looking at me.
"You did it," My sister said, looking at me, her expression and voice both saying, 'I already knew.'
"Well done," My sister's master added too, her eyes staring intently at my body, as though she were seeing a special specimen.
"Thanks."
After ending my words, my eyes moved towards my clothes, which were wet with my sweat and something else.
Seeing me looking at my clothes, my sister stood up, coming near as she cleaned my body like before.
"Thanks."
"Hm."
"Now circulate your Essence in your body." My sister's master spoke up from next to me.
"Okay," I replied, looking at her, before closing my eyes once again, as I tried to concentrate.
