Jae-min was worried about the incident that recently happed so he used the phase ability to not be seen or traced and he would use this ability everytime now.
He had been in chambers and increasing his strength and ability but even more secretly now.
"Give me 4 A+ rank jobs" Jae-min said to Park Ji-hoon who was worried on the phone.
" Are you sure?, that's a lot dont you think?".
"No it's not now send me their locations".
He said as Park just let out a small sigh and later sends it.
" Be safe Jae-min , and remember u have a sister now so try not to die".
Jae-min keeps quiet on the phone but Ji-hoon knows he heard him well.
The Phantom was in a fight with a hurd of ghosts coming at him. In his dark long coat, he had used his zone ability which was the abilities to control the flow of time.
He slowed down time and it was like the whole world wanted to stop moving except for Jae-min. He materialises one half of his twin blade daggers and....
Before you could blink,all of the ghost were on the ground dematerialized. The Phantom had Aura Farmed again.
Jae-min reached the finally boss of the chamber. He walked in and immediately, he felt something different about the atmosphere. It was filled with power and energy. Then in a blink of an eye, he dodges and deadly attack coming to slice the top of Jae-min's head.
That's when Jae-min realized it this ghost was invisible. He could only feel the movement around him and that was hard to do for a ghost of this rank.
He activates his Spirit Enhancement ability and all his abilities are increased. A ghostly blue aura forms around him and at the tips of his hair . Jae-min was currently in level 18 of the ability and he was stronger than before.
The ghost lunged at Jae-min...,
most of the attacks weren't landing but the battle was still tense as Jae-min couldn't afford to make a mistake then. He had activated his E.P.S.T abilities which allows him to move in distracting steps while allowing him to analyse the enemies weak point.
Then Jae-min saw it....
The thin but calm line pointing in a direction at a distance. It was the point he needed to strike to win this intense battle.
" well, well looks like ur not invisible to my E.P.S.T ability". Jae-min said as a smirk hits his face smoothly.
As the ghost was distracted by Jae-min's steps, he used his teleporting ability and quickly made a rift behind the ghost and then as he walkedinto the rift infront of him...
He suddenly appeared behind the ghost.
Then still seeing the line, Jae-min was about to strike but...
It was suddenly cut. Meaning the weak point was not there anymore to attack. Jae-min quickly stepped back but not without getting a slash on his chest.
His blood splattered on the ground and on his attire. The blow was hard but not deadly.
But Jae-min just smiles as he activates it...
[ Ability Activated:Bishops Healing]
This ability healed Jae-min completely and back to full strength. He had gotten this ability a while back when he was in the levels he was clearing.
This ability is one of the abilities he had been saving up. The ghost was shocked and then...
Jae-min smiled with a mocking face.
"Did you really think you could defeat me?"
"Im an MC..."
"AND MCs AREN'T ALLOWED TO DIE!.."
Jae-min rushed towards the place his E.P.S.T ability lead him to as he used his chain control ability.
Chains all around began to tie the Ghost up and fast. Now Jae-min could tell were it was.
The ghost was in utter shock as Jae-min rushes toward it with unnatural speed.
Then with his Dark flames ability he smashes the ghost to the ground, crashing it deep beneath the earth and then...
Flames of Dark colour beging to sprout out horrifically as Jae-min burns the ghost alive and well...
[ Congratulations!, you have successfully eliminated the invisible Ghost presence!, all starts are increased by 15 points].
Jae-min was satisfied but the event still ringing in his mind...
The Press being there so unnaturally...
He had to investigate...
And fast...

THE INVESTIGATION
The next morning, Jae-min sat in his apartment, replaying everything in his mind.
The leak.
The crowd waiting.
Han Ye-rin Group's suspicious timing.
But he couldn't identify the mole.
Not yet.
He gathered data, traced communication logs, checked entry-card scans…
And then—
He found something.
A single camera feed.
A shadowy figure talking to someone inside the Han Ye-rin building.
The silhouette looked familiar—but the system's auto-blur couldn't be bypassed.
Someone close.
Someone inside the guild.
Someone who knew his movements.
But the image was too distorted.
He couldn't see her face.
Not yet.
He had a lead now, at least his target was a female and she has something to do with the Han Ye-rin Group guild which means they had something to do with this all along.
BACK AT THE SILVER CROSS UNION HQ
Kang Dae-hyun was on the phone with the Guildmaster of yhe Han Ye-rin Group and the talk sounded dead serious.
" what was that ?!"
"You told me that you would let me have a chance to recruit him if I can atleast expose the Phantom"
The angry Guildmaster sais with a calm but sharp expression.
"Will you calm down?"
"I know what i said, but you have to understand that it took sometime before u accomplished this task"
" I had no idea you hadn't even tried already, this is what u get for wasting my precious time"
" Just inform me if he accepts your offer or not"
"Oh and pls..."
"DONT PLAY TRICKS..." Kang Dae-hyun sais with a death stare that the guildmaster could feel all the way from his car.
" K-K Kang Dae-hyun of course not if I shoot my shot and it doesn't work, I'll leave him for yhe Silver Cross Union ok."
" Great! Now Tata my chubby friend."
Kang Dae-hyun sais as he ends the call.
"Did he just call me Chubby?..."
He wonders as his subordinates are trying their best not to laugh at their fat big boss.

