Central Kaze, the only part of Kaze City that is known to be peaceful at the moment. Airports opened and tourists came to visit. Everyone became used to the peaceful nature that the Agenda has brought out within the city, everyone knew one thing however, The Agenda plans on liberating the rest of Kaze from the inside out. But, what no one expected was that someone would attack Central Kaze with the Agenda present.
Six beams of light sprang up from the ground in the most northern section of Central Kaze, destroying buildings and injuring countless civilians in the process. In an instant, the troops of the Agenda sprang into action. "If we were to get attacked, civilian safety would be the top priority."
Those were the words of Taro himself and his soldiers followed suit, making sure no civilians were killed.
Inside the Agenda's HQ…
"What's going on?"
"Why are we being attacked and by who?"
"Where is the boss and the generals?"
Just then the door to the bunker opened and Hideki walked in, "Everyone calm down," he yelled.
"We don't know the current situation fully, but what we do know is that we're under attack."
"Survey team, I want you to guide the soldiers on ground as they get civilians to safety, Medic team, I'll need you all on standby for casualties, and I need someone to get in contact with Taro and everyone else."
"What about you, what are you going to do?"
"I'm going out to find who's responsible for this."
With that information everyone within the headquarters got to work.
The stealth team that was already on ground began looking around for Taro and the others. As a small group of them got near to the beam of lights, they suddenly disappeared.
"What the hell?"
"Keep your guard up, we don't know what we're dealing wit-," one of the stealth team members tries to instruct in allies but got his head crushed in by an enemy before he could finish.
"Impossible."
"It's Don the Crusher."
"But he should be in prison."
"Now, now Don, let's not forget our primary objective here."
"It's to get the General's over to us while Taro is absent and what better way to do that than to kill their men," Don replied with a sinister grin on his face.
"Hey kid," a stealth team member called out to one of the newer recruits, "Go and update Headquarters on the situation, tell them that we have level five criminals on the loose."
"But if I leave you guys here, you'll all die to that monster."
"That's what we signed up for, to die for this city."
"Now Go," he shouted to the new recruit.
"What are you all talking about there?"
As the new recruit began to run off, one of the criminals chased after him, but he was stopped by one of the stealth members that stayed behind.
"We're your opponents here."
"Is that so?"
"Release the remaining veils."
As the remaining light beams disappeared, countless crazed criminals were unleashed into the city.
"Crap, we're being forced back, there's too many of them."
Before anyone knew what was happening, all of Central Kaze was engulfed in flames.
"Burn it to the ground," one of the criminals stated as he laughed hysterically.
"Wait, you're not going to have your way, you're all going to pay for this," one of the weakened members of the stealth team claims.
"Is that so?" Don shot back.
The criminal then smirked before kicking the Agenda member to the side as he began to leave the area.
A city wide announcement was then made. "All civilians have been evacuated from the affected area, I repeat, All civilians have been evacuated from the affected area."
"That's annoying, they sure do know how to work fast."
"I think I'll calm myself down by chopping those guys up, nice and slowly."
"Huh?"
"Where'd they go?"
"They're being taken care of by the medics," Hideki claims.
"But they are the least of your worries right now."
"Who do you think you are, kid?"
"My name is Hideki Sengoku, one of the six Agenda Generals."
"A General eh, how lucky am I, right as the others ran off as well, I think I'll actually feel a lot of pleasure turning you into one of my puppets."
The criminal then shoots out a bunch of threads trying to attack Hideki but,
"You know you're pretty fast for someone your size, as expected of a general."
"Maximus the puppeteer, that's your name isn't it?"
"How do you know that?" Maximus asked.
"Tch, guess there's no need to hide my face anymore."
After taking off his coat and mask, Maximus is revealed to be a slim man maybe in his late thirties with scars all over his face. He wore a prison suit with boots of a guard he killed when he escaped.
Hideki notifies headquarters on the situation. "Please let the others know once you find them, engaging the enemy now."
Hideki's body began to steam as he grew slimmer.
"Is that your ability?"
"Yes, it is."
Hideki's ability burns fat in his body and uses it for fuel, so in order to effectively use his abilities he has to eat a lot so his body doesn't burn down to skin and bones.
The two stared at each other for a while, before Maximus finally made a move by shooting strings towards Hideki, but they were burnt as they got close to him.
"This guy is my natural enemy," Maximus thought to himself.
Hideki, moving faster than Maximus could react, appeared in front of him landing a barrage of attacks that sent him flying.
"Damn, just my luck."
"What's the matter? I thought you were going to have fun carving me up."
"Shut your mouth, brat."
Maximus raises both his hands into the air creating a whip made of multiple threads. Rushing towards Hideki, Maximus unleashes a barrage of attacks and destroys countless buildings around him.
"How's that?"
Looking over to his right, he sees Hideki running on a falling building towards him.
"Stubborn little," Maximus then creates a spider web and shoots it towards Hideki destroying the building he was in completely.
Hideki jumps out of the rubble and with a smile he compresses the heat around him into an invisible fireball as he tosses it towards Maximus.
BOOM-
"Gah-, what just hit me?"
Losing sight of Hideki for a second, caused Maximus to panic.
"Where'd he go?"
"Up here."
Looking upwards Maximus had no time to react as Hideki landed on top of him, defeating the criminal in the process.
"Enemy apprehended," he reports to headquarters.
"Sir, we've located Taro, Miss Mio was shot and he brought her here to the Medics and left shortly after."
"Mio was shot?"
"Damn it, Taro get yourself together, if you let your rage consume you then this whole city will fall."
Rain starts to fall, as Taro walks down the road with the intent to kill and destroy within his eyes.
Adonis, wakes up from a nap inside a hotel room, hearing commotion outside, he looks out his window and sees that Kaze is under attack.
"Damn, what'd I miss?"
"What are you doing over there?" a female voice called out to him.
"Sorry beautiful, but I have to get to work."
"Will you be back?" she asked.
"I'll think about it," Adonis then smiles and he leaps out the window with nothing but his underwear on.
Landing on the street he leaves a crater in the ground.
"How dare you bastards, interrupt my fun time."
A nearby Agenda soldier spots Adonis as they are being pushed into a corner by the crowd of criminals.
"General Adonis, where have you been?"
Adonis, ignoring the soldiers' question, stretches his arm.
"I'd hide if I were you?"
"What?"
With a stomp into the ground Adonis sent the criminals into the air and one by one with swift movements he took them down.
"Where have you been? HQ has been trying to reach you and the other for a while now," the soldier claims.
"Relax, I was just training and lost track of tim-" Adonis grabs the soldier he was talking to, tossing him to the side as multiple needles pierces his body.
"How dare you attack me with needles."
"You know how much that hurts."
"You'll be fine, but I would act fast if I were you because those needles are laced with poison," the criminal that attacked him claims.
"The name is Arnold, pleasure to meet you."
Adonis, ignoring his opponents, dives into the shadows appearing behind him and with a wave of his hand he blasts his opponent into a nearby building and brings the whole thing down onto him.
"I'm not like the others. I don't introduce myself to unnecessary characters."
The soldier then contacted HQ letting them know that Adonis was found but got poisoned right before taking down an enemy.
At the Mayor's house, Sarah was captured and wrapped up by a slime and was held behind by two figures battered and bruised.
"No matter what, you're going to sign those papers, and make me the Mayor of this city," claims the Doctor.
