Black Bones
Black Bones are a rare trait in which a person's skeletal structure acts as a reservoir for energy. While active, Black Bones allow someone to store large amounts of power in a single place, making them significantly stronger or more resilient.
However, when a Divine Symbol awakens within the body, the Black Bones revert to a normal appearance. The energy-storage ability doesn't disappear completely, but it becomes far less efficient, more like a faint remnant of the original power.
Black Bones are therefore seen as both a blessing and a temporary and rare phenomenon: a sign of great potential before divine power reshapes the person's body.

Divine Symbols
Divine Symbols are markings that appear directly on a person's body as a result of a god's blessing. They act as channels for divine energy, granting unique abilities based on the god who bestowed them.
Gods exist in a hierarchy:
Lesser Gods – Newly ascended beings, often unpredictable and with small domains. Their symbols glow faintly.
Younger Gods – Deities who have held divinity for centuries. Their symbols shine with moderate intensity.
Higher Gods – True, ancient gods of immense power. Their symbols blaze with a radiant glow.
The brightness of a Divine Symbol reflects the god's rank and influence.
