Behind him, Shiryu and Doflamingo looked on in shock—they hadn't expected Shanks to show absolutely no displeasure; instead, the Emperor merely watched in silence.
Buggy flashed a wide, grotesque, yet incredibly unsettling grin, his red nose catching the dim light. "Bullet! Back in the day, you challenged Captain Roger countless times, and every single time, you suffered a crushing defeat."
"Now, a monster has appeared in the Marines who might just surpass Captain Roger! He's beaten down all the great conquerors of the sea—and what are you doing?!"
"You choose to cower in here and wait for death?!"
"BOOM—!"
The chains binding Bullet pulled taut as his Conqueror's Haki erupted like a volcano. He roared, "ARE YOU LOOKING TO DIE?!!!"
But Buggy showed no fear. He whipped around, pointing directly at Patrick Redfield.
"Whitebeard was crushed by Roy! Garp and Sengoku are burning away the last of their lifespans to carve a path for the Marines!!!"
"And you, you old ghost! Do you plan to rot away in this sunless cage?!!"
Redfield narrowed his crimson eyes, a bloody, moon-like glint flashing through them. He spoke softly, "Brat... I can hear what you're thinking..."
"But cheap provocations won't change the reality of the Marines' overwhelming military might."
Buggy didn't even wait for him to finish. He whipped his head toward the silent Byrnndi World.
The massive pirate's body was already trembling. The iron bars creaked and warped under the sheer, escalating pressure of his localized fury!
Suddenly, Buggy threw his arms wide open, roaring at the entirety of Level 6!
"AND YOU CALL YOURSELVES PIRATES?!!"
His booming voice pierced through the iron bars, echoing endlessly throughout Eternal Hell!
"I'm sure you've all heard by now! The Marines' absolute declaration—to exterminate every last pirate on the sea!"

Deep within the iron cages, countless pairs of eyes suddenly lit up. Their breathing grew ragged, like the panting of starved beasts!

The heavy iron chains violently snapped!
Bullet threw his head back and laughed maniacally. His massive foot completely obliterated his cell door as his Haki swept through the entire floor like a monstrous tidal wave!

Redfield's cape fluttered without any wind, his crimson eyes glowing eerily in the dark. "How interesting... Then let us grant them the taste of 'Terror' once more."
Byrnndi World was silent no longer. His eyes were blood-red, his roar sounding like heavy artillery: "The World Government... it's time for them to pay with interest!!!"

Magellan's face warped in horror. He roared so hard he nearly spat blood.

At the very front was Shanks, his red hair fluttering, his expression as cold as ice.
Beside him, Buggy let out a chilling sneer, his red nose looking oddly menacing under the flickering firelight.
Doflamingo's fingers twitched lightly, razor-sharp strings shimmering in the air, the smile behind his sunglasses more sinister than ever.

Seeing this, Magellan's eyes turned bloodshot. He ground his teeth together, venom surging frantically across his entire body!
"You lunatics... don't think you'll take a single step out of Impel Down!!!"
"VENOM DEMON: HELL'S JUDGMENT!!!"
"VROOM—!!!"
Crimson, highly corrosive poison gushed forth, forming a gargantuan, demonic avatar of venom that rose from the floor!
The giant's eye sockets were hollow, toxic fumes rolling off it as corrosive gas frantically flooded the entire floor!
Even knowing he was outmatched, Magellan fought to the death!!!
The jailers and Hannyabal retreated in pure terror, stumbling over themselves, their lungs burning just from inhaling the surrounding air!
Bullet laughed wildly, stomping forward. Haki flared across his muscles and mechanical arm, his fist igniting like a falling meteor:
"Magellan!! You think you can stop us?!"
"Union: Hell Ruin Fist!!!"
Redfield's silhouette flickered, transforming into a blur of crimson that phased through the toxic mist. He let out a raspy, low hiss:
"Midnight Banquet!!!"
World grabbed a massive slab of stone, coating it in Haki. His arm muscles and the boulder simultaneously magnified tenfold as he hurled it violently!
"Moa-Moa: Tenfold Cannon!!!"
"BOOM—!!!"
The Venom Demon collided head-on with the combined strike of the three monsters! Toxic flames and Haki intertwined, the resulting shockwave tearing the entire prison level apart!

It carried a world-ending roar, falling onto the battlefield like a meteor, compressing the air until it detonated!
"KABOOM—!!!"
The earth quaked violently! The plaza was instantly obliterated as boulders and flames shot into the sky!
Dust and smoke blotted out the sun. The battlefield looked as if a massive crater had been carved out by an asteroid strike!
Under countless dumbfounded gazes, the sound of heavy footsteps echoed from within the dust cloud.

Shanks and Buggy stood shoulder-to-shoulder, looking like two Asuras descending from the heavens.
