Chapter 58 - Chapter 58 – Storming Enies Lobby

Two minutes ago, the Rocketman reached the waters near the Front Island of Enies Lobby.

"This is Enies Lobby up ahead. The iron gates are all yours!" Grandma Kokoro said calmly.

After all, they were uninvited guests—of course the island wouldn't open its gates to welcome them.

The iron gates were a defensive barricade to stop any ships from forcing their way in.

Unexpectedly, Oguro shook his head. "No need, Grandma Kokoro. You can go back. We'll handle this."

Like Luffy in the original timeline, charging from the Front Island all the way in? He wasn't about to waste his time on that.

Plus, getting too close risked exposing Grandma Kokoro's identity to the enemy. He didn't want to endanger her while rescuing Robin.

"Looks like you've made up your minds. I won't interfere," Kokoro said, heading to the train door. She opened it and glanced back. "Young man, make sure you come back safely!"

With that, she leapt into the water and vanished in an instant. Truly a Fishman—some talents simply couldn't be learned.

"Then it's time for us to go bring our friend home!"

Oguro faced the main gate of Enies Lobby, his gaze growing icy.

Boom!

The Rocketman, at full speed, rammed into the Front Island's main gate.

Several figures leapt out, flying over the Front Island and heading straight for the Judicial Tower!

Ring… ring…

The alarms on Enies Lobby blared.

As a key World Government facility, the island had a permanent garrison of 10,000 troops—including Navy soldiers and World Government agents.

"Open fire!" a commander shouted at the intruders.

Bang! Bang! Bang!

Dozens of gunshots erupted simultaneously, but Oguro and his team dodged effortlessly with instant-speed steps.

Against this extreme mobility, the ordinary soldiers without Observation Haki couldn't hope to land a hit.

Oguro even ensured Nami, who couldn't fly, remained completely unharmed.

"Not much of a threat, but too many bugs are a nuisance," Oguro muttered, eyes narrowing.

A surge of invisible pressure erupted from him—Conqueror's Haki!

Boom!

Mixed with spiritual pressure, his Conqueror's Haki swept across the Main Island.

In the next instant, the entire island seemed to freeze, the soldiers' movements halted mid-step.

Their eyes rolled back, and one by one they collapsed under inertia.

Normal Conqueror's Haki might feel like a wooden club to the head—but Oguro's, fused with spiritual pressure, was a genuine spiked mace!

Those with weak wills could even suffer mental collapse—or die outright.

The staff of the Judicial Tower, seeing this, nearly soiled themselves in terror.

They fled immediately toward Spandam's office.

"Commander Spandam! Enemies have broken in! All the troops on the Main Island are unconscious!"

Spandam froze, then roared, "Nonsense! We have thousands of guards! How could they all be down?"

Foolish Spandam had no chance to witness Conqueror's Haki firsthand.

"Commander Spandam, now is not the time to argue why! The enemies are about to reach the Judicial Tower!" the staff urged.

Spandam's expression darkened. "Do you know who they are?"

"Yes! Observation reports indicate it's the 'Young Master' Ceth Oguro, Bounty: 200 million Berries, and his subordinates!"

It was him.

Both Robin and Spandam's faces changed.

Robin's mind whirled. "Why are they here? I only had a simple collaboration with them!"

She suddenly recalled Oguro's words.

A world where no one is killed casually…

"Could it be that, in his eyes, I can also belong to that world?"

For the first time, a flicker of hope sparked in Robin's broken heart.

Spandam remembered Lucci's recent warning, someone intended to confront him.

But… how so soon? Without a sea train, they shouldn't have arrived this quickly.

"How did they get here?" Spandam demanded.

"Front Island reports say they came on an old sea train! It rammed the main gate!"

Damn Iceburg! He actually hoarded a secret sea train!

A property created by the late Tom for the World Government!

"Once I get the Pluton blueprints, I'll deal with you too!"

After five years of investigation, CP9 had already confirmed that the Pluton blueprints were in the hands of either Tom's two apprentices, Iceburg or Fram. Franky was suspected to be Fram, though unconfirmed.

Once the blueprints were obtained, eliminating Iceburg, a related witness, was only logical.

Having mentally sentenced Iceburg to death, Spandam turned to Robin with a sneer.

"A Devil Child who continually betrays others, yet someone risks everything to rescue you! You've got a clever way of manipulating hearts."

He secretly mocked Oguro's foolish kindness, being used without realizing it, then a sudden thought struck him.

"No! Perhaps Sith Oguro's goal, like mine, is the Pluton blueprints!"

He convinced himself he had read Oguro's intentions.

"Hah! A fellow ambitious one!"

He ordered Bruno, "Bruno, gather all CP9 members on the island! Stop the intruders at all costs!"

"Yes, sir!"

Bruno opened a space door to summon the CP9 stationed on Enies Lobby.

Spandam gestured at the fallen Robin. "Take her with us. You handle the rest!"

You fight all you want here—I'm taking Robin!

Pluton will be mine!

With no ordinary guards left to stop them, Oguro and his team moved unhindered toward the Judicial Tower.

"Stop right there!"

As they entered, a loud shout came from the stairwell.

Several CP9 members in black uniforms lined up, glaring at Oguro.

"Trespassing Enies Lobby is a capital offense! Surrender immediately!"

Oguro scanned them—familiar faces.

Bruno, Gabura, Weiqi, Owl…

Except for Lucci, Kalifa, and Kaku, all CP9 members stationed elsewhere were here.

Oguro raised a finger, his eyes like blades.

"You have one second to think. Tell me where Spandam is and clear the way, or die!"
