Chapter 44
Catherine walked ahead, her long black dress trailing behind her as if laying out a path for Jerry leading deep into Slytherin.
But he was in no hurry; the fun with this little wildcat had only just begun to show.
The end of the corridor was concealed by a hidden curtain of green velvet.
Catherine gave her wand a gentle flick. A flash of spell light vanished in an instant, and the curtain slid open to both sides automatically.
Behind the curtain was a spacious and magnificent common room.
The four walls were made of rough stone, illuminated by a fireplace carved with strange patterns.
A massive floor-to-ceiling window faced the shimmering Black Lake directly. Through the water, one could even faintly see huge shadows swimming in the depths.
Dark green sofas and armchairs were arranged in front of the fireplace, looking both majestic and comfortable.
Led by other older students, the rest of the students headed to the dormitories near the common room, where there were vacant spots reserved for their future rest and study.
However, Catherine did not lead Jerry into the common room. Instead, she went through a side door next to the fireplace and headed down a more private spiral stone staircase.
"It seems you've received special treatment."
Catherine's voice echoed up the stone staircase from below. "Jerry Rosier, starting from now, you will have your own private dormitory."
Jerry's dormitory was private.
To some extent, this arrangement seemed rather unusual.
Hogwarts students usually shared a dormitory with several others; even Prefects or outstanding older students mostly shared double rooms.
Only a very small number of students with noble status or those requiring special protection were granted private dormitories.
For Jerry, this was clearly not a matter of mere luck, but rather an arrangement from a higher level.
At the end of the spiral stone staircase, a heavy door made of black snakewood swung open silently inward.
There was no handle on the door, only a silver carving of a snake in relief. The snake's eyes were inlaid with two tiny emeralds, glinting with a cold, eerie light.
Just as Catherine stepped aside to let Jerry enter first, his movements were faster and bolder than she could have ever anticipated.
His young, not-yet-fully-grown body shot forward like an arrow, slipping directly under the wide hem of Catherine's Wizard robes.
Catherine only felt a sudden darkness between her legs as a warm body pressed firmly against her.
Before she could even utter a low scold, a sharp gasp carrying a tingling, electric sensation escaped her throat.
Her brain short-circuited instantly. She instinctively tried to squeeze her legs together, but it was already too late.
Through a thin layer of delicate lace-trimmed underwear, a set of slightly sharp teeth bit precisely onto her most private and softest spot.
The force wasn't great, but it was enough to bring a wave of tingling and intense stimulation.
The space beneath the robes was dark and cramped, filled with the unique, sweet fragrance radiating from her body.
Jerry's cheek pressed tightly against her soft mons pubis, his warm breath spraying onto her sensitive petals through the damp fabric.
A muffled, slurred voice carrying a triumphant smile came from that tense area:
"Did you miss me, little kitty?"
These words were like a fuse, instantly igniting the suppressed flames inside Catherine's body.
Shame, anger, and desire surged into her heart together. Almost instinctively, she reached out and grabbed the back of Jerry's head, her fingers sinking into his soft blonde hair. With a bit of punishing force, she pressed his face deeper against her body.
"You reckless little pervert..." she whispered through gritted teeth, though her voice uncontrollably carried a trembling huskiness.
This posture was filled with intense visual impact.
Catherine was tall and extremely well-developed, with lush, full curves, and her long legs were packed with power.
As for Jerry, although he was tall for his age, his frame had not yet fully filled out, and his body still retained the slenderness of a youth. At this moment, he was completely enveloped beneath her robes, with only his straight calves showing as she forcefully pressed his head between her thighs.
Jerry's cheek was slightly deformed from being squeezed by her soft mons pubis, his nose pressing against the damp lace.
Catherine could clearly feel the perkiness of his nose and the outline of his lips grinding against her wettest and warmest core through two layers of fabric.
Upon feeling that warm, wet sensation, Catherine's valley contracted uncontrollably. She could clearly feel her opening rapidly secreting crystal-clear fluids, which would soon soak through her underwear and robes.
She desperately wanted to drag this arrogant brat out from beneath her, but her entire body went weak upon feeling that aggressive touch.
"Get out quickly, someone will see!"
Despite her harsh scolding, her tone betrayed her inner struggle.
"Oh really?"
Jerry stopped using his teeth. Instead, he flattened his tongue, pressing the back of it firmly against the little red bud wrapped in her underwear, grinding against it shamelessly.
She felt a sudden surge of pleasure in her valley, as if it were going to burn right through her.
Her nails dug deep into Jerry's scalp as she bit her lower lip hard to keep from letting out a humiliating groan.
Jerry's nimble tongue darted beneath the lace trim, sometimes probing deep into the crevice, other times hovering playfully around the opening.
Although his lips and tongue were completely blocked by the wet fabric, it felt as if he could suck all the fluids right out of her valley.
The thin lace underwear was now the only barrier. She could even feel how that layer of soft fabric was being sucked by Jerry's tongue, as if he wanted to swallow it whole.
At the same time, he deliberately used his mouth to tug the lace underwear downward.
He wanted to fully expose Catherine's cleft so that he could taste her shame completely, and more directly toy with her little red bud, her petals, and those two plump folds that were rapidly engorging with blood.
"Mmh... ah..."
Catherine tried her best to restrain herself, but she still let out intermittent moans.
Her neck arched backward, tensing into an alluring curve.
The crooked Witch's hat on her head had long since fallen to the floor, and her soft hair spread out like seaweed along her exquisite curves.
The extreme spasms of her body caused her arms to tighten, hugging Jerry's head firmly.
Her body trembled violently, every single muscle tightening.
Through the gap in her underwear, Jerry's lips felt the long-accumulating torrent erupt from deep within Catherine's passage like a volcanic eruption.
The hot fountain, carrying the trembling and contractions of her entire body, gushed straight out!
"Ah!"
Catherine couldn't help but let out a high-pitched, drawn-out scream. The sound was less of a moan and more of an instinctive howl torn apart by primal pleasure.
Her body arched upward violently, all her strength drained in an instant, and she slumped limply against Jerry.
Jerry's face and head were sprayed almost entirely by the gushing warm fluid.
The heavily scented fluid not only soaked his hair and face but even trickled slowly down his forehead and the bridge of his nose, eventually flowing into his mouth.
At this moment, Catherine's soft, jade-like body was completely slumped against Jerry, with only a tiny bit of strength left to support herself against the wall behind her.
Her pert buttocks, still spasming and twitching from the climax, ground rhythmically against Jerry's cheek.
The afterglow of the climax washed over her nerves repeatedly like ocean waves, stripping away all her pride and pretense.
Her mind was in utter chaos, leaving only the most primitive submission to absolute pleasure.
Powerlessly, she buried her face in the crook of Jerry's neck, speaking in a raspy, tearful voice that was almost like a sleep-talk:
"Master... you... really..."
However, before she could finish her sentence, a cold and slightly impatient female voice drifted out from the depths of the room, instantly shattering the sensual and decadent atmosphere.
"Is that you, Catherine?
Oh, thank goodness, you're finally here.
My underwear is on the sofa, could you bring it to me?"
This voice was like a silver needle dipped in ice, instantly piercing through Catherine's nerves, which were still immersed in the afterglow of desire.
Her body stiffened violently, her limp muscles tensing up in an instant.
Her pupils, which had been unfocused and dazed from the climax just a second ago, suddenly dilated, filled with panic and terror. She finally realized there was a third person in the room!
And going by the voice, it was that solitary and proud seventh-year Prefect who never participated in any group activities—Isabella Avery.
It's over!
Only those words remained in Catherine's mind.
She desperately tried to break free from Jerry like crazy, but the intense climax just now had drained almost all her strength, and her legs were still weak and sore.
She could only wriggle her body awkwardly, scrambling to tidy up her messy robes. At the same time, she lowered her voice as much as possible, pleading in a tearful, mosquito-like whisper to Jerry, who remained perfectly calm:
"Master, quickly... let me go!
If she sees us, it's over!"
In stark contrast to Catherine's panic, Jerry stood perfectly steady, even using one hand to support her plump bottom to keep her from sliding down.
There was not a trace of panic on his face. Instead, he looked at the panicked little wildcat in his arms with great interest. Bringing his face, which was covered in her fluids, close to her ear, he chuckled softly in a voice only the two of them could hear:
"Scared now?
Weren't you crying out quite happily just now?"
His breath sprayed against Catherine's sensitive ear, making her feel like dying of shame, and her body uncontrollably broke into another fine shudder.
Inside the room, Isabella didn't seem to get a response, and her footsteps began to approach the door.
Those cold footsteps felt like they were stepping directly on Catherine's heart with every stride.
