Thirty years ago, this man had struck fear into the World Government and the Marines alongside Pirate King Gol D. Roger, Whitebeard Edward Newgate, Golden Lion Shiki, and other great pirates. Not long ago, he had successfully escaped from prison in the "most chaotic incident in the history of Impel Down" and now commanded the elite subordinates of that era.
Meanwhile, a naval fleet of ten top-tier warships was heading toward the same sea area. This large-scale operation was personally led by the new Marine Admiral Akainu Sakazuki, carrying a World Government order to eradicate a certain pirate nation.

During the journey from the moon back to Sky Island, Victor asked the Pirate Queen Boa Hancock this question at least ten times.
This was understandable. The king-level physique he had just gained far exceeded his expectations. When Enel agreed to join the pirate group, Victor had been rewarded with a king-level physique.
From a diamond-level physique to a king-level physique, Victor's overall fitness had drastically improved. His muscles were more symmetrical and stronger than ever. Combat effectiveness had skyrocketed.
Now, with advanced Armament Haki and the Six Styles of the Navy, his attacks were even more powerful, and his endurance in battle had increased dramatically. Running out of strength against a strong opponent would no longer be a concern.
The reason Victor kept asking Hancock the same question was simple: his newly upgraded physique produced immense energy that needed to be released.

As soon as Enel spoke, flames shot from Hancock's deep blue eyes as she shouted angrily.
"Is this something you can practice?!"
"Tsk, you cheapskate! So boring! Why don't you go to the Blue Sea? Why didn't I find this place before? Otherwise, I would have destroyed it!"
Enel wasn't angry. Despite their short time together, he had noticed Hancock was gentle to Victor but cold to everyone else—even Daisy Margaret.
With the captain as his backing, Enel was too lazy to get angry. He just wanted to reach the Blue Sea.
Hancock, meanwhile, looked at Victor. They had already visited Sky Island and the moon, so why return here again?
"Ah… well, sometimes extreme weather happens at sea. This island is famous for weather research and is full of scientists studying it. I wanted to see if we could find someone suitable to be our navigator."
Victor's explanation was a half-truth. He couldn't openly say he was here for Nami without causing trouble.
"Isn't this island full of old men? Do you want to find an old man to be your navigator?"
The arrival of Boa Hancock, the world's most beautiful woman, naturally caused a sensation. Most of the island's residents came to see the empress, though many were old men with strange tall hats.
"No, there's a young woman over there!"
Enel, using the Thunder Fruit and Heart Network, had established a temporary electromagnetic field, allowing him to hear any nearby sounds weaker than him. He noticed a young woman approaching.
Soon, a beautiful young woman with fair skin and a nice figure squeezed forward.
"Hey! I think I know him. Isn't that Straw Hat's friend? He's grown a lot!"
Enel recognized Nami at once, but he had no idea what she meant by "she's grown a lot."
Victor also noticed Nami. She was very beautiful, but not quite the "explosive body" he had imagined—though she was already impressive enough to earn Enel's admiration.

Nami's face turned pale in panic. This person—shouldn't he have left Sky Island already? How was he here?
With Luffy absent, who could match this terrifying guy?
Sky Island about to fall into darkness again?!
A flood of thoughts ran through Nami's mind. She had only come to visit, so how did she run into Enel?!
"Enelu!?"
"God Enel!??"
Old men studying meteorology exchanged panicked glances. They weren't far from Angel Island and had heard of Enel's reputation—but hadn't he been expelled from Sky Island?
"Yeah, hahaha! It's still this comfortable feeling to be feared by others! It feels like being a god!"
Enel burst into laughter, causing the crowd to panic and scatter. Nami fled among them.
"Stop laughing! Scaring a bunch of old meteorologists is nothing compared to being a god. Heading to the Blue Sea and the Navy Headquarters and still carrying yourself like this—that's a god!"
"Navy Headquarters? Where is that? Let's go there when we get to the Blue Sea?"
