Screen 1
After securing Caesar Clown on Punk Hazard, the new Straw Hat–Heart Alliance sails straight toward Dressrosa.
This is the first real move in their plan to dismantle Kaido's SMILE production and knock Doflamingo off his throne.
The Sunny sails smoothly beside Law's Polar Tang.
Everyone is tense.
Luffy:
"Dressrosa, huh? Sounds fun!"
Law (dead serious):
"This isn't fun. This island is Doflamingo's home turf."
Sans:
"Fun and danger usually show up together."
Papyrus:
"I WILL FACE BOTH WITH GREAT CONFIDENCE!"
They all look at Caesar, chained and panicking.
He's the key to everything — the reason Doflamingo is furious and chasing them.
Dressrosa is the first battlefield.
The alliance is officially in the New World now…
and nothing will be simple from here on.

Screen 3
As they approach Dressrosa, the alliance splits into groups.
Mission Rule (Law):
"Do NOT draw attention. This island is Doflamingo's kingdom."
So of course, Luffy already walks off the ship humming.
The infiltration team:
Luffy
Zoro
Franky
Kin'emon
Law
Sans
Papyrus
They step onto Dressrosa's brightly colored streets, stunned by what they see:
Living toys walking beside humans
People laughing through the plazas
Dancers twirling through the streets
Food stands everywhere
It feels cheerful… almost too cheerful.
Zoro:
"This place is weird."
Sans (quietly):
"Hate to say it, but this kind of happy usually hides something ugly."
Papyrus:
"EVERYTHING LOOKS FUN! BUT ALSO SUSPICIOUS!"
Law stays focused, ignoring the distractions.
Law:
"Our target is the SMILE factory. Do not get involved in anything unnecessary."
Luffy's already wandering toward the food stalls.
The mission has officially begun…
and the island has no idea how c
haotic this group is about to make things.
Screen 3
As the group walks deeper into Dressrosa, they overhear excited crowds rushing toward a massive stone arena.
A man shouts:
> "The prize for this year's Colosseum tournament… is the Flame-Flame Fruit!"
Luffy freezes.
Zoro looks at him.
Law sighs instantly.
Sans stops walking, eye-light flickering.
Papyrus gasps loudly.
Luffy:
"That's Ace's fruit…?"
The moment he realizes it's real, his expression shifts.
It stops being curiosity.
It becomes personal.
Franky:
"You're not seriously thinking—"
Too late. Luffy sprints toward the colosseum.
Franky:
"HE'S DOING IT."
Law facepalms.
Law:
"This island is finished."
To avoid blowing the alliance cover, Luffy registers under a fake name:
"Lucy."
Papyrus slams an excited fist into the air.
Papyrus:
"GO, LUCY! WIN FOR ACE!"
Sans stays still, watching the crowd swirl around the arena, his voice low.
Sans:
"Doflamingo's baiting us.
If Ace's fruit is here… he wants Luffy to bite."
He glances toward the palace.
Sans:
"And he's counting on chaos."
He's right.
Doflamingo planned exactly this.
The trap has been sprung.
**Screen 4
The Horrifying Truth About Dressrosa**
While Luffy fights in the colosseum, the rest of the crew investigates the city — and the deeper they go, the worse the truth becomes.
Robin notices something first.
Franky confirms it.
And Sans is the one who pieces it all together.
They realize the toys walking around Dressrosa aren't toys at all.
They're people.
Transformed, erased, and trapped.
Sugar — the eternally childlike officer of the Donquixote Family — holds the Hobby-Hobby Fruit.
Anyone she touches becomes a toy.
And worse:
Everyone who ever knew them forgets they existed.
Entire families erased.
Soldiers turned into dolls.
Revolutionaries hiding as stuffed animals.
A kingdom living in delusion.
Papyrus is shocked.
Papyrus:
"PEOPLE TURNED INTO TOYS?! THAT'S… REALLY MESSED UP!"
Sans studies the toys quietly, watching them move with forced smiles, their memories sealed away.
Sans:
"doflamingo didn't just take over the city.
he rewrote its reality."
