"Hmm, everything seems fine now."
Clemont, Nurse Joy and Professor Sycamore checked up on Pachirisu. And he was at full health.
He still has stomach, brain, eyes and other important organs. Though they are more dense plasma instead of being solid. The food inside him got turned into nothing after he used Plasmarisu form.
Moreover, his vision can now see more from the electromagnetic spectrum. According to Clemont, UV and Infrared.
But only during and some time after Plasmarisu form before it fizzles out.
Nice.
"Pachirisu, use Thunderbolt at the target!"
"Pachiri—SU!"
Pachirisu used Thunderbolt on the target, and Clemont's machine's reading didn't move a bit.
"Your Volt Absorb is now under control! You can use your attacks without worrying now!"
"Pachi!"
Thank you for help!
"Yay! So I can now pet him!"
"Bonnie! Wait!"
Bonnie touched Pachirisu.
"Ouch! Why is he so hot!?"
"Pachirisu was just recently in hot plasma state. While returning to normal consumed most of thermal energy, he is still hot."
"Pachi?"
Pachirisu looked at her hands. Just dusty brown like when Ash gets Flamethrower on his face by Charmeleon.
So Bonnie really has protagonist energy.
Sadly, she is too little to participate in leagues.
He, of course, wants to battle strong Pokemon. So he will need a human to enter the league with.
Ash is a dumbass and abandons his Pokemon in Professor Oak's lab everytime. So he is out.
Dawn already has her own Pachirisu. So she is out. And she participated in contests, not leagues.
Brock is a good choice, since he even makes great food.
But he isn't battle oriented.
He has his eyes on Susan Joy, since she now has Salamence and is taking care of a Gible. He will be able to find Gyarados and force him to enter the team.
But he doesn't like her. Even if she is the daughter of the Nurse Joy who saved him.
So Clemont makes a good choice as someone who will feed him, and he even has Electric Gym so Pachirisu can keep wrecking challengers, but he isn't Tonpa who takes pleasure in defeating newbies.
"Pachi~"
He shrugged. Finding a human to get into league is so confusing.
Still, he decided to challenge Professor Sycamore's Garchomp. Getting toyed with by Cynthia's Garchomp ticked him off.
"Pa—"
He stopped when he looked at Raichu.
Now is not the time.
"Pachi! Pachi!"
Now check up on Raichu!
Professor Sycamore nodded.
"I think we can learn more about if Raichu battles. I want to see what happened."
"Pachirisu!"
He will do it!
Seeing Pachirisu's determination, Ash asked Raichu.
"Raichu, what do you say?"
"Rai..."
Raichu didn't seem to want to go through the evolution again.
So Pachirisu came over and said, "Pachirisu! Pachi Pachirisu!"
You can do it! There is no need to be scared!
Pachirisu stole Ash's cap and put it on Raichu.
"Pachirisu."
You can't really hurt me.
"Raichu!"
That triggered Raichu, and he got ready to battle.

"This is a one-on-one Pokemon battle. It ends when one side is unable to battle."
"Alright! Raichu! Use Iron Tail!"
"Raichu!"
"Pachi!"
Pachirisu used Iron Tail too.
The two Iron Tails met, and Pachirisu was flown away due to being really light compared to Raichu.
"Huh? When did he learn Iron Tail— Raichu! Dodge!"
Pachirisu didn't really give Raichu the time to breathe.
He attacked the ground with Iron Tail just as he was about to hit, and bounced up to deliver another Iron Tail.
Raichu couldn't dodge on time and got Iron Tail straight on face, getting hit by the spikes on Pachirisu's tail.
"Rai!"
Raichu fell down on the ground.
While Pachirisu's Iron Tail isn't that powerful due to his really light weight, the spikes make it powerful.
"Raichu! Can you continue!?"
"Rai..."
Pachirisu gave Raichu time to get up.
Bond Phenomenon was supposed to be with Greninja because he is special. But Ash's Raichu is really special too.
So, will Ash have two Pokemon with bond phenomenon?
It's hard to tell.
Or is it not Bond Phenomenon at all and just Mega Evolution that needs the Mega Stome for final push?

Raichu got up. And started glowing.
Raichu was surprised. And was panicking.
"Pachirisu!"
Pachirisu started charging Chidori, and shouted at Raichu to not loose his focus.
"Pachi!"
Only focus on him!
Pachirisu ran towards Raichu with Chidori, deliberately slow.
And just as he reached Raichu, the glowing Raichu jumped above to dodge.
Pachirisu could have hit him, but he didn't.
Mid-air, Raichu stopped glowing.
And, his form has changed.
Colour more like Pikachu. Two really long tails, zig-zag like Pikachu. Larger ears.
His body has gotten a bit smaller too.
And most importantly, his ears are completely black, as if mimicking Ash's hair.
Pachirisu grinned.
So it is Bond-Phenomenon afterall.
