I felt something shift in my eyes and suddenly my vision felt blurry and my head light and dizzy.
"Are you—alright?" She asked me hesitantly, her eyes searching mine.
I shut my lids and shook my head once again to try to regain my composure.
Something was stirring up inside me and making me feel hotter than normal. I wanted nothing more than to take off all my clothes right there and then.
I turned to leave, but then her hand over my arm stopped me.
"Where do you think you're going?" She asked me, not rudely but more out of concern.
Her downwards curved brows were testament to that.
"Why?"
Her eyes glanced past the side of my hand. I turned back to see the students unmoving on the floor. At the sight, panic filled my stream.
I ran over to him and coached down at his side alongside Alison.
"Do you think he's dead?" Her voice came, a bit low with panic and caution.
I placed my hand on the side of his neck to feel for his pulse. "He's still alive." I replied.
