"Hey, Boruto! What the hell are you doing!?"
Naruto stared at Boruto's raised hand, surrounded by Truth-Seeking Balls wrapped in silvery-white chakra. The sight reminded him of the terrifying technique Toneri had once used.
Boruto grinned faintly. "Dad, I told you—if I ever had the chance, I was gonna let Uncle Sasuke taste this move!"
The nine Truth-Seeking Balls above Boruto's hand began to emit a blinding silvery-white light. Suddenly, they seemed to gain awareness, fusing together into one.
"Then let's make this attack our farewell ceremony!"
Boruto raised his hand higher, his voice echoing through the shattered dimension.
"Grindstone of the surrounding stars, the hell in the heavens, the end of the night before creation—
let your death quell everything!"
"Golden Wheel Reincarnation Explosion!"
The fused orbs burst into a sky-piercing sword of pure golden light.
Its radiance was so blinding it illuminated the entire dark dimension—banishing all shadows in an instant.
"It really is that move…"
Naruto's eyes widened, and he instinctively glanced toward Sasuke.
Momoshiki's voice cracked in terror. "No! I can't die!"
"What the hell is that!?" shouted one of the distant onlookers. None of them had ever seen such overwhelming power.
The light sword stretched into the heavens, splitting the clouds as if it could slice reality itself.
Then Boruto swung the blade downward. The air screamed as the golden arc ripped toward Sasuke like a divine meteor.
"This yellow-haired brat…!"
But before it could hit, Sasuke's Rinnegan flared with purple light, locking onto Momoshiki's position.
"Amenotejikara!"
In an instant, Sasuke and Momoshiki swapped places.
Momoshiki's eyes widened in horror as the sword of light descended toward him.
"NO—!"
The dazzling blade cut through the sky.
Momoshiki tried to summon every ounce of power left in his broken body, but the Golden Wheel Reincarnation Explosion was beyond comprehension—its force capable of cutting through the heavens themselves.
"I am Ōtsutsuki Momoshiki!" he screamed, voice drowned beneath the roaring light.
The world trembled. The golden radiance swallowed everything.
BOOOOM!
The light sword struck the ground, splitting the world apart. The earth itself cracked open into a massive abyss—so deep and long that its end couldn't be seen.
Boruto swung again, pointing the sword toward the sky.
The dark clouds above tore apart, revealing a clean split through the sky itself.
Suddenly, a voice echoed in Boruto's mind.
"Can you feel my presence, son of man?"
Boruto blinked. "This… is this my mental world?"
He looked around. A vast red void surrounded him—an endless expanse of chaos and silence.
From the distance, Momoshiki's soul emerged, his ethereal form glowing faintly. At the same time, Boruto's right eye shifted, transforming into a mysterious, radiant blue eye—the Jōgan.
The sclera turned deep gray, the iris shining faintly blue.
Momoshiki's voice rumbled like thunder. "So that's how it is. You've inherited the power of the Ōtsutsuki quite well."
"Even with your strength now, you still can't see through your own destiny. I can see it clearly… that blue eye will one day take everything from you."
He stepped closer, reaching for Boruto's arm. "Be prepared, boy. One who defeats a god can no longer remain mortal."
Boruto frowned. "What the hell are you talking about? Mortal? Are you… in a soul state right now?"
Without hesitation, Boruto lunged forward and grabbed Momoshiki by the throat.
Momoshiki froze—utterly shocked. "Impossible! How can you touch me!? You shouldn't be able to touch a soul!"
Boruto's eyes gleamed—his pupils now swirling with purple Rinnegan patterns.
Momoshiki gasped in terror. "Rinnegan!? You… you possess the Tenseigan, the Jōgan, and the Rinnegan!? That's impossible!"
Boruto smirked coldly. "Oh? So that eye is called the Jōgan? And why should it be impossible? I'm Kaminari."
He tightened his grip. "Now answer me—are you really just a soul right now?"
Momoshiki's expression twisted. "You… you damned human!"
Boruto's voice dropped, cold as steel. "Not answering? Then you're admitting it."
"Preta Path."
Boruto activated the Preta Path's power, trying to absorb Momoshiki's soul energy.
For a brief second, Momoshiki's body burned with white steam.
Then Boruto's hand passed straight through him.
"What the—? Preta Path doesn't work?" Boruto muttered, staring at his hand in confusion.
Momoshiki chuckled weakly as his form began to dissolve. "Hmph… savor your destiny, son of man!"
His soul faded away completely, vanishing into the void.
Boruto stood alone, frowning. "His soul was inside me… I could touch it before, but now I can't. What the hell did he do?"
Back in reality, Boruto slowly opened his eyes.
The Tenseigan Chakra Mode had vanished, his aura returning to normal.
Above, the aftermath of the Golden Wheel Reincarnation Explosion had split the clouds apart—leaving a streak of bright blue sky. The morning sunlight poured down, shining on Boruto like a halo.
He lifted his right hand toward the light—only to freeze.
A black, diamond-shaped mark had appeared in the center of his palm.
"…What is this?" Boruto whispered. "Is it connected to Momoshiki?"
Naruto, Madara, Hashirama, and the others watched in stunned silence at the scene of devastation—the sky torn apart, the ground obliterated.
Hashirama finally muttered, "That… that power…"
Madara remained silent, his gaze locked on Boruto.
And Sasuke—his Eternal Mangekyō Sharingan and Six-Tomoe Rinnegan—never left Boruto's figure.