The footsteps drew closer and closer.
The crisp, regular sound felt as if it were stepping directly on Catherine's exposed nerves with every beat.
The color drained completely from her face, replaced by a deathly pale.
Just as the footsteps stopped behind the door and a hand was about to touch the doorknob, Jerry moved.
Without the slightest hesitation, using an irresistible force, he gently pushed Catherine, who was still clinging to him, against the adjacent wall.
Immediately after, like a bolt of black lightning, he pushed the door open, slipped inside, and slammed the heavy snakewood door shut behind him with a loud bang.
The entire sequence of movements was seamless, so fast that there was no time to react.
Inside and outside the door were instantly isolated into two different worlds.
Inside the room, there was a dead silence.
Isabella Avery was standing in the middle of the room. She was clearly startled by this sudden intrusion and the loud sound of the door closing.
For the first time, astonishment and vigilance appeared in her ice-blue eyes.
She was tall, with a slender and well-proportioned figure. She wasn't as plump and fiery as Catherine, but she possessed a precise and elegant beauty akin to a classical sculpture. A waterfall of straight golden hair cascaded smoothly down to her waist, the tips still carrying damp vapor.
She wore only an extremely thin, almost transparent white chiffon bathrobe.
The fabric of the robe was soft and light, barely covering the base of her thighs. At this moment, because her body had stiffened slightly, it clung tightly to her skin, outlining the scenery beneath with perfect clarity.
Through the hazy white chiffon, every inch of her body's curves was exposed to the air without reservation.
The two mounds of fair, soft flesh on her chest were pert and perfectly shaped, the twin peaks at the tips contracting slightly due to her astonishment, showing a faint pink clearly imprinted on the chiffon.
Her flat, tight belly had no excess fat, and two faint ab lines could be seen running all the way down, disappearing into that most mysterious region.
In stark contrast to her brilliant golden hair, the space between her thighs was astonishingly smooth.
Without a single hair blocking the view, that smooth, tender skin was like fine white jade. A clear, pink slit in the center was displayed directly and shamefully beneath the chiffon.
This ultimate cleanliness formed a stark contrast with her proud, cold face, bringing a strange aesthetic of both abstinence and sensuality.
The moment the door closed, the distance between Jerryand Isabella was suddenly shortened.
He felt a faint, delicate fragrance permeating the air, a clean and elegant scent of a female body mixed with body wash, yet made incredibly seductive by the scenery beneath her chiffon.
In Isabella's ice-blue eyes, astonishment was quickly replaced by anger and humiliation.
Her family was one of the oldest and most pure-blooded names in the Wizarding World; the name Avery itself represented supreme honor and status.
Even the Rosier Family, which had been at the height of its power back then, was far from comparable to the current Avery Family. Having grown up surrounded by immense doting and strict education since childhood, no one had ever dared to intrude into her private space so rudely, let alone in such a nearly naked state!
Even if it was a blonde boy who looked quite handsome.
Oh, he must be a newly enrolled freshman, since there was no Slytherin badge on his chest yet.
Perhaps he had come down out of curiosity to take a look.
Only, why was he so wet, and why did he carry a musky scent?
Chapter 45
"Who are you?!"
Isabella's voice was as cold as ice, every word carrying an unquestionable aristocratic dignity. "Get out of here!"
As she finished speaking, her right hand lifted like lightning; there was no time to draw her wand. A silent, wandless "Accio" had already formed.
On the coat rack in the corner, a heavy, pure black robe instantly turned into a blur, flying precisely into her palm. This was the ancient wandless magic Isabella took pride in, a technique every member of the Avery family was required to master from a young age.
Jerry felt that powerful magical fluctuation almost simultaneously.
His face, damp with bodily fluids, was currently shimmering slightly. He did not dodge; instead, the corners of his mouth curled into an intrigued arc.
In his eyes, this Isabella was like an icy rose with thorns—cold and aloof, yet now, due to the current humiliation, she added a touch of mortal allure.
Facing the incoming robe, Jerry did not retreat but advanced instead.
"Sorry, senior, if I said this was just a misunderstanding, would you believe me?"
He raised his hand, his fair fingertips lightly brushing against the trajectory of the flying robe.
With a faint "pop," the heavy robe seemed to hit an invisible wall, stalling in mid-air before suddenly changing direction, as if pulled by an unseen force, rebounding back toward Isabella.
"Hmm? A misunderstanding! Wandless magic, is he a freshman?"
Isabella snorted coldly. She spun her body like an elegant swan gliding on ice, nimbly dodging the rebounding robe.
Her sheer bathrobe lifted with her movement, the proud whiteness of her chest tracing a seductive arc in the air, with two red plum points faintly visible.
Then, she tapped her toes and soared into the air. Her body stretched out in mid-air, her golden hair cascading down like a waterfall, shielding half of her stunning face, yet making her ice-blue eyes appear even sharper.
She quickly chanted a string of spells in the air, her voice hurried and ancient. It was clearly some kind of unique magic.
Sharp ice spikes shimmering with silver-white light appeared out of thin air, shooting toward Jerry like a rainstorm.
Facing the dense ice spikes, Jerry's face remained calm. He stood in place without drawing his wand, simply extending his left hand nonchalantly. His fingertips seemed to pinch something invisible, and with his movement, a transparent, rippling water barrier suddenly rose before him.
All the ice spikes, the moment they touched the water barrier, were like clay oxen entering the sea—they didn't splash a single ripple, melting into nothingness.
"Interesting," Jerry whispered to himself, the playfulness in his eyes deepening. This woman wasn't just simply arrogant; she had enough strength to back it up.
Isabella landed, her figure still as graceful as ever.
She noticed that Jerry had never drawn his wand, and there wasn't even a trace of panic on his face. This composure and leisurely manner were absolutely impossible for a first-year student.
Beyond anger, she felt a trace of unprecedented curiosity.
"It seems you have a little more ability than the average freshman." Her cold voice carried a hint of imperceptible appreciation, yet her tone remained arrogant. "Unfortunately, you've chosen the wrong opponent."
She spread her hands, and magic gathered in her palms.
A dazzling white light quickly condensed at her fingertips, forming an energy ball the size of a football. This was the Avery family's secret "Aurora Ball," highly condensed pure magic energy, powerful enough to blast through a city wall.
Under the agitation of the magic energy, her sheer bathrobe was blown tight against her skin. Her full breasts trembled, two pink nipples faintly visible, and one could even see a clear vein on them. As she built up her power, her slender legs parted slightly, the whiteness between her thighs appearing even more seductive in the light and shadow, that clear cleft seemingly silently recounting something.
Jerry's gaze was like a torch; he looked at the dazzling Aurora Ball without the slightest fear.
Instead, his eyes swept over Isabella's body curves, tightened by the exertion, and her unguarded private parts, a strange glimmer flashing in his eyes.
Isabella suddenly pushed the Aurora Ball in her hands toward Jerry!
However, the moment the Aurora Ball was about to touch Jerry, Jerry's body moved. He didn't use any magic, just a simple sidestep; his whole person seemed to melt into the air for an instant, nimbly avoiding the frontal impact of the Aurora Ball.
The Aurora Ball grazed his lapel and slammed into the snake-patterned wooden door behind him.
"Boom!" With a loud noise, wood chips flew everywhere. The heavy door was blasted with a huge hole, revealing the still dim corridor outside.
Isabella clearly hadn't expected Jerry to avoid her charged attack so easily.
A trace of disbelief flashed in her ice-blue eyes, but more than that, a burning desire to fight. Since she was a child, she had never encountered such an interesting opponent.
Before she could strike again, Jerry had already closed the distance.
He didn't use magic but the most primitive hand-to-hand combat. He was as fast as a ghost.
Jerry's speed left Isabella unable to even cast any wandless magic. He rushed in front of her instantly, and while she was still in shock, Jerry reached out and grabbed Isabella's ankle.
He grabbed her slender and soft ankle and gave it a violent tug.
Isabella let out a startled cry, lost her balance, and fell heavily to the ground.
Her golden hair scattered on the floor, swirling in the room.
The sheer bathrobe opened completely, her firm buttocks raised high, revealing that alluring white tiger cleft.
Seeing that she was about to release some unique spell, Jerry's weight immediately pressed down heavily through his body as he straddled her back.
This action subjected Isabella's already struggling chest to a fatal squeeze.
Her two perfectly perky snow peaks were now pressed tightly between the cold, hard stone floor and her own sternum.
Under the immense pressure, the soft whiteness completely lost its original shape, like two pools of spilled milk, helplessly spreading and deforming to the sides, pressing tightly against the ground, outlining two flat and lascivious contours.
Jerry could even feel, through her thin back, the sensation of the soft breast edges being squeezed to the limit.
