I coughed out blood with a sharp gasp, my vision blurring as the middle of my body throbbed agonizingly, before I gritted my teeth and began to drive my blade forward with all the strength I had left, but my effort was feeble.
He scoffed and whipped his left arm across, his claws slicing through the middle of my forearm and severing it, eliciting a visceral yell of pain from me as my forearm fell off and thudded against the ground, blood violently spraying out of the stump left around my arm.
