Rin added, "We need to figure out where we are." They lit a fire and began to explore the area. Suddenly, flames ignited in a circular formation around them. An ancient voice echoed, "Who are you, adventurers? I am the guardian of the demon of origin from the light." Rin and the others turned to see the man from whom the voice had come.
The man was a giant, 10 cm tall, with violet hair, black eyes, and green pupils, wearing a white cloth; one arm was tied up with a sword, flesh, and spikes. It was huge, so half his body was leaning toward one side.
The giant spoke, "It must be a mistake you got into the circle; you can leave."
The giant was about to head back when, suddenly, a book flew over from nowhere to Kito, the giant's eye twitched with anger."

The giant raised his sword and declared, "Death is the only kindness I offer." He stabbed the ground, and a surge of power was released. Suddenly, they were no longer in the temple; instead, they found themselves in a different place that felt like a dream, surrounded by ruins and floating rocks. It was a battlefield. Rin spoke up, "This is an interdimensional space." This battlefield was created for higher-ranked beings, like those of grades X, Y, and Z, to engage in combat without harming civilians or the world.
Kito stood up with purple eyes, smiling in a sinister, the giant was on one of the floating rocks, seeing them from afar with a disgusting look.
The giant's hand suddenly began to glow, and the four of them felt weak. The giant spoke, "My ability allows me to decrease my enemies' power by 50 per cent and increase my own power by 20 per cent."
Kito started laughing like a madman. "You really think this will stop me?" he taunted.
With a wave of his hand, Shina and Daniel felt their bodies grow stronger. Rin's sword became as formidable as a Solus weapon.
A giant jumped down from the rocks and swung his sword at Kito, but the book he held provided him with protection. Rin leapt up towards the rocks, while Shina, grabbing him by the waist, tried to hold him back, but it was futile.
Daniel punched the giant in the face, but it had no effect. In response, Kito blasted the giant away into the rocks, injuring Shina in the process as she clung to him.
Rin shouted, "Kito, what are you doing? Shina is injured!"Kito replied coldly, "Shut up."
Ignoring Kito's words, Rin jumped from the rock and struck Kito in the shoulder. The cut was minor, not fatal. Quickly, Rin took the injured Shina and jumped back onto the floating rocks.
Kito was casting a story when dark clouds began to gather, forming a massive arrow-like structure that was aimed at the giant. The giant, however, shielded himself with his sword. His eyes glowed with anger as he charged forward, crushing the barrier and preparing to strike Kito.
Injured, Shina and Daniel grabbed the giant's sword with their bare hands, despite bleeding from the effort. Kito then used the power book to stop the sword, but it didn't stop completely.
At that moment, Rin jumped from the rock and swung his sword with all his might. With Kito's help, he managed to cut through the mutated arm of the sword.
The giant backed off, in a few seconds it regrow it's arm, Rin charged forward, the giant crushed as it flew and hit a wall.
Daniel shouted, "Rin!"
Rin spoke, spitting blood, "I am fine."
Kito spoke, "Hold him down."
The three of them was holding the giant, Kito cast a story a circle formed as the force of gravity increased their as the giant became slow but the other three are bleeding from eyes and mouth, every bone in their body was breaking, with three still holding on to him, Kito used his next story a arrow was formed again, the giant shock the three off and went in the direction of the arrow confronting it head on.
The giant's body was cut in half, as he was near death.
Kito said, "You're going to die because you're too kind. Although you could have easily escaped the gravity circle, you chose to stay and protect them from being crushed, and you took the arrow for them."The bleeding giant replied, "I was never kind to anyone in my life, and that cost me dearly. When I was a kid, I remembered something I had lost; I don't regret my choices."
The giant smiled as it closed his eyes.
Kito healed the three of them.
Rin didn't speak a word as the interdimension started crumbling, and they were sent back to reality.
Rin suddenly left emotion after hearing the giant's last words. Rin was like an orphan who didn't have anyone to show love, so Rin was kind of heartbroken.
