Chapter-72: knocked Robert and pushed the blame to Jake
After the calculation he stepped into the stairs leading to the next floor. As he left this place and returned back to his apartment he felt that the skill is acting in this place as well. His knowledge and skill improvement did not leave him.
He did not do much and rested peacefully. On the next day he entered the dungeon again and worked really hard. But all is for not because most of the women he winked before are dead and he could not have the fun he wanted.
Fortunately the master of all trades skill would give him extra benefits like proficiency in mating and seducing as well. Because of this he got close to few women again. But they are like frightened birds instead of seducing chicks.
Also he could not find a time to be alone with them. He doesn't know how those scumbags would always get time to play around but he could not. Thinking about that he felt sad but he could not do anything about this matter.
On the next day when he appeared in the dungeon others survivors of the huge snake were shocked. They did not expect him to survive. It has caused lot of stir. After all he survived the disaster of death that killed many.
Some even speculated that he killed the giant snake. But Visva did not say anything. He became much colder at this moment. Others thought that his heart was chilled because of the incident. After all they have clear chance of escaping.
But it was all spoiled by Robert and his group. They caused the trouble and they survived killing many people. So when they saw the group of Robert they became angry. Martina's group that left before also understood the situation.
They looked at Robert's group with unkind eyes. Visva on the other hand did not have that kind of thought. Instead he thought that the plot is trying to separate the Robert's group from them because Visva was hindering Robert from getting any good things.
This is not a good thing for him. The number of people present in this floor should be double the previous number of people. But the number of people present is only a quarter of the number it is around 32 people.
Visva was not worried this is actually expected. There is another entrance or safe room with another part of the people. No new people are added at this moment. Only the dead people are counted as reduced numbers.
Today it is to find path to the center of the labyrinth to find the stairs. The boss room is at the center with two entrances for two groups of people from different safe rooms to enter. Visva took to lead to move.

So the Robert's group was pushed to walk at the front to explore the path. Visva took out his compass from time to time to check the situation of hidden treasures. If there is a hidden treasure Visva would divert the attention of others directly.
This would solve many problems. Since they are at the front the group of Robert has to get into the range of the beasts first. Protagonist is not someone that would lie down and listen. But that did not mean that others would let him play the arrogant man's role.
Visva did not take part in any of that. Instead his target is to not to let the protagonist leave his sight. So he would intervene at the right moment to cool the situation and let the group move to the central room. In the central room there is a sleeping tiger.
Once again it is a good thing for others to run away. Right in front of the tiger is the bronze treasure chest. Right behind the tiger is the stairs leading to the next floor. There is no movement from the other side of the boss room.
That is the group on the other side is still struggling to come over here. Visva doesn't care and still suggested the previous idea. That is he would cover their path while they should leave silently.
Tiger can listen to their movements and might quickly attack them. So they have to be careful. So Visva told them to move in single line person with the Robert's group being the last to leave. Robert did not accept this.
He even wanted to cause trouble to wake up the tiger by shouting or throwing a stone on it. Visva silently came behind Robert at some point and knocked him out silently. This made others take a deep breath.
Visva looked indifferent. At this moment he did not have any thoughts of harming Robert instead he wanted to let him rest. Since the thoughts are like this, Robert was knocked out by Visva easily.
After Robert knocked out Visva told them to leave quickly and he would send Robert at the last. Visva already thought on what to tell Robert about who knocked him out. The blame can be pushed to Jake.
With his thoughts he waited with the bow and arrows ready for the right time to attack the tiger if needed. The group moved slowly towards the stairs without making much sound. The ears of the tiger trembled slightly from time to time.
But it did not make a move. In just few minutes the group has left through the stairs. On the other hand Visva woke up Robert using some water. When Robert woke up he looked furious he wanted to pounce on Visva to question him.
