Chapter 25 - A Country on Fire, A Sky Full of Shadows

The door of the president's office slammed open as Wang Siki rushed out, sprinting straight into the elevator.A burning fire raged inside her chest.

Sometime later, she arrived at the helipad.Wang Shinu and Wang Lelay were already aboard the helicopter, their faces pale with worry.

Wang Siki marched toward the director of operations and delivered two loud slaps across his face.

"If anything happens to the young master… you can prepare to die."

Her icy words pierced into his ears, frightening him so badly his legs trembled. In that moment, he even felt the urge to strangle the two staff members who had failed their duties. He'd only been away for half a day… and such a catastrophic mistake had occurred.

The three women boarded the helicopter and immediately flew toward the northwest.

At the same time, all of Hhia was in chaos.

The country erupted in uproar.

But no one could understand how.How could E Country capture a general so heavily protected? After all, martial artists and ability-users were top-secret assets of every nation—ordinary people had no idea how powerful they truly were.

The sky darkened.Gunfire gradually stopped. Both sides retreated to their bases, seemingly preparing for an even fiercer clash to come.

Inside the base's conference hall, four Grandmasters and dozens of high-ranking military officials gathered.

The four Grandmasters were all in miserable condition, their bodies covered in severe wounds.Master Chen had even lost an arm.Though the injuries had been treated, fresh blood still seeped through their bandages.

Everyone's expression was grim.Every head was bowed in heavy silence.

With the general missing…the military region had completely lost—
