# Chapter 105: Revolutionaries? You're Not Worthy of the Name.

Well, it seems this misunderstanding was only growing. Yūga Hōzumi averted his covetous gaze and had no intention of explaining himself. After all, lusting after someone's hand trap was fundamentally no different from lusting after their Accel Synchro.

With Constellar Ptolemy M7's effect negated, Yūga Hōzumi had to use other methods to break through T.G. Blade Blaster's defense. Furthermore, since every version of Blade Blaster possessed the ability to revive a "T.G." monster from the Graveyard when destroyed, Yūga Hōzumi preferred to clear the board using non-destructive means if possible.

"I activate the Spell Card, Gagagawind! I Special Summon one 'Gagaga' monster from my hand, and its Level becomes 4!"

"I Special Summon Utopic Onomatopeia from my hand, which is also treated as a 'Gagaga' monster by rule!"

"I activate the effect of my Continuous Spell, Onomatochoice! I target one 'Zubababa', 'Gagaga', 'Gogogo', or 'Dododo' monster on my field, and all monsters I control have their Levels become the same as the targeted monster's until the end of the turn."

"I'll change Dododo Buster's Level to 4, the same as Utopic Onomatopeia!"

Dododo Buster's Level: 6 → 4

"I overlay my two Level 4 monsters!"

"Descend, Warrior of Hope! Xyz Summon! Rank 4! Number 39: Utopia!"

The original form of Utopia stood before Yūga Hōzumi once more, wielding its moon-glaives. Its handsome appearance, coupled with the gleaming light flowing over its armor, made the onlooking children gape in awe.

Number 39: Utopia ATK: 2500

Yūga Hōzumi then took the card that ejected from his Duel Disk's Extra Deck. "This card can be Xyz Summoned by using Number 39: Utopia on the field as material!"

"The first light of the universe! A ray of hope illuminating chaos! Descend! Shining Xyz Change! Number S39: Utopia Prime!"

A divine and warm light illuminated the dark night. Under the children's gazes, Utopia was enveloped by this light, and moments later, it descended again in an even more sacred form.

Number S39: Utopia Prime ATK: 2501

"I activate the effect of Number S39: Utopia Prime! By detaching all of its Xyz Materials and paying my Life Points until I only have 1 left, I banish all monsters on my opponent's field and inflict damage to them equal to the sum of those monsters' Attack Points! Pandora's Force!"

Yūga Hōzumi LP: 4000 → 1

The eight crystals behind Number S39: Utopia Prime bloomed with a dazzling light, enveloping T.G. Blade Blaster.

"I activate the effect of T.G. Blade Blaster! Once during my opponent's turn, I can banish this card until the End Phase." Helpless, Bruno could only activate his monster's effect amidst the inescapable light, temporarily retreating to a different dimension.

"Battle! Number S39: Utopia Prime, direct attack! Hope Sword Slash!"

The eight floating crystals behind Utopia Prime lit up in succession, channeling energy into the longsword in its hand, unleashing a slash of light toward Bruno's empty field.

Under Yūga Hōzumi's deliberate control, the slash merely exploded in front of Bruno, causing him no substantial damage.

Bruno LP: 4000 → 1499

"Constellar Ptolemy M7, direct attack!"

The mechanical dragon raised its neck. Even though its effect was negated, that didn't stop it from spewing a scorching laser.

Bruno LP: 1499 → 0

After losing the duel, Bruno started to put away his Duel Disk and tried to run, but a prepared Kaito caught him.

"I won't reveal anything about the Revolutionary Army or Accel Synchro! Don't even dream of it!" Bruno roared at Yūga Hōzumi, struggling continuously as Kaito held him down.

Yūga Hōzumi ignored him and returned to the campfire. "It's time for bed," he told the children.

"Big Brother Yūga Hōzumi, can you please let this big brother go? Big Brother Crow told us that the people from the Revolutionary Army aren't bad guys," Frank said, glancing worriedly at Bruno.

"I wasn't planning on doing anything to him in the first place. He's the one who insisted we were enemies," Yūga Hōzumi said, not knowing whether to laugh or cry.

After the children obediently went to sleep, Bruno also quieted down, perhaps tired from struggling.

"Have you eaten?" This was the first question Yūga Hōzumi asked Bruno from beside the campfire, offering him a rice ball.

"You think a sugar-coated bullet like this will work on me?" Bruno roared, taking Yūga Hōzumi's goodwill as an insult.

"Keep your voice down. Don't wake the children," Yūga Hōzumi said with a frown. This Bruno, despite having the same face and using the same deck, was nothing like the one who risked everything by returning to the past to save the future.

"Are you from the Revolutionary Army?" Yūga Hōzumi asked after a while, once Bruno had calmed down.

"I won't disclose any information about the Revolutionary Army, so don't even dream about it!" Bruno said through gritted teeth.

"Revolutionary Army? Don't be ridiculous. At best, you're a disorganized rabble. Don't defile that sacred name." A hint of disdain appeared in Yūga Hōzumi's eyes.

In Yūga Hōzumi's mind, weren't true revolutionaries all great figures who would shed their blood and lay down their lives for their beliefs? And yet this group of people reconciled with their oppressors after being swayed by some lunatic's words?

And they call themselves revolutionaries? What a joke.

Bruno was enraged by these words, his glare so intense it seemed he could tear Yūga Hōzumi apart.

"Don't be so quick to object. Let me ask you a few questions first. Don't worry, I'm not interested in your intel," Yūga Hōzumi said, ignoring Bruno's glare. "Since you call yourselves the Revolutionary Army, why are you revolting?"

"To overthrow the Top Echelons, of course!" Bruno gritted his teeth.

"And then?" Yūga Hōzumi asked.

"Then? Then we commoners can finally live good lives!" Bruno declared.

"And that's why I said you're just a disorganized rabble," Yūga Hōzumi said, completely unsurprised by the answer. "So what if you succeed? You'll just become the new Top Echelons. Then, after a while, a new Revolutionary Army will rise to overthrow you. The cycle will just repeat."

"No... we won't become like the people of the Tops!" Bruno insisted.

"Do you know what separates you from true revolutionaries?" Yūga Hōzumi looked into Bruno's eyes and said, "True revolutionaries do what they do to build a new order they believe in from the ruins. They would sacrifice anything for that cause. But you? Your so-called revolution is nothing more than a way to vent the resentment you've built up after years of oppression by the Tops."