He adjusted his sitting posture slightly, the weight of his crotch precisely applied to her chest cavity. Every tiny movement caused those two pools of "white snow" to be passively ground against the floor, sending waves of heart-palpitating, soft deformation.
Isabella let out an even more painful, off-key whimper due to this dual oppression.
Her body instinctively arched, trying to gain some space for her lungs, but this futile struggle only caused her buttocks to rise higher, exposing that smooth secluded valley completely to Jerry's sight, slightly opening and closing as she twisted her body.
It really was completely bare! Not even a trace of being shaved by a blade.
"You… who exactly are you… cough, cough…"
Her voice carried a heavy nasal tone, and her eyes gradually unfocused.
Since she was a child, when had she ever suffered such humiliation?
"Stop… Jerry!"
Chapter 23: Baby-faced and wealthy, and also exceptionally generous!
Since she was a child, when had Isabella ever suffered such humiliation?
Just as Isabella's consciousness was about to be completely swallowed by the feeling of suffocation, a sharp and urgent female voice came in from the huge hole outside the door:
"Stop… Jerry!"
It was Catherine's voice.
She had already tidied herself up completely; her messy Wizard robe was smoothed out, and the dishevelment on her face was cleaned away with magic, as if the person who had lost control and climaxed just a moment ago wasn't her at all.
She stood outside the door with just the right amount of anxiety and confusion on her face, as if she had just arrived, following the sound of the explosion.
Hearing this shout, Jerry stopped his movements.
He let go of the hand gripping Isabella's neck and then, unhurriedly, stood up from her soft and elastic back.
He even straightened his slightly wrinkled collar, his face still wearing that calm yet playful expression, as if the potentially fatal suppression just now was merely a harmless game to him.
Having gained her freedom, Isabella, like a drowning person breaking free from restraint, suddenly lay on the ground and coughed violently.
Fresh air rushed into her lungs, bringing a burning, stinging sensation.
She didn't care about the shame and pain on her body, supporting herself with her hands and struggling to climb up from the ground.
That sheer bathrobe had long since become tattered in the previous tearing, completely unable to cover her key parts. Large areas of snow-white skin were exposed to the air, still bearing the red marks left by the suppression.
Her golden hair was disheveled, her stunning face flushed red from lack of oxygen and anger, and her ice-blue eyes burned with raging flames, staring fixedly at Jerry.
"I'm going to kill you!"
She roared, completely ignoring the newly arrived Catherine. Her right hand lifted again, and even more violent magic gathered in her palm, preparing to launch a fatal blow.
"Wait, Isabella!" Catherine seeing this, immediately rushed in, spreading her arms to block between the two.
"This is a misunderstanding! Everything is just a misunderstanding! This room… this room is the independent dormitory just assigned by the school to this freshman, Jerry Rosier!"
Just as Isabella was prepared to attack regardless of the consequences, a faint but clear sound of footsteps came down from above the spiral stone staircase, accompanied by the muffled voices of several Slytherin students.
This sound caused the expressions of the three people present to change.
Catherine's expression became increasingly anxious, and Isabella's right hand, which was gathering violent magic, also subconsciously paused.
No matter how arrogant she was, she understood what kind of uproar would be caused if others saw her in this disheveled, unclothed state.
At this critical moment, Jerry moved.
He didn't even look at the tattered door, simply lifting his hand casually and snapping his fingers crisply.
Accompanied by a faint hum, an incredible scene occurred.
Those snake-patterned wood fragments and stone bricks that had been blasted apart seemed to be pulled by invisible threads, flying backward from the ground and rapidly reassembling and splicing in the air.
The cracks healed at a visible speed, and the scorched marks on the wood faded away.
In less than two seconds, the heavy door that had been blown up stood there as good as new, as if the violent explosion just now had never happened.
This precise and powerful repair magic left even Isabellastunned.
After doing all this, Jerry slowly turned around to face Isabella, who was still on the verge of rage. The playfulness and aggression previously on his face vanished without a trace, replaced by a gentle, well-measured apology.
He bowed slightly, looking at her with a pure and innocent gaze, his tone so sincere that one couldn't find a single fault with it.
"Sorry, senior. This really was just a misunderstanding."
Isabella continued to stare fixedly at Jerry; in those ice-blue eyes, the anger had not diminished in the slightest due to this apology.
But Jerry's repair spell, which could be called miraculous, caused the killing intent in her heart to be shrouded by a thick layer of wariness and confusion.
The footsteps and voices outside were getting closer and closer.
Jerry seemed not to notice the dangerous aura emanating from her; he looked at her, his gaze sliding slowly from her stunning face, which appeared even more vivid due to her anger, down to her fair body, which was faintly visible beneath her tattered bathrobe.
His gaze was not lecherous but rather like he was admiring a perfect work of art, frank and direct.
"Senior!" He spoke again, his voice carrying the sincerity unique to a young man: "You are the most beautiful Witch I have ever seen. Just now, I was just… stunned by your aura and beauty, and my body made an uncontrollable reaction. Please, you must forgive my offense."
These words were half flattery and half fact.
After speaking, Jerry took out a small velvet jewelry box from the inner pocket of his Wizard robe.
He opened the box and presented it to Isabella.
Inside the box lay a necklace quietly.
The chain of the necklace was made of mithril, slender and elegant, but the pendant part was inlaid with a not-too-large gemstone that presented a dreamy pink-purple color.
Inside the gemstone, it seemed as if flowing mist was slowly rotating, emitting an indescribable, subtle, and sweet aura.
Just looking at it made one feel their heartbeat involuntarily accelerate, as if something deep within their body was about to be stirred up.
"This little thing is an alchemical item I accidentally obtained before coming to Hogwarts."
Chapter 46
Jerry's tone remained humble: "It doesn't have much of an effect; it merely helps the wearer calm their mind. I thought that, as an apology for my rudeness, it might slightly make up for my mistake."
He wasn't lying. This alchemical creation, synthesized from 'whisper of the succubus' and a magical accessory, indeed could 'calm' the mind—by completely disintegrating reason and shame, leaving only the purest desire. Naturally, complex emotions like anger would no longer exist.
[Item Type: Special Alchemical Material/Consumable]
[Quality: Rare]
[Description: This is a Crystal of Desire refined from the soul essence of a High-level Succubus. It contains the purest, unadulterated primal power.
It can easily dismantle the rational defenses of intelligent beings, infinitely magnifying the desires hidden deep within their hearts, eventually reducing them to slaves of the flesh.]
[Usage:]
[1. Direct Use: Open the bottle. The leaking pink mist can significantly lower the mental defenses of the inhaler in a short period, making them extremely susceptible to charm spells or verbal guidance.
If the liquid in the bottle is ingested directly by the target, it can cause them to completely lose their sense of shame for a period of time, acting only according to physical instincts.]
[2. Synthesis Use: This item is an extremely precious 'emotional' type alchemical catalyst and can be used in 'Synthesis'. When synthesized with other materials, it can imbue the creation with strong charm and aphrodisiac properties.]
[Synthesis with Potions: Can upgrade the most basic 'Relaxation Draught' into a potent aphrodisiac capable of corrupting a saint.]
[Synthesis with Spells: Can strengthen the effects of the 'Charm Charm' and 'Amortentia', and can even create a permanent mental imprint.]
[Synthesis with Magical Items: Can turn an ordinary accessory into a cursed object that continuously emits an aura of temptation.]
[Synthesis with Biological Materials: Through complex alchemical rituals, it is even possible to twist the target's soul essence, creating a 'Servant of Desire' with a succubus-like constitution who is absolutely loyal to you.]
Isabella's gaze was drawn to that peculiar gem.
As a noble-born, well-informed pure-blood witch, she could naturally feel the extraordinary magic contained in this item—a seductive power she had never encountered before.
The footsteps outside had already reached the door.
"What's going on?"
A boy's voice sounded outside the door, filled with doubt. "Is someone inside?
I thought I heard a loud bang just now."
Hearing this voice, Isabella's body instinctively tensed up.
She pulled at her tattered bathrobe, but it couldn't hide the view at all.
Her pride would never allow her to appear before anyone in this state.
Catherine also looked at her nervously, not daring to breathe loudly.
At this moment, Isabella had to make a choice.
Whether to continue confronting this mysterious freshman here, or to resolve the immediate crisis first.
Before Isabella could decide, Jerry had already made the choice for her.
He turned and walked toward the perfectly intact door, wearing that shy smile typical of a freshman that best gains the favor of others. He didn't open the door fully, only pulling it open enough for one person to poke their head out.
The light from outside projected in, illuminating his handsome and harmless face.
