The Creator had been watching the battle and now three more of his creations had died. He had felt no sadness nor pity for their loss. He was not interested in them as much as the anomaly that had appeared. He was messing up with the system that he had created. It was not really much of an inconvenience either. He could just eliminate the anomaly and wipe his completely from the system.
But he was curious.
So far, the anomaly seemed to be a virus to him. A virus that he presumed had been sent to him by Time. Time was a beast. A real monster to control and although he had gained much control of it, there were still some constants that he had yet to crack.
Time was a bastard. It had kept those constants that it knew would hurt the Creator. He clenched his fists when he thought about it. Time was not someone who would let himself be controlled no matter how you hurt it. It could hurt you even when you had put it to sleep.
But with the appearance of the anomaly he hoped that those constants would be cracked. So far, the constants had existed. He had watched Michael closely and so far, he had followed the patterns that the Creator knew he would've.
He looked at Michael now crying as he sat on the ground filled him with disgust. One motion of the hand and he could wipe him away. But instead, he left the boy crying in the dirt.
Time was toying with the Creator, hitting him right where it hurt. The Creator knew Time would hurt him a lot more than that.

They were free.
They had been happy initially when they had been set free especially Elena who had finally been allowed to see her uncle. She had hugged him and he had hugged her back even though he had winced from the pain that had racked his whole body. He had given Michael a nod of appreciation and had taken the keys for the car.
But they all knew this was too good to be true. Sidra, who had been so happy to leave these 'bad men' (as she called them) now sat quietly when she sensed the dread that hung in the air. Joey drove silently and he was always on alert.
He was going to ditch the jeep the first chance he got. They had to be tracking them at the very least. There was no way they would have been let go free. Michael with his abilities was not someone you would let go of so easily.
Sure enough, when not even an hour had passed, they sprung the trap that they had been set out for them. The jeep had suddenly stopped working and instantly, a fleet of jeeps had encircled them.
They did not resist.
The door was pulled open and Michael was pulled out and thrown to the ground. He hit his face in the ground and he sucked in a mouthful of dirt which he tried to spit out. Before he could do that, however, a surge of electricity flowed through his whole body as a Taser was fired into his back and felt himself lose control of his muscles. There was a prickle of an injection in his arm and he felt the world go black.
