First and foremost, I want to express my sincerest apologies for my unexpected and prolonged absence. Your support for my fanfiction means the world to me, and not being able to update has been incredibly frustrating for me, too.
The reason for my silence is that I was hospitalized due to a severe viral fever. This illness was complicated by a pre-existing condition: my lungs were slightly damaged during my time in the military. While they had mostly recovered, this fever aggravated that area.
To manage the pain and stop intense coughing, my doctors gave me anesthetic and advised strict observation. They instructed me to remain hospitalized for at least 15 days. I have now completed 10 days, and if all continues to go well, I should be discharged in about 5 or 6 days.
I am thrilled and relieved to share some positive news: my lungs have healed by about 98%! There is only a small reddish part remaining, for which I will continue to take some medication.
I am truly grateful for your patience and understanding. Whenever I get a little time and energy, I am working on the next chapters. My goal is to resume regular updates as soon as I am home and fully recovered.
I humbly ask for your prayers and positive thoughts for my complete recovery. Your encouragement has been a huge source of strength for me during this difficult time.