He explains it to Papyrus:
Sugar turns victims into toys
The world forgets them
Doflamingo controls the forgotten
Anyone who knows too much disappears
It becomes clear:
Dressrosa isn't a kingdom.
It's a cage with curtains.
And beneath the streets, the Tontatta dwarves are preparing to rise up, fueled by years of slavery and lies.
The city is one spark away from erupting.
Screen 5 — Sans' "Date" and the Donquixote Family
While the Straw Hats split up to gather intel, Sans wanders off into Dressrosa's busy town square.
Not for food.
Not for jokes.
He's on a date.
Well―kind of.
A local waitress from the flower café keeps calling him "cute little skeleton" and insists he sit with her.
Papyrus thinks it's romantic.
Sans thinks it's hilarious.
Sans shrugs, sits down, and lets her talk for a while.
But he's not actually relaxing.
He's collecting information quietly.
While sipping a drink he can't taste, he listens to the citizens talk about:
People disappearing overnight
Families forgetting loved ones
Toys crying when nobody looks
Strange curfews
A "family" that runs everything in the shadows
By the time the "date" ends, Sans has a full mental map of Dressrosa's corruption.
He steps off the chair, turns to Papyrus and says:
> "alright, bro.
so… doflamingo's family?
they're monsters."
---
The Donquixote Family — Sans' quick read
Trebol
Sticky-Sticky Fruit.
Covered in slime.
Acts childish but is actually extremely dangerous.
Sans thinks:
> "gross. and nasty. top priority to blast."
Pica
Stone-Stone Fruit.
Controls the entire island's terrain.
Deep voice hidden under a ridiculous tiny one.
Sans thinks:
> "big threat. bigger ego."
Diamante
Flag-Flag Fruit.
Can make anything wavy and weightless.
Laughs too loud.
Sans thinks:
> "annoying. but tricky. needs careful timing."
---
Papyrus jumps in:
> "WOWIE! SO MANY BAD GUYS! WE SHOULD TAKE NOTES!"
Sans nods:
> "don't worry, bro.
i already did that… on my date."
Screen 6 — Papyrus Meets the Tontatta Tribe
While Luffy heads to the colosseum and Sans gathers intel, Papyrus wanders into the flower fields on the outskirts of Dressrosa.
That's when he suddenly hears tiny voices.
Not one.
Not two.
Dozens.
Papyrus looks down and sees small figures hiding behind petals and leaves — the Tontatta Tribe, the tiny dwarf people native to the island.
They're terrified at first, pointing spears at him.
Papyrus crouches down and waves.
> "HELLO TINY FRIENDS! I AM A VERY FRIENDLY SKELETON!"
The Tontatta stare.
Skeletons are strange, but Papyrus' huge smile wins them over instantly.
Gancho, the elder leader, steps forward.
> "You… are not with Doflamingo?"
Papyrus shakes his head.
> "NO WAY! WE'RE HERE TO STOP THAT STRING JERK!"
Gancho relaxes immediately.
The Tontatta welcome him, tugging on his scarf, climbing on his shoulders, amazed by his size.
Robin and Usopp soon arrive and see Papyrus surrounded by Tontatta like a giant walking festival.
Usopp whispers:
> "Dude… how did you make an alliance so fast?!"
Robin smiles softly.
> "They trust him."
Gancho declares:
> "We small ones shall join forces with the big skeleton! Together, we free Dressrosa!"
Papyrus salutes dramatically:
> "TONTATTA TRIBE! LET'S SAVE EVERYONE!"
The alliance is official.
The rebellion is now larger — and louder — thanks to Papyrus.
Screen 7 — The One-Legged Toy Soldier Meets Papyrus
Papyrus follows the Tontatta deeper into Dressrosa's underground passages.
The dwarves mention a hero who leads their rebellion — the One-Legged Toy Soldier.
Suddenly, Papyrus hears rapid footsteps.
A wooden click-clack… click-clack…
Out of the shadows leaps a toy with a missing leg, carrying a rifle like a soldier.
He points it at Papyrus.
> "STATE YOUR NAME! Are you an agent of Doflamingo?!"
Papyrus raises both hands dramatically.
