At 9:00AM, Reggie and Lord Fugaku sat face to face with each other at the Lords office. Fugaku asked "So, you're saying there wasn't any problems with the assassination?", Reggie replied "Nope, no problems at all. It was pretty easy Infiltrating that scumbag's house. Despite there being like 12 high level security alarms and traps along side with the building being protected by an entire protective barrier, it was pretty easy to just walk right through them, although I didn't go through them at all. Maybe it's because of my ability, or I'm just that skilled now.", Fugaku smirked "Hm, that's good. So that's one higher up down.". Reggie sighed "Well, as for the assassin Victor sent to steal the weapons, she's in the hospital right now. I didn't feel the need to kill a person who was just taking orders from someone who'd sell weapons to the enemy just like that. And plus, I can bet the reason why the higher ups would do that is because they want to kill a certain number of young soldiers who's powers they've deemed as dangerous.". Fugaku blinked "Hm? You think so?", Reggie explained "Yeah, I do. That's because....", his face seemed saddened "Two of Laria's students, Marallda and Gwen, were supposed to be the kids that should have died a couple missions ago due to the higher ups staging things up.". Fugaku sighed "What a pain, even i didn't think this far. To think you'd kill your your own young talents all because you're scared that you won't be able to control them Is just wild. I can easily confront those higher ups about this, but that would only make me an easy target.", Reggie replied "Yep, it would. Not to mention that the higher ups have access to techniques that would practically put powerful people like A-ranks to shame.". Fugaku scoffed, he layed back on his chair "Well, that's true. But there's nothing I want to do about it now.", he waved his hand "But atleast that's one problem down, I highly doubt that there's going to be anyone carrying our weapons and selling it to the enemy. And since that case is no more...", Fugaku smiled at Reggie "You cam create all the nanotechnology you want without bothering yourself about it being stolen. Okay?", Reggie smiled back "Ha, okay!". Meanwhile, in the training grounds, Marallda, Yuki and Gwen just finished their sparring with Laria. Gwen was sweating while breathing heavily "Ha! Ha! That was stressful.", Marallda responded "You have....N0 ide4a!". Gwen looked at her "Seriously, when's your speech pattern going to turn back to normal?", she asked surprised. Yuki seemed a bit irritated "Come on Gwen, don't be like that. It takes time for people to recover from brain injuries. We should be happy that Marallda isn't a retard who's eyes look like they're being crossed on different directions.", Gwen felt mildly surprised "That was oddly specific.", Marallda felt annoyed but didn't do anything about it considering the fact that Yuki was telling the truth "Well fuck!", she sneered in her head. Laria walked towards her three students "Yuki's got a point Gwen, you cant just say that. And Yuki, you're too specific. Your honest to a fault.", Yuki sighed "Sorry.". Laria explained "Alright girls. Originally I wanted us go train for two hours, but I realised that was a bit too much. You girls can go home and do your own training. Okay?", Yuki, Gwen and Marallda all responded "Yes ma'am.". As the three girls were going home together, Gwen asked "So do we hang around with each other? Or we go home.", Yuki replied "I don't know. It depends.", Marallda sighed "I want to g0 home.", Yuki looked at her "Cool, you almost made a straight sentence there.". Gwen sighed "Well, I want to go home and take a rest. I don't want to be outside for too long. Plus I want to prepare myself for the training camp, that's assuming if ill be part of the girls going.", Marallda replied "Me t00.", they both took off. Yuki waved "Okay, later you two.". Yuki while walking by herself started to think "Okay, now what do I do today....?", she thought of something "Oh I know.". Kito was in his house preparing breakfast, he had just taken a bath and was sizzling up some vegetables "Looks like today's calm too. I should probably get some training done today, I'll test out the guns I made. Some of them seem a bit out of my control, which is why I'll focus on some more than the rest.", suddenly, he heard a knock at the door [KNOCK! KNOCK! KNOCK!]. Kito wondered "Hm? Who could it be so early in the morning?", he walked to the door "I sense only one person.", he thought to himself before asking "Who is it?". Yuki's voice responded "It's me, Kito. Open up.", Kito thought to himself "Hm? Yuki? This early?", he opened the door and saw Yuki standing at the other end of the door with a smile and a wave "Hiiii!", she greeted. Kito was stunned for a moment "So pretty...!", he exclaimed in his head before he asked "So, Yuki. Why are you here?". Yuki explained "Two things. One I came here to visit. Two, I have nothing better to do.", Kito thought to himself "I have a feeling that you came here for the second reason.". Meanwhile at the boarding house, Yuji was doing some push-ups, Kazuma walked out of the bathroom, his hair was rough and had just dried up "Hm? Look at you go, Yuji. Doing push ups this early?", Yuji replied "Shut it. Unlike you who likes to do backflips from tree's, I like to do things safer.", Kazuma replied "Aha.". He sat on the bed and said "Whatever. There isn't anything important going on today, so let's just use this opportunity to chill.", Yuji reminded Kazuma "Don't you have a date with Mio today?", Kazuma replied "Yeah, but it's this evening.". Yuji continued his push ups "Okay. Good luck with that.", Kazuma took his time to think before asking "By the way, when was the last time you and Regina went down?", Yuji got flustered "HEY!". In her room, Mio was also doing some exercises, but it wasn't just any random exercise, she was practicing a technique. Mio stood above a red magic circle, her hair partially turned red and was floating, and her hands were also slightly raised. She opened her eyes and took a sigh, the cirlcle under her vanished "WHOOO! That was nice. I should practice that technique more often.".