"Ah, hello, seniors." His voice was clear and magnetic, with a perfectly measured hint of apology: "I'm very sorry, the sound just now was made by me."
Two upper-year Slytherin students stood outside the door. Seeing that the person poking his head out was a strange first-year freshman, the vigilance on their faces relaxed considerably.
"Who are you?
Why are you here?" one of them asked.
"I am Jerry Rosier, senior."
Jerry replied politely, "The Professor... er, and the Dean, they arranged for me to stay in this dormitory.
I was just getting familiar with some magical items in the room and accidentally triggered a small defensive charm. I'm truly sorry for disturbing you."
This explanation was reasonable; it pointed out his special status while attributing the loud bang to a common, harmless mistake made by a freshman.
"Private dormitory?
A freshman?"
The other senior raised an eyebrow, his tone carrying a bit of jealousy, but seeing Jerry's sincere attitude and the mention of the "Dean," he couldn't say much more.
"Alright, be careful next time, freshman." The first senior waved his hand. "Don't tear the room apart."
"Yes, thank you for the reminder, senior." Jerry nodded with a smile.
He maintained his position with his head poked out until he confirmed the footsteps outside had completely faded away. Only then did he slowly close the door again and casually cast an Muffliato and a Locking Spell.
The room fell back into a suffocating silence.
The crisis that had been on the verge of exploding just now was resolved by him so effortlessly.
Jerry turned around, the smile on his face vanishing, replaced by an all-knowing calm.
He walked back to Isabella step by step and once again held the still-open velvet jewelry box before her eyes.
"Now!" His voice was low and magnetic, like a demon's whisper, "We can continue our conversation from before, senior."
The gem seemed to have a life of its own, its faint glow reflecting in her ice-blue pupils.
The sweet and subtle fragrance wafting from the gem seeped into her nostrils through every pore, making her feel a strange heat rising deep in her lower abdomen.
Her reason was screaming a warning at her that this was a dangerous, ominous item, but her body involuntarily produced a trace of longing.
The world outside had become completely quiet.
Finally, in the suffocating silence, Isabella reached out her hand.
Her movements were somewhat stiff as her slender fingertips pinched the cold Mithril Necklace from the velvet lining.
"Fine."
Her voice was raspy and cold, as if squeezed through her teeth. "I'll take this. As compensation for your... offense against me."
She found an excuse for her compromise that allowed her to maintain her dignity.
Jerry looked at her, the corners of his mouth curling into an imperceptible arc.
He didn't say anything more, just took a step back and made a "be my guest" gesture, leaving space for the two ladies in the room.
The atmosphere was awkward to the extreme.
Catherine hurried to take Isabella's neatly folded Black Robes from the rack and handed them over carefully.
With a cold face, Isabella snatched the robes and put them on quickly and somewhat frantically, using the voluminous garment to cover her nearly naked body.
Her movements were fast, but one could still catch a glimpse of her smooth, slender calves beneath the hem of the robe, as well as those jade-like toes curled slightly from tension.
She didn't give Jerry another look, only saying coldly to Catherine: "Let's go."
After speaking, she walked toward the undamaged door without looking back, as proud as a defeated white swan that still refused to bow its head.
Catherine felt as if she had been granted a great pardon and hurriedly followed behind her.
But as she was leaving, she mouthed to Jerry: "I want one too."
Want what?
Once again, Jerry was the only one left in the room.
The air still held the lingering fragrance of Isabella's bath and the wanton scent of Catherine's climax.
Jerry slowly walked to the entrance of the bathroom deep in the room, his gaze falling on the edge of the smooth bathtub.
There, lying quietly, was a small, pure white cotton pair of panties.
The fabric still carried a hint of undried moisture and body warmth.
It seemed that the proud Prefect, in her extreme panic and shame, had forgotten them here while hurriedly putting on her outer robes.
He bent down, his fingertips lightly touching the soft lace, which felt slightly damp.
He carefully picked up the pure white panties, then pulled out another pair of a completely different style.
They were pure cotton briefs, a steady gray color, printed with several cute cat paw prints and even a long cat tail pattern that playfully extended from the waist to the hip.
The corners of his mouth curled slightly as he placed these two very different styles of panties together into the empty box.
He carefully closed the lid, as if collecting two precious trophies.
After doing all this, Jerry walked to the four-poster bed in the center of the room and lay straight back onto it.
The soft mattress made a slight sound, completely enveloping him.
With his legs crossed and hands behind his head, he gazed at the deep night sky outside the window.
The world where Hogwarts Castle was located was mysterious and magnificent, with the moonlight casting hazy, flickering shadows.
Stars twinkled in the night sky, and Jerry's thoughts drifted along with them.
He was filled with emotion.
He had thought that being born into a Dark Wizard family meant he would have no connection with Hogwarts.
After all, the bloodline of the Rosier Family was a despised existence in the Wizarding World; the crimes of its members were too numerous to record, practically a synonym for evil.
So much so that Jerry had even prepared himself to spend his life in some dark corner.
He hadn't expected fate to take such a turn; one day he could actually be like a normal Wizard child, sitting on the train to Hogwarts, and ultimately be sorted into Slytherinby the Sorting Hat, even getting a private dormitory.
This magical hall that had once only appeared in books was now truly laid out before his eyes. Everything was so real, real enough to have a touch of the fantastical.
He narrowed his eyes, a faint smile unconsciously appearing on his lips.
The road ahead has only just begun...
---
A new day began with the melodious tolling of the clock tower bell.
However, the first class for the Hogwarts freshmen didn't involve listening to old Professors chant in dusty classrooms as Jerry had imagined.
By the shore of the Hogwarts lake in the early morning, the air was moist and crisp.
All the first-year freshmen, regardless of their house, gathered there according to the notice, anxious yet excited.
What lay before them was not a path to a classroom, but a scene beyond their imagination—both shocking and somewhat bloody.
A one-eyed Giant, seventy meters tall with dark gray skin and knotted muscles, was half-crouching by the lake. Its single eye was bloodshot and cloudy, showing obvious pain and numbness.
Its body was covered in various hideous scars, the most shocking of which were on its broad shoulders—there, it was pierced by thick, rusty metal rivets and chains, with a large wooden platform brutally implanted into its flesh.
The platform wasn't simply built on the Giant's shoulders but was deeply embedded into its muscles. The wooden edges and the Giant's rough skin were jaggedly intertwined, and in some places, thick dark red blood continued to seep out, emitting a faint metallic stench.
With every heavy breath the Giant took, the flesh on its shoulders could be seen writhing painfully as the platform shifted, causing the rivets to rub against bone with a tooth-gritting creak.
Clearly, this massive creature had been forcibly enslaved to serve as Hogwarts' "transportation."
The Professors gave no explanation for the origin of this Cyclops, only urging the freshmen to line up and orderly board the platform woven of flesh and wood.
The freshmen whispered among themselves, some curious, some terrified, but faced with such a scene that transcended common sense, most felt a deep sense of awe.
While the freshmen were whispering and lining up with trepidation.
Several figures appeared at the entrance of the plaza.
Albus Dumbledore had come in person.
He wasn't wearing his usual somewhat eccentric Wizardrobes adorned with stars and moons, but a solemn deep blue robe, his silver-white beard trimmed meticulously.
The usual amiable smile was gone from his face, and his blue eyes behind the half-moon spectacles now appeared deep and majestic.
Following behind him were four figures.
They weren't human; this was evident from their slightly pointed ears and otherworldly temperament.
They were four elves, three male and one female, standing tall and handsome, possessing an innate elegance belonging to an ancient race.
Among them, the female elf freshman was particularly outstanding.
She looked to be about the same age as the freshmen present, with long silver hair like moonlight braided into exquisite plaits hanging down her waist.
Her skin was so fair it was almost translucent, her features as delicate as a work of art carved by divine hands, and her emerald-green eyes were clear as water, untainted by a speck of dust.
However, when her gaze fell upon the painfully groaning Cyclops, those beautiful eyes were instantly filled with shock and anger.
Her originally serene face flushed red, and disregarding Dumbledore's presence right in front of her, she pointed directly at the flesh-and-blood platform and accused in a crisp, trembling voice:
"You... how can you Wizards be so cruel!
This is a living being!"
Chapter 47
"How could you enslave it in such a bloody manner, only to use it as a pathetic vehicle?
This is a desecration of life!"
Her voice was filled with undisguised holiness and compassion, as if every Wizard present was a heinous executioner.
This sudden accusation, filled with moral judgment, instantly froze the originally excited atmosphere of the students.
All the freshmen fell silent, their eyes moving back and forth between the female elf, Dumbledore, and the Giant.
