Harry raised his hand and caught the falling dagger neatly between two fingers.
"Let's talk now." He smirked faintly, flipped the dagger in his hand, and pressed the flat of the transparent blade against Mystique's neck, tilting her chin up with it.

"Don't even think about calling for help," Harry said quietly. "Because this blade will open your throat before anyone gets here."
Mystique's lips parted slightly, her golden eyes narrowed. "All right… I'll take you there," she said finally. With her life hanging by a thread, she had no choice but to obey.
"Let's go."
Harry wrapped the spider silk around her several times, binding her arms and torso, then tugged at the line to pull her along.
"This way!" Mystique said, her gaze flicking toward the dagger in his hand. Her expression tightened when she saw it clearly—the cold, translucent weapon was made of a non-metallic material.
"You came here for him, huh?" She gave a bitter laugh. "That man isn't someone you can deal with." Her words dripped with disdain, but deep down, she was shaken. The fact that their hidden base had been found at all was startling. Still, she reassured herself—Magneto, a level-four mutant, would never lose.
"You don't need to worry about that," Harry replied curtly. "Now take me to Senator Kelly."
"Hmph." Mystique snorted coldly and turned away, leading the path forward.
Harry followed, keeping his grip firm on the silk line in his hand.
She led him down a winding corridor, turning several corners until they reached a dead end.
"Senator Kelly is locked in the last room," Mystique said over her shoulder.
Harry's eyes scanned both sides of the hall. Thick metal doors lined the wall, each sealed by a large circular iron ring—solid, seamless, unmistakably Magneto's handiwork.
"Move." Harry nudged Mystique toward the end of the hall.
Clang—
Bang!
The dagger in his hand flashed downward, a faint green mist spreading across the blade's edge. With a single stroke, it sliced cleanly through the thick iron ring.
"Let's go in." Harry pocketed the dagger and pulled the stunned Mystique along as he stepped into the room.
"Who are you?" Senator Kelly leapt to his feet the moment the door burst open. Since awakening, he'd been trapped here—calling for help to no avail. The sudden intrusion both startled and thrilled him.
"Ah! You… you're mutants!" His voice trembled as his gaze landed on Mystique's blue skin and glowing yellow eyes. Horrified, he stumbled back, pointing at them with shaking hands.
A firm supporter of the Mutant Registration Act, Kelly's fear was almost instinctive. To him, being in the hands of mutants could only mean one thing—disaster.
"Relax," Harry said quickly, understanding his panic. "I'm Harry Osborn. You've probably heard of me."
"Harry Osborn? Of course I have. Wait—are you a mutant too?" Kelly asked suspiciously.
Ever since Harry's emergence as a superhero, his name had spread quickly. Even Kelly, who had always supported the Act, respected human-aligned heroes like him.
"No. I'm not a mutant," Harry said firmly. "I'm here to rescue you." He tugged at the silk binding Mystique. "She was my guide."
"Help me?" Kelly asked warily.
"Yes," Harry replied. "We'll discuss everything once we're out of here. For now, let's move."
He extended a hand toward the senator. "We have to leave quickly. This place belongs to Magneto—it's better not to linger."
Kelly hesitated for a moment, then grabbed Harry's hand. "All right."
Harry smiled faintly and pulled him up.
"I want to leave? Hmph! Not that easy!"
A cold, resonant voice echoed from outside the chamber. Harry froze. His spider-sense flared to life instantly.
Chchch—!
Three sharp metallic whirs cut through the air from the darkness, slicing straight toward him.
Clang! Clang! Clang!
Two metal blades clattered to the floor. The third embedded itself in the wall just behind him.
Harry stood protectively in front of Senator Kelly, one arm shielding him, the other holding the transparent dagger aimed at the shadows.
The strand of spider silk in his grasp slackened and fell—the line had been severed cleanly by the single blade that had slipped through his defense.
"You're here," Mystique said, tearing herself free of the cut silk. She backed out of the room, glaring coldly at Harry but speaking toward the approaching presence behind her.
There were no footsteps—but from the darkness emerged a man floating effortlessly, a gleaming helmet marking him unmistakably.
"Magneto!" Senator Kelly gasped.
"Well, well, Senator Kelly. You actually recognize me?" Magneto said evenly, his voice calm but cutting as he looked past Harry.
"I've seen your helmet in the files," Kelly said, hiding behind Harry but still speaking defiantly. "You match Professor Xavier's description exactly."
"Charles, huh?" Magneto snorted coldly. "He still refuses to face reality—still siding with humans who hate our kind."
He floated slowly into the room. The moment he passed the threshold, Harry's wrist flicked—sending the dagger flying straight at him.
"Hmph. Petty tricks." Magneto merely lifted a finger. A metal panel tore itself from the wall, floating to shield him.
Clang—!
To his surprise, the dagger pierced straight through the iron plate.
"Be careful! That dagger's extremely sharp!" Mystique shouted, remembering how easily Harry had sliced through the thick iron ring earlier.
Magneto's eyes narrowed. His hands moved sharply, and the distorted iron plate twisted inward, trapping the dagger's blade within.
Screeeech—
Metal ground against metal as the warped plate groaned and shifted. Finally, a pale green tip pierced through the center before falling still. The green mist faded, revealing the dagger's true transparent form once more.
Having halted the weapon, Magneto's gaze snapped toward Harry—sharp, cold, and deadly.
"Come, then," Harry said quietly, raising his blade again.