> "NO WORRIES, BRAVE TOY! I AM THE GREAT PAPYRUS! AND I ONLY FIGHT BAD GUYS!"
The Toy Soldier pauses.
He studies Papyrus' tall frame, the eyepatch, the bright scarf.
He lowers his rifle slowly.
> "A skeleton… but not one of his cursed toys. You're… different."
The Tontatta cheer around Papyrus.
> "He's our ally!"
"He's helping us defeat Sugar!"
"He's a gentle giant!"
The Toy Soldier nods.
> "Then you're welcome among us."
He turns serious.
> "Our target is Sugar — Doflamingo's linchpin.
If she falls, the toys turn back into humans.
The kingdom wakes up."
Papyrus clenches his fist.
> "SO WE STOP THE CHILD WITH EVIL FRUIT!"
The soldier leads Papyrus into the factory corridors.
Sugar finally appears ahead — a small girl holding a basket of grapes, guarded by Trebol.
Papyrus points at her dramatically:
> "YOU! STOP TURNING PEOPLE INTO TOYS!"
Sugar blinks, confused.
Trebol laughs, dripping slime everywhere.
The Toy Soldier charges first.
Papyrus follows, bones glowing with energy.
The mission is now clear:
Break Sugar's control
Save Dressrosa
Free the forgotten
The assault on Sugar has begun.
Screen 8 — Zoro vs. Pica + Dark Papyrus Reveal
Zoro finally confronts Pica, whose Stone-Stone Fruit lets him merge with the entire plateau. The ground shakes as Pica transforms into a mountain-sized stone giant, towering over Dressrosa.
Zoro cracks his neck.
> "Guess I'll cut a mountain today."
He vanishes and reappears with pure speed, slicing through Pica's giant arm in one strike.
---
Papyrus's New Form — Dark Papyrus
While Zoro handles the giant, Sans finishes preparing something special for his brother. He taps Papyrus on the shoulder.
Sans:
> "You wanted something scarier? Try this."
A black mark spreads over one side of Papyrus's face —
one eye turning pitch black,
a star-like glow shining where the pupil should be.
The air around him shifts.
His aura goes dark, but it's controlled, sharp, and cool.
Papyrus looks at his reflection in a shattered stone.
> "WOWIE… I LOOK AWESOME!"
Even Zoro, mid-air, glances down and mutters:
> "What the hell did Sans just make?"
Pica, who usually doesn't fear anyone, actually hesitates when he sees Dark Papyrus staring up at him.
Sans folds his arms.
> "Perfect. He's scared already."
Screen 9 — Tontatta Tribe Sees Dark Papyrus
The Tontatta tribe is running through the factory tunnels with Usopp, Robin, and Leo when Dark Papyrus steps into the light — still wearing the black eye-mark and glowing star pupil Sans gave him.
The tiny warriors freeze.
Every single one of them.
Their antennae straighten. Their tails stand up.
They all whisper at the same time:
> "D-dark… hero…?"
Leo hides behind a rock the size of a pebble.
> "Ussopp! Ussopp! Who is that scary skeleton giant?!"
"Is he friend or monster?!"
Usopp, trying to act brave even though his knees shake:
> "That's Papyrus. He's… uh… in his serious mode. Don't worry, he's on our side."
The tribe slowly peeks out again.
One Tontatta faints dramatically.
Another one salutes Papyrus.
Gancho bows so hard he faceplants.
Dark Papyrus leans down, glowing eye staring right at them.
> "HELLO, MY TINY NEW FRIENDS. I PROMISE I ONLY LOOK SCARY!"
They scream.
> "HE TALKS TOO!!!"
Sans appears behind Papyrus, hands in pockets.
> "Relax. He's harmless. Mostly."
The Tontatta all nod at once, trembling like leaves.
But after a few seconds, they start whispering excitedly:
> "He must be a legendary warrior!"
"Maybe he will defeat the evil Sugar!"
"He is big! He is strong! He is… cool!"
Dark Papyrus proudly flexes.
> "YES! I AM VERY COOL!"
Usopp facepalms, but can't stop smiling.
