Chapter 155: 1 September

King Cross Station

Steve Rogers POV

All the good times of summer had finally passed and now it was the 1st of September, the day every young witch and wizard returned to Hogwarts.

For Dudley, this would be his second year at Hogwarts but for his older brother, Steve Rogers. It was his very first time stepping into the magical world as an official student.

Talk about how this novel affected Steve Rogers, Harry Potter had once been more than just a story for him, it was a place for him to seek comfort, happiness and many things that word couldn't describe.

Back in his past world, after losing both of his parents and carrying the heavy responsibility of caring for his little brother, depression had quietly wrapped around his heart. The orphanage had been cold, dull, and painfully ordinary.

Everytime he wanted to eat, he would remember the time he had spent with his parents and he almost did something stupid. But one day, one of the neighbour wanted to throw away the old book from his home and he found out the old worn novel book of Harry Potter and it was a complete 1 to 7 series.

That book became his escape when he felt the world are so hard on him.

Whenever reality felt suffocating, he would open its pages and lose himself in a world of magic, friendship and courage. He imagined what it would be like to live in that universe, to walk through Diagon Alley, to sit inside the Great Hall, to cast spells with a flick of his wand.

He never imagined he would actually become part of it and it is the best thing in his life, even if he suspected this all just illusion he would enjoy it to the fullest.

Of all the characters inside the book , the one he admired the most was Hermione Granger. Not because of the movies and not because of the actress. But because of the novel version of her, the lonely, brilliant girl who carved her own place in a world that initially rejected her.

Steve understood loneliness, he understood what it felt like to be different.

Without Hermione, Harry most likely would have died many times over. She was the quiet backbone of the trio, the mind that solved impossible problems, the one who prepared for dangers others didn't even see coming. To Steve, Hermione wasn't just a supporting character, she was the hidden shield protecting the hero.

And now, ironically, he stood in this very world with a 100% template of the Ancient One.

With a single glance, he could understand every Year One textbook as if he had studied it for years. The Ancient One mind processed information at an extraordinary level. The experience of training in Kamar-Taj, mastering mystic arts beyond muggle knowledge, made Hogwarts magic feel… simple.

His mind is more structured so it is easy to process something as simple as magic.

With the Ancient One's perception, he even believed that in terms of magical knowledge and combat versatility, he might already surpass Dumbledore.

Although he is strong but after knowing that Voldemort had gone to the Dark Dimension, he is wary that Voldemort would become powerful magician like Dormammu.

But that was all for the future, what he currently can do is study more magic and enjoy school life.

Now, Steve stood quietly at King Cross Station, blending in with the crowd. Students rushed past him with trunks and owls, parents hugged their children goodbye, the familiar excitement of a new school year filled the air and the reason he was standing here because he was waiting for Dudley.

However, he knew they shouldn't interact too closely. Dudley was under subtle observation from Amelia, Sirius and even Dumbledore and steve himself?

He had recently killed several Death Eaters.

If Dumbledore began to suspect that an unknown, powerful wizard was moving in the shadows, raising red flags within the Order, it would complicate everything.

Steve adjusted his robes slightly, his expression calm but his eyes looked everywhere wanted to look at his little brother before entering the train.

........

DUDLEY POV

"Mother please take care of your health and please give my little sister a lot of love," smiled Dudley.

"You little boy, I am her mother why do you think I won't give her my love?" replied Petunia with a look that wanted to scold the boy.

"Hahahaha," Dudley just laughed.

"Aunt, take care" added Harry.

"We will go now," said Susan too.

Because Violet are still young and not even a month old, Petunia and Vernon didn't go sending them to a train station. So they used a magical method which is taking Knight Bus and arrived there early.

15 Minutes later....

Dudley walked ahead and found out familiar person, it is his brother Steve Rogers who clearly waiting for him.

But after looking at him Steve Rogers left the spot and entered the train and he knows why he did this because Steve had killed several Death Eaters and now it wasn't proper for a sudden young wizard approach him like he had known for a long time.

"Let's go inside and choose a train," said Dudley.

Harry nodded.

"I wanted to seat with Hannah," said Susan.

"Ok," replied Dudley.

Susan went away and found herself in a compartment with others Hufflepuff while Dudley suddenly found himself looking at Slytherin Student.

The looks of Draco Malfoy and several other student, they had replaced the arrogant on their face with quietness.

He knows about what Amelia had forced them to do, it was binding vow to never join the Dark Lord.

They were being banned to join the Dark Lord otherwise consequences would be so severe and they could be killed with the binding vow that they had took.

'Are Draco Malfoy are being forced to kill Dumbledore this year?' thought Dudley. He remembered the book said about Draco who was forced to kill Dumbledore otherwise the Dark Lord would do something to his family.

Dudley shaking his head and felt it is impossible to force Draco to do it, he was the first person who did the binding vow.

"They looks different," commented Harry.

"Yeah, I hope they won't do something stupid," replied Dudley
