Chapter 194 - Chapter 196: Did Kudo Shinichi Appear?

"What? A sixth bomb?"

Mouri Kogoro suddenly shouted in shock.

Inspector Megure and the others' faces changed drastically, causing the passengers getting off the train to instantly panic and scatter in confusion.

"Slow down, everyone slow down."

"Don't crowd, this is the passage for people with disabilities."

Inside the station, it instantly fell into panic.

Heiji frowned and glanced at Mouri Kogoro:

"Uncle Mouri, ask if there is a hint."

"Who is that next to you? Is it Kudo Shinichi?"

However, Heiji's voice was heard by the criminal on the phone, and his tone instantly turned cold.

The people present were stunned.

"There is no Kudo Shinichi here, only me, the famous detective Mouri Kogoro," Mouri Kogoro explained loudly.

"If there is no Kudo Shinichi, then there is no hint. Wait to be blown to smithereens."

Suddenly, everyone looked at Heiji with shock, as if seeing a ghost.

"Kudo Shinichi, you finally appeared." The criminal on the phone sneered, then paused: "Great Detective Mouri, you should step down now. I want to settle the score properly with Kudo Shinichi."

"What? To unexpectedly make me, this famous detective, step down? Do you look down on me?" Mouri Kogoro shouted angrily.

"Uncle Mouri, let me speak with him."

Heiji took the phone:

"I am Kudo Shinichi. Your bombs have already been found by me. I advise you to quickly tell me the location of the bomb, otherwise it's just wasting a few of my brain cells, the bomb will be found sooner or later. Because, there is always only one truth."

Mouri Kogoro and the others were dumbfounded. The tone, pitch, and even the rhythm were exactly the same.

"Kudo Shinichi, it is precisely because of this tone of yours that my dreams were shattered. Today, I want to let you know what despair is. The sixth bomb is still on the Touto Loop Line. The starlight in the sky is faint, the spirits below are singing, in the dark zone between two torches, hides a vicious demon, waiting for the moment to bare its fangs."

Heiji silently hung up the phone, lowering his head to contemplate.

"Hattori?"

Inspector Megure's voice brought him back to his senses.

"Oh, the hint is: The starlight in the sky is faint, the spirits below are singing, in the dark zone between two torches, hides a vicious demon, waiting for the moment to bare its fangs."

"Hattori, you brat, how can you change your voice? To unexpectedly sound exactly like the Kudo brat."

What shocked Mouri Kogoro and the others was Heiji's voice change. Without relying on any auxiliary device, he changed to be exactly the same as Kudo Shinichi, even the charm was not the slightest bit different.

Sato Miwako's beautiful eyes were also wide open; this kind of skill was simply a bit formidable.

Heiji was speechless:

"Now is not the time to discuss these things. It's already five-thirty, there is still half an hour. If we don't find the bomb sooner, the consequences will be unimaginable."

His words made Inspector Megure and the others' faces change. Instantly disregarding asking about the voice change, they all began to mobilize.

"Alright, Miwako, we can continue our date now."

Sato Miwako's face blushed, and she instantly rolled her eyes at Heiji:

"I am just thanking you, this is not any date."

Immediately, her eyes dimmed.

Inspector Megure ran back again:

"Miwako, why are you still here?"

"I will go cooperate with them immediately."

Sato Miwako's expression became serious, preparing to participate.

"Today is your day off, and these clothes of yours are not suitable for participating. You just follow beside Hattori."

Inspector Megure stopped Sato Miwako.

"But Inspector Megure..."

Sato Miwako glanced at Heiji. She had already determined to stay away from this person, and could not let tragedy repeat itself.

"Just right, I need an assistant. If it is Officer Sato, it should be the best choice."

Heiji nodded.

"Good, then it's settled. Hattori, if you solve the criminal's hint, please notify me as soon as possible."

After speaking, Inspector Megure hurriedly ran away.

"Heiji, I said I am only thanking you, please do not misunderstand."

Sato Miwako looked at Heiji seriously.

"Don't worry, I also just want to tell you, the Death God does not exist in this world."

Heiji smiled faintly, then lowered his head to contemplate.

Looking at the serious-faced Heiji, a touch of tenderness flashed in Sato Miwako's beautiful eyes, immediately covered by pain: I can't get too close to Heiji, I don't want him to have an accident too.

She moved a few steps back slightly, distancing herself a bit more from Heiji again.

Time was ticking away.

"Miwako, help me find Chief Sakata and bring him over, ask him to bring the design map of the Touto Loop Line along the way."

Heiji raised his head, a shrewd light flickering in his eyes.

Sato Miwako was stunned, then tidied up her mood and left with her long legs.

After a while, she returned, followed by Railway Bureau Chief Sakata as well as Inspector Megure and Mouri Kogoro.

"Hattori, have you already deduced it?"

Inspector Megure didn't care about catching his breath, looking at Heiji with anticipation.

Heiji did not answer, but looked at Chief Sakata:

"Chief Sakata, give me the design map."

Chief Sakata hurriedly spread out the design map!

The full view of the Touto Loop Line was displayed in front of Heiji, very detailed, even clearly marking where the streetlights were.

Heiji's eyes were like a scanner, scanning the design map.

"Hattori, you brat, can you understand these design maps?"

Mouri Kogoro asked with a frown.

"Detective Mouri, please do not disturb Heiji's work."

Sato Miwako said with frowning eyebrows.

"I disturb him? I..."

Mouri Kogoro pointed at himself, eyes staring wide, looking shocked.

"What's wrong with Miwako?"

Inspector Megure was somewhat confused: Why are Miwako's emotions a bit strange today?

"I'm fine. Mr. Mouri, I'm sorry."

Sato Miwako froze slightly, her face instantly blushing, and walked directly to the side.

"Inspector Megure, immediately send people to this bridge. Detect in the shadow between these two streetlights; the bomb should be buried underneath."

Heiji said suddenly.

Inspector Megure and the others hurriedly looked down along Heiji's finger.

"This bridge, isn't it the one designed by Professor Moriya?"

Mouri Kogoro shouted in surprise.

"I remember now. Among the five bombs recovered today, one was on this bridge."

Inspector Megure said with a frown.

"Could it be the work of someone who has a grudge against Professor Moriya?"

Mouri Kogoro also contemplated.

Heiji looked at the two helplessly:

"Inspector Megure, now shouldn't be the time to think about these things, it's already five-fifty."

"Takagi, you heard Hattori's words, right?"

Inspector Megure picked up the walkie-talkie, his hand having been pressing the button all along.

"Yes, I have already rushed to that bridge. The demolition experts are already detecting."

"Found it, the bomb has already been found."

Surprised shouts suddenly rang out from the walkie-talkie.

"Really? Great, that's great."

The people present were jubilant.
