In the Second World, mortal races are unable to absorb spiritual energy directly.


All cultivation paths, therefore, rely on indirect systems that convert vitality, knowledge, or external forces into transcendent power.


First Cultivation Path: The Alchemist Way


The Alchemist Way is the primary path of transcendence.


An alchemist arranges an array using the alchemy runes they have mastered and fuels it with their own vitality.


From this process, a Spirit Life is born.


This Spirit Life becomes the core of cultivation.


At this stage, the Spirit Life resides within the alchemist's spirit space.


The alchemist masters elemental-level alchemy runes and engraves elemental arrays onto their own body.


A total of three arrays are formed throughout this stage.


Each array undergoes sublimation, evolving from a physical imprint into a spiritual construct.


The first elemental-level array is formed.


Sublimation proceeds from flesh to spirit.


The second elemental-level array is formed.


The third elemental-level array is formed.


The power of the three arrays merges to fifty percent.


The power of the three arrays merges to one hundred percent.


The Spirit Life undergoes transformation guided by accumulated knowledge.


There are twelve total transformations.


Each transformation alters the nature, function, and stability of the Spirit Life.


Cultivation shifts focus to the physical body.


The alchemist gains layered control over their own form, progressing through flesh, bone, blood, and cell.


Each realm represents a deeper level of biological and alchemical mastery.


The physical body begins transforming into Spirit Life.


At this stage, the maximum transformation reaches thirty percent.


Flesh, organs, and bodily structure partially spiritualize.


This insignia represents the alchemist's completed path and authority.


This is the pinnacle of the Alchemist Way.


The Spirit Life ascends beyond mortal constraints.


The alchemist approaches divine existence.


These systems form the foundational alchemy of the old world.


These branches arise from technological progress and biological advancement.


A higher and more abstract branch that directly influences Spirit Life itself.


Second Cultivation Path: The Knight Way


The Knight Way is a martial-based path focused on physical transcendence rather than Spirit Life.


This classification applies to runes, arrays, weapons, and potions.


Each tier represents a qualitative leap in power, stability, and authority.
