Chapter 41 - The Arcane Game

Across all sixteen cities of Grimland, with one hundred and ninety-two candidates chosen by the Game. Only forty-eight remain now, three from each city. The Thrine.

And from this point, every participant that survived steps beyond the mortal realm. As The Arcane Game does not occur in Grimland. It unfolds in a realm created purely with magic and has no boundaries on the games that can be engineered.

The Arcane Game will be divided into four rounds, containing fifteen games in total.

Round 1: 8 Games → 8 Thrines will progress to the next

Round 2: 4 Games → 4 Thrines will progress to the next

Round 3: 2 Games → 2 Thrines will progress to the next

Final Round: 1 Game → 1 Thrine wins the Desideria Tria

Each game takes place inside a different constructed world within the Arcane Realm. These worlds have their own rules, landscapes, obstacles and none of which follow the logic of the real world.

And if a participant dies during a Game but the rest of their team wins that Game, the dead member is immediately reincarnated after the Game, restoring the Thrine to three before another round begins.

Though if the members loose the game, then all three members are erased permanently.

Before each Game officially begins, I will provide a short description of the Game. The participating cities and abilities of the participants, though some will be a surprise.
