At one of the science base outside the city, Reggie stood as soliders of the lightning country came in with vehicles and jets, each one packed with powerful weapons and technology. As Reggie watched, he thought to himself "It's only been a day or two since Lord Fugaku decided to partner with the Lightning country, and they're already bringing so much weapons. That cool.", he walked towards one of the soliders of Kagahara that was helping with taking notes of the amounts of weapons being dropped and taken into other vehicles "How are things going?", Reggie asked the solider. The solider reported "Everything's going smoothly sir. The Lightning country was stated to be dropping about nine-hundred and thirty weapons everyday.", Reggie thought "Nine hundred and thirty weapons everyday? Well, it's not a long term alliance so it's okay.", he replied to the solider "Okay, that sounds nice. How many weapons have been dropped?", the solider he was talking to explained "They've only dropped weapons that include cannons, blasters, guns, rail-guns and shape shifting weapons. Not just that, but lightning bombs and bomb nets. All the weapons together in number are about eight-hundred and seventy.". Reggie seemed a bit confused "Bomb nets? Oh, i know what those things are.", he muttered. The solider leading the Lightning country's troops went towards Reggie and asked "Hey, you must be the person incharge of monitoring the weapons we drop here, right?", Reggie responded "Yeah, I am.". The Lightning country solider explained "Good. We've dropped all the weapons we could supply, we initially wanted to drop a few hundred more so we wouldn't have to drop any other weapons for the next few days, but things changed.". Reggie responded "Okay, that's fine. Since we're in an exchange, we'll be dropping our techniques and scrolls off towards you guys as well. We'd be dropping about 60 everyday. That was the agreement.", the lightning solider nodded his head "I believe that's fine.", he walked away while declaring to his group "Alright, we've dropped all the weapons we need to drop. Now, let's go.". The lightning country's soliders prepared to move into their vehicles and jets to take off, Reggie blinked before looking at the soliders of Kagahara "Okay guys, let's take these weapons in. After that, we'll analyse them with the guide we have and then mass produce them.", the soliders responded "YES SIR!". Meanwhile, Fugaku was in his office signing some paper work when Ralfold walked in "Lord Fugaku", he greeted, Fugaku responded "Yes, Ralfold. Is there anything you want?", Ralfold explained "Reggie contacted me just now, he told me to let you know that the Lightning country soliders have dropped all the weapons the could bring and have left.". Fugaku scoffed "That fast? Hm, that was efficient.", Ralfold then asked again "Lord Fugaku, are you sure sharing our scrolls and powerfull books to the Lightning country is a good idea?". Fugaku then asked "What makes you ask that?", Ralfold gave out his reasons "Well, first off. The Lightning country could use our own techniques and scrolls against us, they could also uncover the knowledge about those techniques in the scrolls that we don't even know about.". Fugaku sighed "I see your point, believe me when I say I do. But in cases like these, we need all the help we can get, even tho it means having to trust others that we won't normally trust. But....", Fugaku continued to explain "Each and everyone of our books and scrolls of techniques have a special curse tied to them.". Ralfold looked confused "Special curse?", Fugaku smirked "Special curses are curses applied on things that are dangerously important. For instance, every techniques has a special curse tied to them, the curse activates when certain conditions aren't met up.". Ralfold then asked "So in this case, if the Lightning country were to use our own techniques on us in war times, the techniques would backfire at them?", Fugaku snapped his fingers "Exactly. Not just that, but the Lightning country more than likely made the same precautions for us as well. In the weapons and bombs they've given us, there are safety measures added in them just incase we use their weapons against them, that's why we purposely asked for there to be a limit to the amount of weapons they drop with us. This is to allow us understand their weapons better and replicate them.". Ralfold then added "In other words, we would use their weapons against them by creating our own variations. Is that it?", Fugaku smirked "Yeah, that's exactly right.", he started to softly cackle with a small but dangerous aura around him. Ralfold had a nervous look on his face like he was embarrassed "Despite the cool and mature demeanour you have, you still have a very dark and calculated side, you are terrifying.", Ralfold muttered. Fugaku switched back to his regular calm, composed and natural tone "In a few days, Reggie should have gotten the hang of understanding how the weapons work. Not just that, but I told him to replicate them properly. The Lightning country's weapons can be hard to understand, so I told him to take his time.". Meanwhile at home, Laria was already giving Sughi shooting lessons, the four years old boy's arms had turned from robot arms into blasters, they shot out powerful bullets at the targets infront of him. Each blast from the child was more precise than the last, Laria scolded "When shooting, you've got to be calculated and sharp, make sure every shot is more dangerous than the last. I'll continue to make you good at shooting and sniping, I'll give you exercises everyday, both in shooting and in combat. Got it?", Sughi while relentlessly shooting the targets infront of him responded with a nod "Hm!". Andre came into the training grounds when he saw his friends child shooting with his arm turned into robotic guns "Hm? Wow. His powers activated in not less than a few days and the first thing you teach him is how to be a terrorist.", Laria commanded her son "Sughi. Turn around and shoot your uncle!", Sughi turned to Andre with his robot like arms turned into huge guns pointing at Andre. Andre had a nervous smile "Ah, come on Sughi. It's me, uncle Andre.", Laria declared "FIRE!". A defeaning [BOOM] erupted the training grounds "Good Boy!", Laria praised.
