Because of the Fourth Mizukage's tyranny, many old families were dissatisfied with him and were secretly plotting to overthrow him.
And the Fourth Mizukage was a perfect Jinchuriki, so his combat strength was beyond question. The Mizukage had a firm grasp on the intelligence and combat data of the Village's own people. So they needed some assistance, some change, some trump card that the Fourth Mizukage wouldn't expect. "Oh, so you still don't know? Your Hyuga Main Family Byakugan is wasted, tsk tsk…" Uchiha Nagi shook his head. "Bastard, just say it! Don't be so wishy-washy, like a woman." Mei Terumī snapped.
"Your Fourth Mizukage has long been controlled by Genjutsu; he is merely a puppet in someone else's hands now. If you observe him with your Byakugan, you'll see it…"
"What? Are you telling the truth??" Ao was utterly shocked. The Fourth Mizukage was someone else's puppet? How could that be? He was a perfect Jinchuriki; who could control him with Genjutsu?
"If you don't believe me, find some time to examine his body yourself. Oh, and I'll tell you something else: he's controlled by someone wearing a mask who uses Space-Time Ninjutsu."
Uchiha Nagi thought for a moment and decided to reveal a bit of Obito's information, to see if he could subtly scheme against him.
However, he wouldn't be so foolish as to directly say Obito's name; that would be meaningless. Aside from making Obito more vigilant, it wouldn't have any effect.
"His ability is Space-Time Ninjutsu. His body can become intangible, immune to any attacks, but he must materialize for an instant when attacking an enemy. He possesses a Mangekyo Sharingan. Alright, that's all the information I have. Giving it to you for free is quite generous of me. I wish you good luck."
Having said that, Uchiha Nagi took little Kimimaro and left without looking back, heading straight for the dock. There was a small three-masted merchant ship that he had deliberately preserved by avoiding the attack.
Ao and Mei Terumī were both in shock. After a while, Ao gave a look to the two Ninja behind Mei Terumī. They understood instantly, throwing Kunai directly at the neck and brain of the squad leader with the kubikiribōchō on the tree.

Although the opponent appeared to be dead, there was no guarantee he wasn't faking it. The two confidants began searching for survivors, to silence the previous Anbu squad, because they were people close to the Mizukage. This news was too important now, and no one could be allowed to know it.
While Ao's two confidants went to silence the Anbu squad, Mei Terumī looked at the departing Uchiha Nagi and suddenly felt that this man wasn't so annoying anymore. Looking closely, he was even a little handsome, just a little bit… Uchiha Nagi had already boarded the ship with Kimimaro. Kimimaro was curiously asking how the two of them would sail this sailboat, and Uchiha Nagi smiled.
With a Wind Release, the boat set sail. Simple operation, manual power; all they needed was to control the direction.