Dumbledore slowly turned his head; he did not speak, but simply glared at the female elf with his deep eyes.
There was no warmth in that gaze, only a pressure as heavy as a mountain and a warning that brooked no argument.
The female elf's voice stopped abruptly, as if she were being choked by an invisible force; her body trembled slightly, and her face turned pale.
She clearly had not expected such a cold response from this white Wizard who had always been known for his kindness.
She bit her lower lip and finally closed her mouth unwillingly, but the anger and confusion in her eyes did not diminish in the slightest.
Dumbledore then withdrew his gaze and turned to all the freshmen, announcing in a steady and loud voice:
"Allow me to introduce some new classmates.
Based on the latest 'Eternal Alliance Pact' signed between Wizards and The Elves, starting today, Hogwarts will open its doors to our allies.
These four young elves from the forest will be the first batch of Exchange students to study alongside us."
He introduced the names of the four elves in turn and assigned them to the four houses; the female elf who had just spoken was sorted into Hufflepuff.
After the introductions, Dumbledore gave no one a chance to ask questions, simply waving his hand to signal all students to immediately board the platform.
The freshmen didn't dare to discuss further; along with the four elves with varying expressions, everyone silently and quickly walked onto the slightly trembling shoulder of the Giant, which emitted a bloody scent.
The platform swayed slightly under the Cyclops' heavy steps. Jerry stood in the crowd, his face showing no sign of surprise.
Regarding the so-called 'Eternal Alliance Pact', he understood it more thoroughly than any other freshman present.
Wizard civilization was not confined to a corner of Earth.
Driven by magic, Wizards had long ago embarked on a long journey to conquer the multiverse.
Countless worlds had been conquered under the Wizards' wands, becoming their colonies, resource production sites, or simple experimental grounds.
However, with the infinite expansion of territory, a cruel curse, almost a universal law, emerged—only children born on Earth could obtain the aptitude to become a Wizard.
This was a phenomenon that could be described as eerie.
No matter how rich the elemental saturation of those conquered worlds was, no matter how powerful the innate talents of the creatures there were, they could not produce even a single child capable of performing witchcraft.
The power of a Wizard seemed to be a unique gift from the 'Mother Body' that is Earth.
This discovery led to a fatal problem: the number of Wizards could not keep up with the speed at which they conquered worlds.
A vast group of worlds required a massive bureaucratic system to manage, yet the number of Wizards grew extremely slowly.
Thus, the 'Eternal Alliance Pact' came into being.
This was not a document representing peace and friendship, but a cold political tool based on strength and interest.
When Wizards encountered a race that was equally powerful, where conquest would require a heavy price or even lead to mutual destruction, war was no longer the first choice.
In its place came this pact.
Wizards would appear as 'allies', signing alliances with these powerful races, sharing some interests and knowledge, and becoming their'suzerain'.
These allied races would then help the Wizards manage those conquered, less important worlds, becoming a link in the vast ruling system of Wizard civilization.
Of course, this 'respect' was reserved only for those races with strength and the ability to communicate, like The Elves before them.
As for those who were weak or unable to communicate... destruction and conquest remained the only options.
Jerry looked at the female elf, who was full of grievance from Dumbledore's reprimand yet still looked at the Cyclops with compassionate eyes; he felt no ripple of emotion in his heart.
In his view, her holiness and compassion were only because the elf race was strong enough—strong enough to have the right to sit at the negotiating table with Wizards, and even to send their offspring to study at Hogwarts.
As for the Cyclops beneath their feet... it clearly did not belong in that category.
The Cyclops' steps began to move slowly and heavily, each step carrying enough force to vibrate the platform.
He walked toward the distant lake water.
And began to submerge.
The surrounding lake water was blocked out by a transparent layer of magical barrier, revealing a fantastical underwater scene.
Giant water weeds swayed like kelp, schools of multicolored fish darted through the light and shadow, and in the distance, ancient ruins submerged in the silt could even be seen, faintly revealing a certain ancient and mysterious aura.
Most of the freshmen on the platform were drawn by this strange underwater world, letting out bursts of low exclamations.
Jerry calmly observed his surroundings.
Hogwarts itself was located in some other world outside of Earth, not part of the human world.
This Giant was currently taking them through the gap between worlds, toward some unknown destination.
Just then, a lithe figure squeezed in next to Jerry.
"Hi, hello there!"
A voice as clear as a silver bell rang out, carrying the unique vitality of a young girl.
Jerry turned his head, and a figure with a startling contrast came into view.
It was a red-haired loli.
Her hair was like burning fire, draped loosely and softly over her shoulders.
A pair of large eyes sparkled with curious light, like two crystal-clear rubies.
Her skin was a healthy wheat color, and her face had baby fat, making her look charmingly cute.
However, this childishness was completely broken by her overly voluptuous figure.
She wore a loose Wizard robe, yet it could hardly conceal her chest, which was so full it almost seemed to strain the fabric, appearing rounded and pert beneath the robe.
Although she looked only eleven or twelve years old, her slender waist and exquisite curves revealed a mature charm that transcended her age.
Her legs were straight, and though she was taller than most peers, she was only half a head taller than Jerry, just enough that his eleven-year-old youthful frame needed to look up slightly to meet her gaze.
"My name is Liliana Gregory, from Hufflepuff."
She tilted her head and gave a sweet smile, a smile so pure it seemed as if she were innocent of the world, but her overly mature curves made it difficult to keep one's eyes on her face.
"Which house are you in?
I saw you just now, you were so cool, you didn't say a word and stayed so quiet."
She blinked, her ruby-like eyes full of inquiry and a hint of playfulness.
She leaned in a bit close, and Jerry could even smell the faint floral scent unique to a young girl, along with a trace of sweet, milky candy.
The loose cuffs of the Wizard robe occasionally brushed against her chest, allowing one to feel the startling elasticity beneath.
The surrounding freshmen, upon learning the surname Jerry Rosier, had subconsciously pulled away from him, forming an invisible gap.
The Rosier family's illustrious reputation among Dark Wizard families was enough to instill fear in these fledgling young Wizards.
They only dared to whisper from a distance, casting glances mixed with curiosity and wariness.
Therefore, when Liliana approached so without reservation, even with a hint of intimacy, it seemed exceptionally conspicuous.
Jerry looked at the loli girl before him, whose figure and appearance were full of contradictions, his face still maintaining that calm expression.
He didn't answer her question, but simply raised his right hand slightly, palm upward.
A glimmer of light swirled in his palm, and then, an exquisitely crafted silver bracelet appeared out of thin air in the center of his hand.
The style of the bracelet was simple, but at the clasp, two lifelike little snakes were carved, biting each other's tails.
He handed the bracelet to Liliana with a smooth and natural movement, as if this piece of jewelry had always been in his hand.
"Hello, my name is Jerry."
His voice was steady and clear, carrying a composure that didn't belong to an eleven-year-old boy. "Slytherin House."
"This is for you, as a meeting gift."
Liliana looked at the bracelet that appeared out of thin air, and the light of curiosity and surprise in her ruby-like eyes grew even stronger. She seemed completely unbothered by Jerry's intimidating surname, her attention entirely captured by this sudden gift and the interesting boy before her.
"Wow, is it for me?
Thank you, Jerry!"
She unhesitatingly held out her fair wrist for Jerry to put it on her.
Jerry's movements were very gentle. As he reached out and used his fingertips to pinch the silver bracelet, preparing to put it on Liliana, a detail that was not easily noticed was exposed before her eyes.
On his left thumb, he wore a seemingly plain obsidian ring. The ring was entirely black without any patterns, but under the reflection of the surrounding magical light, a very faint pink mist could be seen slowly swirling inside it.
This ring, like the necklace given to Isabella, was also a core alchemical item forged using 'whisper of the succubus'.
Its only function was to greatly enhance the wearer's own charm, making every word and action of the wearer full of irresistible temptation.
This power was constantly radiating from Jerry, but the fear and deterrence brought by the Rosier surname were like a thick lead shell, forcibly suppressing this world-bewitching charm, making most people only dare to watch from afar and not dare to approach at all.
However, Liliana seemed like an outlier.
When Jerry's fingers touched the warm skin of her wrist, the little loli's body only trembled slightly, and a cute blush appeared on her face. She could clearly feel a peculiar attraction coming from Jerry that made her heart race, an impulse that made her want to get closer and want to know everything about him.
"Your hand... is a bit cold." She lowered her head, looking at the silver snake bracelet being fastened onto her wrist, her voice becoming somewhat soft and sweet. "But, I really like this gift."
Liliana's boldness was even greater than Jerry had imagined.
After accepting the gift, instead of backing away, she stood on her tiptoes, leaned forward, and gave him a quick and loud kiss on his cheek, which still had a bit of baby fat.
