When Zephyr saw Helena and Rolan's condition, he couldn't help but hold back a laugh.
Helena and Rolan looked bizarre, with their eyeballs pointing in opposite directions and saliva dripping from their mouths.
"Why are they like this?" Zephyr asked.
"This is the effect of exposure to the black aura released by my Master. Their bodies weren't strong enough to withstand it, causing a slight shock to the nerves in their bodies," William explained, touching his chin as if pondering. "But they are quite remarkable to wake up this fast; usually, ordinary humans need 2 to 3 days to regain consciousness after being exposed to my Master's black aura."
Zephyr considered William's explanation.
He realized that the other unconscious monster hunters hadn't woken up yet; only Helena and Rolan were awake, despite their condition.
It seemed Helena and Rolan's physical constitutions were quite strong compared to the other monster hunters.
