As Regina and Mio were walking together on the city streets that was being illuminated by the streets lights and the vibrant environment, Mio started the conversation "Looks like people are starting to get busy.",Regina responded "Yeah, it is night time now. Everyone wants to go home, so obviously, people would be in a rush and crowd the place.". Mio then asked "So, what are you going to do tomorrow?", Regina took her time to think "I think I'll just stay in and train. And after training, I'll just lay in my room and do nothing.". Mio smiled "Hm, looks like even you like to take breaks.", suddenly, both girls along with the people walking on the streets heard Lord Fugaku's voice echo through the city "Good day everyone of the city of Kagahara, this is your lord speaking.", both Mio and Regina looked up and saw Lord Fugaku's face all over the television's of the streets "Huh? Lord Fugaku?", Regina asked herself. Fugaku addressed his citizens "This announcement might come as a surprise, but I guess I have no other choice but to drop this at this time of the early night. I'm sorry to have done this to you all, my citizens.", Fugaku continued to explain "I have deviced to create a program for young assassins and soliders to take place in, the age ranges from age 13 all the way to age 15. This is program would be a training camp to make our young soldiers stronger, it's also going to make sure that kids would realise their true potential so that they can go on missions they can handle.". Fugaku cleared his throat "As I was saying, a training camp would be launched in a few days time. It would be divided into two buildings. One would be for boys, and the other would be for the girls. Not just that, but not all young soldiers would participate in this program.", Yuki while standing along side Gwen and Marallda watched the giant screen TV's. This declaration shocked every single person who was watching the news, both young old, team leaders, soliders and young soldiers. One of the citizens who was also a solider asked with slight terror in his voice "Did he just declare war against the Knight Kingdom?", his friend replied "Yeah, I think he did.", another set of young soldiers muttered to themselves "No way....!", "He really went ahead and said it", "I don't even know if I should be excited or I should be scared for my life right now.", "What kind of fate upholds this city.". Nagumo(Yuji's grandfather), bursted out in laughter "AHHHAHAHAHA! AHHAHAHA! HE WENT OUT AND SAID IT NOW! AHAHAA!", Yuji on the other hand was flabbergasted out of his mind "No freaking way! It's been 13 years since I've been on this earth, and never in my life.... have I ever seen grandpa laugh like this.". Chills went down Yuji's spine "What the hell is about to happen?!", Reggie had a smirk on his face as he watched the news on his phone, Laria also had a smirk as she carried her son. Lerion also felt the same way, he couldn't help but to have a grin on his face "So he just declared war huh? First time we've done that in a while.", Suzuha sighed while watching this on TV as she was cooking a meal "Ahh! This isn't going to end well.". As for Ranpo and Kojin, they both had smirks on their faces as they stared at each other, Kojin's energy of destruction brewing out of him, and Ranpo's blue energy also brewing out of his body like smoke. Ralfold on the other hand stood by himself while he heard the news, hands in his pockets "Really? We're declaring war now....?", he grinned devilishly "Well, there's nothing that could have made me happier!". Kito and Baroka watched in their houses "An all out war huh? That's gonna be bad.", Kito said to himself before a grin curled on his face "I just hope I won't be part of that.", Volt was speechless, he wasn't surprised, but he didn't have anything to say. Volt just continued walking home by himself despite the spine shaking declaration of war against the Knight Kingdom. As for White, he was sitted on his couch along with Lydia and Racheal. White muttered to himself "Things really are about to turn bad.". As for Kazuma, he watched this on his phone while standing at the exit of a training ground "A training camp, huh. That sounds interesting.", a confident smile grew on his face "Finally, some action. Haven't had one of those on a while"(You completely forgot about the war aspect huh?