With a soft "mwah" sound, the soft and warm lips touched and parted instantly.
This sudden intimate gesture caused Jerry's body to react instantly.
The moment Liliana leaned in, her overly developed, full chest pressed firmly against his arm and chest.
Through two layers of Wizard robes, he could still clearly feel that startling softness and elasticity, like two clumps of warm and vital jelly.
At the same time, a scent even richer than before, a mix of a young girl's body fragrance and a green milky scent, also wafted over.
All of this caused a slight stir in his body, which possessed an adult soul.
Jerry's acting was flawless.
He perfectly displayed the reaction an eleven-year-old boy should have. His cheeks flushed instantly, and his gaze became erratic, as if he didn't dare to look directly into Liliana's bright eyes again.
He lowered his head, pretending to be flustered as he helped her fasten the bracelet's clasp, muttering indistinctly as if explaining, or perhaps covering up his "shyness."
"That... this bracelet... isn't anything valuable.
It has a one-time Defensive charm attached to it, probably... probably enough to help you block one medium-strength offensive spell.
You... you'd better wear it close to you."
Listening to Jerry's somewhat stuttering explanation, Liliana's ruby-like eyes curved into beautiful crescents. She raised her wrist and shook the silver snake bracelet in front of her eyes, unable to put it down.
"A Defensive charm? Wow..." She let out a small exclamation, then looked at Jerry with a gaze mixed with admiration and curiosity. "Did you make this yourself? You're so amazing!"
Just then, the Cyclops beneath them seemed to step on a loose boulder, and the entire platform tilted to one side without warning, causing everyone to lose their balance and let out cry after cry.
Liliana let out a scream, unable to stand steadily at all, and crashed straight into Jerry's arms.
This collision was much more intense than the kiss just now.
Jerry only felt a thrilling clump of softness and warmth crash firmly into his chest. That pair of full breasts, completely inconsistent with her age, almost unreservedly enveloped his entire upper body through the Wizard robe. It was an indescribable sensation—soft, plump, carrying the warmth of a young girl's body and a strong elasticity, as if it would knock his bones into a state of limpness.
It was not until the platform finally stabilized that Liliana, with a red face, scrambled up from him and found her footing.
Once steady, she didn't show the slightest bit of shyness; instead, she puffed out her cheeks in annoyance. She lowered her head and held out both hands, somewhat ungracefully gesturing in front of her chest as if measuring the size, her face full of disdain.
"Honestly, it's so annoying..." she complained softly to Jerry, her cute face scrunched up. "Because of these two things, they bounce around when I run, and I almost broke my own ribs just now. I really wish they were smaller."
Hearing Liliana's cute complaint, before Jerry could respond, a sharp and dissatisfied voice came from the side.
"Shameless!"
The voice was crisp, carrying undisguised contempt.
Jerry looked toward the sound and saw two identical girls standing not far away. They both had beautiful long blonde hair tied in high ponytails and wore Gryffindor robes. Their features were exquisite, but they were currently grim-faced, staring at him and Liliana with an inquiring, hostile gaze. Clearly, the scene of Liliana kissing Jerry's cheek and then crashing into his arms had been witnessed by them.
"In broad daylight, hugging and cuddling with a Dark Wizard from Slytherin," one of the girls said, her tone biting.
"You're really embarrassing us freshmen," the other girl immediately added, the two of them working in perfect harmony.
They were the Patil Sisters, Padma and Parvati, who were considered quite well-known beauties among the first-years.
However, at this moment, their faces were filled with a sense of self-righteous justice typical of Gryffindor, and their gaze toward Liliana was as if they were looking at a shameless degenerate.
Faced with this sudden accusation, Liliana's cute face flushed instantly, not out of shyness, but out of anger.
Her ample chest heaved with rapid breathing, and just as she was about to retort, Jerry gently pulled her arm.
"They are jealous of you!"
"After all, look at them… dual runways, perfect for parking planes!"
Chapter 24: Why Does It Smell Like Cream!
Jerry's voice was not loud, one could even say it was understated, but the mockery in his words was like a poisoned needle, piercing with pinpoint accuracy into the fragile self-esteem of the Patil Sisters.
"Dual runways, perfect for parking planes…"
This evaluation could be considered the most vicious personal attack for any girl around puberty.
The air seemed to freeze for a moment.
The next second, two perfectly synchronized, shrill screams that could almost pierce the eardrums erupted.
"Ah!"
That sound was no longer the accusation filled with moral superiority from before, but a pure, humiliated scream.
The reaction of the twin sisters was like two cats who had their tails stepped on hard, instantly bristling.
Their faces, which were originally quite pretty, were now flushed a liver-like purple due to extreme anger, and their features were somewhat distorted.
"You... you bastard!"
One of the girls pointed at Jerry, her finger trembling slightly.
"Filthy! Shameless Slytherin!"
The other girl also screamed.
Tears of humiliation were even welling up in her eyes.
They tried to retaliate with more vicious words, but Jerry's overly vivid metaphor had clearly completely destroyed their sanity, leaving them unable to organize any more effective language besides screaming and repeating curses.
Just as the cursing from the Patil Sisters reached its peak, the platform on the Giant's shoulder shook violently, and then began to ascend at an incredible speed.
The surrounding water world scenery quickly blurred and distorted, and the magic barrier became no longer transparent, but rippled, covering everything outside in a hazy layer of color.
Everyone on the platform let out exclamations, many lost their balance and bumped into each other.
Liliana lost her balance again, and once more instinctively lunged toward Jerry who was close by; her voluptuous softness carried an irresistible impact, knocking Jerry back a step, and her delicate, soft body was once again pressed tightly into his arms.
"This little girl, for her age, has quite a powerful charging technique."
The external light became eerie and colorful, a type of color between void and reality that human vision could not capture.
Through the constantly changing magic barrier, one could vaguely see the external scene stretching and deforming like liquid, and occasionally one or two invisible energy torrents grazed the barrier, emitting crackling electric sounds, accompanied by bouts of violent jolting.
"Where... where are we?" a first-year asked with a trembling voice.
No one could answer.
Jerry could feel that this Giant was carrying them, traveling through the cracks between worlds, performing a "space jump" far beyond the understanding of ordinary people.
This journey across dimensions made every inch of existence unstable, and only pure magic could barely maintain their course and safety.
The transit lasted for an unknown amount of time, perhaps just a moment, or perhaps long years had passed; when everything around them gradually stabilized and the colorful light began to fade, a new world appeared before them without warning.
The magic barrier dissipated like melted glass, and an indescribable stench, mixed with decay, dust, and dried blood, instantly rushed into everyone's nasal cavities.
It was the smell of death.
Many first-years couldn't help but retch on the spot, and Liliana buried her face deeper, her petite body curling into a ball in Jerry's arms.
What appeared before them was no longer the fantastical underwater world, but a dead, gray, steel jungle.
The sky was lead-gray, the sun was invisible, and there were only thick clouds that seemed like they would never dissipate.
The skyscrapers reaching into the clouds were covered in cracks, and countless windows were broken, like hollow eye sockets.
On the streets, the wrecks of burnt-out cars could be seen everywhere, their twisted metal skeletons telling of the disaster that had once occurred.
Overgrown vines wrapped around street lamps and buildings, adding a touch of eerie green to this city of death.
What was even more chilling were those... things on the street.
They were creatures that had once been human.
They were ragged, their skin had an abnormal cyan-gray color, and their limbs were twisted at strange angles. They wandered aimlessly on the streets, their steps dragging and stiff, and they emitted unconscious, teeth-grinding, wheezing sounds from their throats.
One "person's" chin was gone, with only a blackened tongue hanging out.
Another "person's" abdomen was ripped open, with gray-black intestines dragging on the ground, rubbing against it as it moved.
Zombies!
This word instantly surfaced in the minds of all the first-years, including those few elf students.
Most people had seen the movie Dawn of the Dead, so they were quite familiar with this type of creature.
A kind of fear of the undead, originating from the depths of the soul, plunged the entire platform into a deathly silence, and then erupted into even greater chaos and screaming.
"What is that... what the hell is that!"
One of the Patil Sisters pointed below, her voice full of a sobbing breakdown.
"We have to leave here! Leave here quickly!"
Panic spread like a plague.
And the Giant that served as their vehicle turned a blind eye to everything around it, walking toward the depths of this dead city.
Every step it took would crush several blocking zombies into a puddle of blurry flesh, but more zombies, attracted by this huge noise, began to gather toward them from all directions, stumbling.
Just as the surrounding screams and cries merged into an ocean of chaos, Liliana trembled, buried her head in Jerry's chest, hugged his waist tightly, and her fingertips unconsciously clutched a corner of his shirt.