THE PETTY ARGUMENT
The next morning, chaos brewed again.
Go Ji-min and Kang Mim stood in the Silver Cross Union training hall, glaring daggers at each other.
"You really got trashed by the Phantom, huh?" Kang Mim grinned, leaning his scythe on his shoulder.
Go Ji-min twitched.
"What did you just say?"
"Oh, don't pretend. We all saw you collapsing outside the chamber like a broken puppet—"
She snapped.
"Say that again and I'll rearrange your soul."
"Oh? Try it."

THE ARENA IS CHOSEN
Their killing intent surged so violently that three S-rankers intervened.
"Enough! If you two want to fight, take it to the K.G.H.A National Arena!"
Both agreed instantly.

THE DUEL — K.G.H.A NATIONAL ARENA
Thousands of spectators filled the seats.
The barrier technicians activated ten layers of spiritual reinforcement.
The announcer's voice echoed:
"GO JI-MIN vs KANG MIM! Begin!"

THE CLASH
Go Ji-min's shadow instantly expanded beneath her.
Kang Mim summoned his scythe—
And it moved on its own.
The weapon floated beside him, spinning elegantly.
"Come."
She smirked.
"You'll regret that."
Go Ji-min activates: Death Stare
Her eyes turned pitch black.
Pressure crashed onto the arena like a meteor.
Kang Mim's grin only widened.
"You're not the only one with a special skill."
Ghost Representative: REAPER
The temperature fell to sub-zero.
Black fog swirled.
A towering skeletal figure with a tattered cloak formed behind him—
The Reaper.
Even S-ranks flinched.
The entire arena transformed into a death-soaked battlefield.
The sky above them turned crimson.
Ghostly wails echoed.
"Try not to die too fast," Kang Mim said.
"Funny," Go Ji-min cracked her knuckles.
"I was about to tell you the same thing."

SHADOW ARISE
The ground split as hundreds of shadows crawled out, forming armored silhouettes with glowing eyes.
Each one boosted her power.
Her aura skyrocketed.
The arena trembled.
S-ranks in the stands leaned forward, stunned.
"Those two…"
"They're monsters…"
"If they continue—this arena might collapse!"

THE FINAL EXCHANGE
Shadows charged.
The Reaper screamed.
The scythe danced with a life of its own.
Go Ji-min teleported between shadows, weaving through attacks with murderous precision.
Kang Mim moved like a blur—
His body weightless—
Speed unreal.
When their attacks collided—
BOOOOOOM!!!!
Half the arena cracked instantly.
The technicians paled.
"Stop them! NOW!"

MATCH TERMINATION
The barrier shattered.
Officials and elite exorcists rushed in, forcing space between them.
Both combatants were panting—
Bruised—
But grinning like lunatics.
Kang Mim rested his scythe on his shoulder.
"Next time, don't cry when you lose."
Go Ji-min lunged at him—
Only to be held back by Yun-Lee, an S-rank.
"LET ME AT HIM!!"
Several S-ranks chuckled.
"Same old Ji-min."

Jae-min continued analyzing the leak in a dark alleyway—
When suddenly—
The system screen exploded into existence.
[ EMERGENCY MISSION ACTIVATED ]
[ TRANSPORTING HOST TO HAVOC REALM ]
[ SURVIVE FOR 24 HOURS ]
[ DO NOT DIE. ]
"What—WAIT—!"
A black hole tore open under him.
He fell.
Wind screamed.
Reality twisted.
The sky flickered between colors.
He crashed into crimson soil.
A barren wasteland.
Floating corpses.
Lightning storms in the distance.
Jae-min slowly stood, twin daggers materializing in his hands.
"…Alright," he exhaled.
"So this is how we're doing things today."
A monstrous roar echoed from behind.
And the Havoc Realm welcomed him.
