Chapter 260 - Chapter 171: Pluton's Blueprints

The train continued to speed along, and after capturing Robin and Franky, Lucci and the others returned to the second carriage, leaving Sage and the three others behind.

Robin stared out the window in a daze, saying nothing.

Franky, on the other hand, glared at Sage, annoyed, and said, "Hey, what's your connection with CP9? Are you an enemy?"

He had heard CP9 conversing with Sage, but he had never met this guy.

From the tone of those CP9 agents, this guy seemed like an enemy, but based on his actions... it was unclear.

"I shouldn't be counted as your enemy. Of course, if you want me to be, that's fine with me."

Sage exhaled a puff of smoke and said, "We're just heading to the same destination."

"Enies Lobby?"

Franky exclaimed, "Someone else wants to go there? You're really a strange person."

Sage glanced at Franky's attire, "I don't want a pervert calling me a weirdo."

"What's wrong with a man being a pervert!" Franky shouted righteously, approaching Sage in just his underwear.

"Do you want to die that badly?"

Sage cast him a sidelong glance, and with just one sentence, left the initially mischievous Franky frozen, cold sweat streaming down his forehead.

"Stop your little schemes. If you have something to say, say it. If not, find a place to sit."

He said coldly, "Otherwise, I think they won't mind tossing you into the sea either."

"Is it Franky..."

Robin snapped back to reality and said, "If you have something to say, speak. That guy is my brother, it's okay."

"Brother? He's also..." Franky paused.

Also from O'hara?

But why so different...

He saw no sign of fear at all, only wildness, even wilder than CP9.

As a 'Disassembly Merchant' in Water Seven, with a sideline as a Bounty Hunter, Franky definitely knew Sage.

'Natural Disaster' Sage, a Great Pirate with a bounty of six hundred million, probably everyone on this sea knows him.

That's exactly why he couldn't make out what Sage wanted, facing CP9, he didn't seem like a comrade, but neither did he seem like an enemy.

This left him no chance to speak with Nicole Robin, initially wanting to use Sage's contempt for him, trying to force him away, but he clearly underestimated Sage's strength...

With just one glance, he dared not move.

Franky fell silent, ignoring Sage, and sat on the sofa in front of Robin, staring at the closed carriage door, starting a conversation with her.

Sage had no interest in this.

The topics were nothing more than the Straw Hat kid's matters and things concerning Water Seven, but one topic caught Sage's attention.

According to Robin's words, the mayor of Water Seven was still alive...

"Owl!" Sage called out.

Robin and Franky's conversation halted, both turning their eyes towards him.

The carriage door swung open, and Owl appeared almost instantaneously in front of Sage.

"Captain?"

"Tell me about the mayor of Water Seven, what's his deal?" Sage said.

Although Owl wasn't one of the members who had infiltrated Water Seven for five years, it didn't matter. Their intelligence was shared, especially with a blockhead superior in charge; they basically knew everything.

"Alright, Captain."

Owl said, "The mayor of Water Seven is named Iceburg. Not only is he the mayor, but also the president of the Carrera Company, the company that merged the seven giant shipyards of Water Seven, and also participates in the city's government work. That's why he became mayor."

"This company's business is to repair and update ships arriving from all over, regardless of who they belong to. Besides that, it's also a shipbuilding company designated by the World Government, responsible for building Navy warships."

"He's quite troublesome because he actively engages with the World Government, making them regard him as someone indispensable, so there's no easy way to deal with him. Otherwise, Lucci and the others wouldn't have stayed there for five years. Spandam exploited the opportunity with Nico Robin to get rid of him and also arrested Carter Flamm, the person who possesses the technology to build 'Pluton'."

"Pluton?"

Sage looked at Franky, "You know that technology?"

After speaking, he froze for a moment...

Flash!

Sage's figure vanished from his seat, instantly appearing in front of Franky, gripping him by the throat.

Boom!

Franky, shocked, instinctively punched with a heavy blow, hitting Sage's chest, but only creating an empty sound, his fist touching Sage's chest as if hitting something solid, having no effect.

"Not human?"

Sage's arm lifted, hoisting Franky and asking.

"Hmph, I'm a modified human!" Franky sneered.

"Oh... the texture feels off, the front half is machinery? Anyway, they're all the same."

Sage extended his other hand, moving Franky's fist from his chest downwards, pressing it against his torso, "Where is it..."

His fingers gently tapped, as if confirming something, stopping only when they reached the abdomen.

His lips curled into a sinister smile, "Found it!"

He remembered!

This guy himself hides the technology to make Pluton!

Though Sage didn't care about such things, having it was certainly better than not having it!

"You bastard!"

Franky's pupils shrank, and sensing something, his shoulders moved, forcefully rising, forming two cannon platforms, swiftly firing shells directly at Sage.

"Franky Destruction Cannon!"

Boom!!

The force of the shells instantly ripped open nearby seats, also breaking a hole in the ceiling and floor, revealing the ocean waves surging at the tracks below.

This commotion made the CP9 agents rush in again.

"Can't you be quiet? We're almost at Enies Lobby. What good is struggling now?" Kaku frowned.

"Hmm? Something's off... that looks like the Captain."

Jabra looked at the figure in the smoke and frowned, "Did the Captain and Franky have a conflict?"

Lucci said calmly, "The main mission target is Nico Robin, not Carter Flamm. He was only arrested for attacking the judicial ship years ago. If it's just him... we can put it aside."

But soon, their thoughts changed.

Splatter!

A sound of metal breaking came from the smoke.

As the smoke was blown away by the wind pressure passing through the hole, they clearly saw the scene before them.

Sage held Franky by the throat with one hand; his other hand broke through Franky's abdomen. Around that arm, they could see some metal debris.

"It's this!"

Sage's smile widened, pulling out a thick, ancient book-like item from his abdomen, with a large line of text perfectly visible to them.

PLUTON...

Pluton!

"Is this it!"

Sage casually tossed Franky aside, shaking the blueprint in his hand, "The construction plans for Pluton!"

Franky crashed against the carriage wall, clutching his abdomen, falling to the floor, incredulously looking at Sage.

He's a half-modified human, not afraid of injury, but the pain is real.

This blow hurt quite a bit, but that wasn't the most crucial part.

The crucial part...

"How do you know!" Franky shouted.

Impossible!

Only he and Iceburg should know about it. With the fake death and name change excuse, he hid until now. Even those agents only arrested him for attacking the judicial ship years ago. If they knew Pluton was in his possession, they wouldn't have infiltrated Carrera Company, instead, come for him directly.

He had intended to meet CP9's idiot officer and destroy it in front of him. But who would've thought it would be snatched up directly!

"Seems like it's true."

Sage showed his teeth, "Such a good thing, don't waste it. Technology is meant for humans to use to be called technology!"

He knew Pluton was in Wano Country, but initially didn't pay attention. Just with the mindset of not wasting it, he snatched Pluton.

Burn it...

Too big a waste.