Jerry freed one hand and gently patted her back, trying to soothe her.
His palm felt the girl's warm, soft body temperature and the fullness of her chest transmitted through the thin clothing.
"Don't be afraid, Liliana."
His voice was much softer than before, with a trace of imperceptible gentleness, yet it could pierce through the surrounding noise and clearly reach her ears, "This is not the kind of 'zombie' you see in movies."
Liliana hesitated and looked up, her large ruby-like eyes still covered with a mist of water, carrying a bit of confusion and panic.
"This is a creation composed of sorcerous decay, animation, and instant-death plague."
Jerry continued to explain, his tone steady, while his eyes calmly swept over the disgusting living dead below, his face without the slightest fear, only a kind of nearly cold scrutiny.
His hand still gently stroked Liliana's back, bringing her a sense of stability, "They are a type of low-tier undead called 'Ghouls'. They are war weapons mass-produced by Wizards during planar wars to quickly deplete the enemy's living forces."
Jerry's words, like a stone thrown into boiling water, caused the surrounding chaos to pause.
All the first-years, including those few elves, looked at him with an incredulous gaze.
And Liliana, although still clutching him tightly, had the panic in her eyes replaced by a trace of curiosity and thought.
Just then, a short Professor standing at the front of the platform—none other than Professor Filius Flitwick who taught Charms Class—turned around, his shrewd eyes flashing with undisguised light of approval.
"Mr. Rosier is absolutely correct!" Professor Filius Flitwick announced loudly in his high-pitched voice, his voice drowning out the heavy footsteps of the Giant: "When facing the unknown, fear is useless; only knowledge and calmness are a Wizard's most powerful weapons!"
He nodded with satisfaction and waved his wand gently.
"Ten points to Slytherin!"
Professor Filius Flitwick's voice and that "Ten points to Slytherin" were like a clap of thunder, piercing through the fear and despair of the first-years in this different dimension filled with the stench of decay.
The restless crowd, indeed as if under a spell, gradually quieted down.
Those young faces that were originally crying out of fear now all turned their gaze toward Jerry.
They looked at this young boy who was calm in the face of danger, and with his cold yet professional explanation echoing in their ears, along with Professor Filius Flitwick's high praise, the panic in their hearts subsided quite a bit unconsciously.
Liliana listened to these words and also slowly loosened her hand that was hugging Jerry's waist.
She stood up straight again, but still stayed close to Jerry, her large eyes staring unblinkingly at those "Ghouls" that were like marionettes, and deep in her eyes, the previous pure fear had been replaced by a light mixed with curiosity and admiration.
However, not everyone was convinced by this calmness.
Standing next to Harry Potter, Ron Weasley's face was a bit flushed.
He looked at Jerry's calm profile and the admiration in Liliana's eyes, and muttered in a low voice: "Tch... talking as if he knows so much. Isn't he just from a Dark Wizardfamily? Who doesn't know those... pfft, what's so great about that!"
Although his voice was soft, it was full of disdain, and also carried a tiny bit of sourness from having his thunder stolen.
Harry, beside Ron, calmly gazed at Jerry with a pair of emerald green eyes.
Unlike the panic or admiration of the surrounding first-years, Harry's gaze appeared particularly complex.
He knew that the Rosier Family was a pure-blood family that had once supported Lord Voldemort; the appearance of this boy was like a living reminder, reminding him of his parents' tragic death, and that unknown, massive threat lurking in the shadows.
To Harry, Jerry was not just a classmate, but more like a shadow cast from that dark era, a child representing an accomplice.
However, at this moment, Jerry's calmness and insight into the situation made the balance named "justice" in Harry's heart sway slightly.
Meanwhile, on Harry's other side, Hermione Granger's sharp deer-like eyes lit up in an instant.
She didn't notice Ron's complaints, nor did she have such complex psychological activities as Harry.
She was just purely, instinctively surprised by the knowledge reserve and analytical ability Jerry displayed, and felt a tiny bit of unwillingness to lose.
A flash of competitiveness flickered in Hermione's eyes.
She secretly made up her mind that she must study hard, and in the future, in this aspect, she must absolutely not lose to Jerry!
She had already quietly taken out a quill and quickly jotted down the keywords "sorcerous decay, animation, instant-death plague, Ghouls, planar war" on her parchment.
While the students were all lost in their own thoughts, the Giant did not stop its footsteps.
It took heavy steps, ignoring the increasingly gathering Ghouls under its feet, and walked firmly toward the center of this dilapidated city.
The scenery along the way was increasingly shocking: collapsed skyscrapers, burnt-out buses, and tens of thousands of densely packed Ghouls, forming a picture of the end of the world.
However, with Jerry's previous "popular science", the first-years' fear had already transformed into a kind of morbid curiosity.
They began to discuss the movement patterns of these Ghouls in low voices, and some even began to compare which one had more "distinctive" decay.
I don't know how long they walked, but right in the center of this gray dead city, a brilliant, dazzling light pierced through the dim sky.
It was a magic tower that soared into the clouds.
The tower body was made of some unknown silver-white material, with visible magic runes flowing on it like liquid stars.
At the top of the tower, a huge crystal was blooming with dazzling radiance, and a huge, translucent magic shield with a pale golden halo extended from the top of the tower, like an inverted Giant bowl, covering an area of several kilometers in radius.
Outside the shield was an endless, roaring, and howling tide of Ghouls.
They frantically slapped and scratched at the light shield, making harsh noises like fingernails scraping against glass, but they could not shake it in the slightest.
And inside the light shield was an orderly, pure land.
A large number of independent buildings with different styles stood in an orderly manner beneath the magictower.
These buildings seemed to have been conjured out of thin air, completely out of place with the surrounding city ruins.
The most conspicuous among them was a short but sturdy white marble building, with the symbol of the Goblin bank—Gringotts—clearly marked on the lintel.
The Giant passed through the rippling light shield without stopping.
All the stench and howling from the outside were instantly cut off, replaced by fresh air and a reassuring fluctuation of magic.
Under the guidance of several Professors, the first-years methodically got off the platform and stood on the huge open space in front of the magic tower.
Albus Dumbledore walked to the very front of everyone.
He was still in his kind and amiable appearance; behind his half-moon spectacles, those blue eyes swept over every first-year's face.
However, when he opened his mouth, what he said made everyone's heart tremble.
Chapter 49
"Children, welcome to your first lesson at Hogwarts."
His voice was gentle yet powerful, echoing across the open grounds: "The world before you once possessed a glorious civilization, but they failed.
And we, Wizards, are born victors."
"Our world has limited resources, while our power continues to grow.
Exploring outward, seeking new homes, acquiring necessary resources, and incorporating those weak, backward, and dying worlds into our order—this is not only our right, but our responsibility."
"You must remember, magic is power.
We conquer for the sake of better survival.
What you will learn in the future is not just exquisite spells, but how to use your power to expand the territory of our civilization."
Dumbledore's voice resonated across the open ground, every word clearly striking at the hearts of the new students.
This naked, conquest-centered rhetoric completely shattered their beautiful fantasies about the magic world.
Hogwarts was not just a school; it was more like a military academy training Wizards for war.
Seeing the expressions on the students' faces—a mix of shock, confusion, and even a hint of excitement—Dumbledore smiled with satisfaction.
He did not give them much time to digest these words, instead using a lighter tone, as if he had just delivered an ordinary opening speech.
"Now, children!" He extended a finger, pointing outside the light barrier at the rotting corpses that were still tirelessly roaring and beating against the barrier: "That concludes the theory lesson.
Now, let us begin today's first practical lesson."
"As you can see, in any dying world, there will always be some... 'remnants' that need to be cleaned up.
They may lack thought and pain perception, but they are excellent practice targets."
He turned sideways, and Professor Flitwick stepped forward at the right moment.
"Today, the first spell we will learn, and one of the clearing spells you will use most often on the battlefield in the future," Professor Flitwick said in his shrill voice, clearly enunciating a spell, "'Incendium Missilia'!
Or, to put it more colloquially, 'Fireball Barrage'!"
He raised his short wand, aiming at the group of rotting corpses outside the light barrier.
"Pay attention to my wrist movement and the rhythm of the spell!" Professor Flitwick reminded loudly, "Incendium Missilia!"
As the spell was cast, a fist-sized, blazing fireball erupted from the tip of his wand, striking the head of a rotting corpse with precision.
The corpse's head, like a poorly made candle being lit, instantly exploded, turning into a pile of charred ash, and the headless body swayed twice before collapsing to the ground.
But this was not the end.
"The essence of this spell lies in the 'barrage'!"
Professor Flitwick's wrist flickered at a very high frequency, "Incendium Missilia! Incendium Missilia! Incendium Missilia!"
A series of fireballs whistled out from his wand tip like a machine gun, forming an orange-red barrage that instantly cleared a small group of rotting corpses in front, and a nauseating smell of burning protein permeated the air.
"Now," Dumbledore spoke again, his voice encouraging, "children, take up your wands.
The targets are all living things outside the barrier.
The criterion for ending today's lesson is to completely purify this block in front of us."
Such a direct, bloody, and arguably cruel teaching method was devastating to these youngsters who had just left home and were full of beautiful fantasies about the magicworld.
When that stench of burning protein drifted by on the breeze, someone's psychological defenses finally collapsed.
"Ugh!"
A suppressed retching sound rang out, acting like a fuse.
Immediately after, the sounds of vomiting rose one after another.
Liliana's cute face turned deathly pale; she could no longer stay close to Jerry, instead covering her mouth and rushing to the side, vomiting up the breakfast she had just eaten.
The Patil Sisters were even more disheveled, clinging to each other and vomiting uncontrollably, with tears and snot covering the ground, leaving no trace of their previous sharpness.
Even the usually quiet and gentle Hannah Abbott was no exception, bending over and vomiting violently.
Most of the boys didn't fare much better.
Even those self-important Slytherin and Gryffindor youths who always talked about pure-blood glory were deathly pale with blue lips at this moment.
Although they were forcing themselves not to vomit, their slightly trembling legs exposed the fear and disgust within them.
However, in this chaos, there were always a few exceptions.
Hermione Granger's complexion was also very bad, pale as a sheet, and her tightly pursed lips showed she was struggling to endure something.
But surprisingly, she did not vomit.
She merely leaned against a nearby rock, her chest heaving violently, while her eyes remained fixed on the rotting corpses scorched into charcoal by the fireballs outside the light barrier.
In her eyes, besides disgust, there was a stubbornness to force herself to adapt and analyze.
The most striking one, however, was Jerry.
He had originally intended to put on an act.
As a qualified "actor," showing the same fear and discomfort as the other children in such an environment was the safest choice.
He had even prepared the emotions, ready to bend over and fake a retching sound.
But at that moment, he felt a gaze drift lightly over him.
It was Dumbledore.
That gaze seemed casual, yet it felt as if it could pierce through any disguise and reach deep into the soul.
Jerry felt a shiver in his heart and instantly abandoned the idea of pretending.
He slowly straightened up, letting the sounds of vomiting and crying fill his ears, his expression strangely calm.
He did not look at the gruesome rotting corpses, nor at his classmates vomiting beside him, but instead raised his eyes and calmly looked back at Dumbledore standing at the very front, his dark eyes devoid of any ripples.
"Ten points to Slytherin!"
A faint, almost imperceptible arc curled at the corners of Dumbledore's mouth.
"Ten points to Slytherin!"
He whispered, his voice almost carried away by the wind, before he moved those deep blue eyes away.
He paid no further attention to the chaotic new students behind him and walked straight toward the door of the magic tower, his steps steady and composed, as if this otherworldly place filled with rotting corpses was merely an ordinary scene in his own garden.
Following his departure, the other Professors and teachers began to instruct and comfort the youngsters according to their respective houses.
Professor McGonagall organized the Gryffindor students with a relaxed expression.
She was wearing sky-blue spell robes today, looking not like she was here to teach, but rather like she was attending a spring outing.
Professor Flitwick encouraged the Ravenclaw children in a light tone.
And the Hufflepuff Professor gently guided the students to adapt to this sudden, drastic change.
A moment later, a tall, gloomy figure stopped in front of Jerry.
The unique greasy black hair, hooked nose, and pitch-black eyes were undoubtedly—Severus Snape.
Snape's gaze was like two cold blades, scanning Jerry up and down, giving him the illusion of being pierced through.
The surrounding sounds of crying and vomiting seemed to fade away, leaving only the oppressive, cold aura of Snape.
"Are you the Rosier child?"
Snape's voice was low and hoarse, carrying an unquestionable scrutiny.
Jerry nodded gently, then hesitated for a moment.
He changed the address.
"Yes, Uncle Snape." Jerry answered in a low voice, his tone respectful.
Snape's narrow eyes narrowed slightly, and he tilted his head to look at Jerry, as if confirming something.
He did not deny the address, but simply said indifferently: "In the school, just call me Professor... Start practicing."
With that, Snape turned around, sweeping his pitch-black gaze over all the Slytherin new students, his voice suddenly rising, like an ice-tempered blade, with unquestionable coldness:
"Listen, all of you Slytherins!
Today's course task—everyone must eliminate at least twenty rotting corpses!
At least twenty!
Anyone below this number will stay here until the task is completed; otherwise, don't even think about returning to the school!"
His words were like a basin of ice water poured over the heads of the already shaky Slytherin students.
Twenty rotting corpses!
For these children who could not even cast a fireball steadily, this was simply an impossible target!
Many Slytherin new students' faces turned even whiter instantly, and their bodies trembled violently.
They had originally thought that Slytherin would receive preferential treatment compared to other houses, but they hadn't expected Professor Snape to be stricter than everyone else!
Snape's words were like an invisible shackle, gripping the throats of all the Slytherin new students.
Just as they were suffocating over this task that was so harsh it was nearly impossible to complete, Jerry had already moved.
He did not hesitate in the slightest, as if Snape's words were nothing more than a simple "start" command to him.
He raised his hand, holding that yew wand, and aimed at the dense crowd of rotting corpses outside the barrier.
"Incendium Missilia!"
The spell was enunciated clearly and coldly.
A fist-sized fireball, condensed to the point of being nearly solid, erupted from the tip of his wand, accompanied by a dazzling red light.
It did not explode like Professor Flitwick's; instead, it acted like a precise armor-piercing shell, traveling in a straight trajectory, high-speed piercing through the eye socket of one rotting corpse, then the forehead of the second, the chest of the third, and only after penetrating the body of the fourth rotting corpse did it roar and explode, blasting the upper body of that corpse into flying charred remains.
This clean, crisp, and arguably elegant strike left all the Slytherin students stunned.
And almost at the same time, on the other side, in the Gryffindor team led by Professor McGonagall, another light shone.
"Incendium Missilia!"
The voice carried a slight tremor, yet it was unusually firm.
It was also a fireball, but one size smaller than Jerry's, and its flight trajectory was also somewhat wobbly.
It didn't fly very far before crashing headlong into a rotting corpse closest to the barrier.
Although it lacked the penetrating power of Jerry's strike, the explosive energy contained in the fireball still successfully blasted the upper body of that rotting corpse to pieces.
The caster was a girl.
She had fluffy brown curly hair, and her complexion was still pale, but she bit her lower lip tightly, and a flame of refusal to give in burned in her bright eyes.
It wasn't Hermione, but another Gryffindor new student.
She held her wand tightly in one hand and clenched her other hand into a fist, her body leaning slightly backward due to tension and recoil, her chest heaving violently.
Clearly, this spell had consumed a great deal of her mental energy and courage.
Jerry glanced at the brown-haired girl without changing his expression, a fleeting arc curling at the corner of his mouth.
He didn't pay much attention and soon continued his fireball practice.
One after another, precise and efficient fireball strikes quickly cleared the twenty rotting corpses specified by Snape, even far exceeding that number.
The morning passed quickly amidst the whistling of fireballs and the charred stench of rotting corpses.
When the noon bell was spread in all directions by the magic tower in a gentle manner, Professor Flitwick's voice loudly announced the end of the morning lesson.
"Rest in place, lunch time!"
Surprisingly, long dining tables appeared out of thin air inside the magic barrier, filled with sumptuous food: roast chicken, stewed meat, vegetable salad, pumpkin pie.
There was even floating butterbeer... Everything seemed so tempting, completely out of place with this scorched earth of the apocalypse.
However, outside the barrier, there were dense, mountain-like piles of charred corpses, some still emitting black smoke, giving off an even stronger, nauseating odor.
The remains of the rotting corpses burned by the fireballs formed a strange "defense line."
This shocking contrast meant that not many new students could stomach this sumptuous lunch.
Most of them just sat there dully, their faces pale, occasionally picking up a cup of water to moisten their dry throats.
Although the sounds of vomiting had decreased, the churning in their stomachs had not stopped.
At this moment, inside the magic tower, on a spacious terrace, an elegant figure stood quietly beside Dumbledore.
She had long, dark green hair and a beautiful face; it was none other than Professor Minerva McGonagall.
She gazed at the devastated scorched earth outside the barrier and the silent new students, a trace of unbearable pity between her brows.
