It hadn't taken long for the three of us to find my amputated leg leaning up against a pile of destroyed droids. If it weren't for the fact that it was not conscious or capable of thought, it looked as if it were placed in such a position as if to say 'you were looking for me?'.

Harry levitated it over to me and grimaced as blood dripped from the severed limb. With an alacrity that I never usually displayed I grasped the leg from the air and immediately activated my abilities. First I disassembled it and re-assembled it from my 'stump', then I restitched all of my nerves together on a molecular level, finally I ensured that it was 100% accurate to the original.

After a minute of ensuring my new leg was fine I finally stood up. Stretching my legs felt weird at first but soon returned to normal as my neural pathways quickly comprehended the fact that I had just lost a leg and regained it within about a minute.

"Dog, I'm never letting you teleport us like that again." The old man stifled a chuckle beneath his right hand, nodding in time to the snickers that slipped through despite his best efforts.

"Padfoot, Elsa, we've got bigger problems..." Both of us turned to regard Harry and found him with his wand extended and around one hundred battle droids marching down the corridor.

What followed was a storm of blaster fire that was immediately halted by a ginormous Protego shield. The young slayer of basilisks and defeater of dark lords quickly swished his wand and a whirlpool worth of water cascaded from the very tip of his wand and battered against the hallway's walls. The B1 battle droids and the super battle droids looked at one another just as they were plunged under the wave of water and then smashed against the durasteel flooring.

"There's more on the way, I can feel it." Sirius stated and turned to another hallway that split off from this junction. The dark green lighting highlighted more droids running towards us.

Framed by the very Slytherin aesthetic the older man whipped his wand upwards and then slashed it down, a wave of bright gold Fiendfyre coiling against the walls, roof and floor until it narrowed into the form of three massive wolves that proceeded to leap onto the droids and melt them upon contact.

As my companions fought off the droids I slipped into my mind, feeling out for any technology in which to dive into. There were little responses around us but the singular panel that did respond allowed me to hack into all of the security feeds across the very damaged ship.

There were very little droids left on the ship as the vessel had all of its engines blown out, the bridge was exposed to space and the life systems were puttering out. It seems the section that we had landed in was one of the only sections with workable life support and also happened to be the hallway that blead into the escape pod section. Groaning at the possibility of running into that other sith I exited my vision and watched the whirlpool slosh onto the ground lazily, Harry lowering his wand and scanning the hallway.

"We're in the only breathable section of the ship. The escape pods are down Harry's hallway." Sirius barked a laugh as he snapped the connection between his magic and the Fiendfyre, the flames smouldering away into ashes, which just so happened to be the remains of the droids.

"So you're saying that it was because of me we are still alive?" The old dog asked innocently as an evil smirk crawled onto his face. Harry and I shared a collective eyeroll soon after.

"Mutt, we have bigger things to worry about... Like getting to those life pods." His god son's words seemed to have sucked away his jovial attitude as he wiped away his cheshire expression.

"Right. We'll leave fighting that other sith to you Darth Nexis." I nodded and stalked down the soaked hallway, the water splashing against the soles of my boots. The wizards followed me soon after, exchanging some hushed words as I rounded the corner and noted a singular hallway that narrowed down into a singular bulkhead.

At the precipice of entering the escape pod chamber was a bald woman with ashen-grey skin and a vein-filled complexion that seemed to snarl at the light, despite how dim it was in this hall. On her hips were two sleek curved lightsabers that sported slightly sharp protrusions near the ejection point of the blade. She wasn't armoured well and her garb seemed to prioritize speed and dexterity.

"Well, well, well... It seems we've found the little acolytes of the Bane's Sith!" I proclaimed loudly, making Harry and Sirius stop just before rounding the corner, the two of them staying true to their statements made but seconds ago.

The woman instantly hissed and turned, the two lightsabers slapping into her palms and activating, bathing the water-slick hall behind me in a light dusting of red light.

"Who, are you...? Tyrannus has not sent any, assistance...!" Her words were somehow whisper-shouted and came with a curious case of lisping that bordered on someone trying to replicate how a snake would sound if they could communicate.

"I am Darth Nexis. True Sith, trained under the likes of Sorcus Syn, Tulak Hord, Naga Sadow, Darth Traya, Darth Apocrypha and Ajunta Pall." The woman in front of me narrowed her venomous blue eyes. She clearly didn't recognise any of those names, despite how much of a name drop they should have been considering the hero-worship that most Sith displayed in the Holocron memories.

"Trained by fools then, since they have long since died and have had their names forgotten to time!" She dropped into a lower stance, displaying a rather dangerous attacking posture that was extreme even for Vaapad; the Ferocity Form.

Sighing I pulled the lightsaber that I had created back upon Korriban from my pocket and activated it. The blade itself wasn't anything special, a typical Sith's ruby red blade. Shaft and detailing were bland, non-descript, efficient. This wasn't the actual blade I had planned for myself, merely an emergency one created on the spur of the moment.

"We shall see." The woman scoffed at my words and leapt at me with a ferocity that barely came close to Tulak Hord's. A stab was swiftly parried to the side, going wide into a wall as my right leg raised upwards into her gut and plunged into one of her ribs.

She was a quick adversary however and quickly used a burst of celerity to pivot around the full blow, only taking a bruise to her side as she twirled on her toes and proceeded to drop one hand to the ground to balance herself.

I didn't let her have a moment however and quickly tugged on her hand with the force, forcing her to counteract it and therefor unbalance herself. As she stumbled forwards I took two powerful strides towards her and slashed upwards with my lightsaber, intending to slice her right shoulder off of her body.

Another burst followed and she stabbed out once more, her second lightsaber slashing at my ribs. With a delicate flicker on my fingers my blade whirled around and slapped the stabbing blow downwards into the floor as the slashing blade was caught in a bind with the, now-reversed, blade. A flicker of awe, anger and outrage poured out from her before it was turned into full shock as I punched my left hand forwards and grabbed her throat, her blades sagging in her grasp as strength began to sap away from her body and to her throat in an effort to resist.

"It seems your master didn't teach you well. You are an acolyte, so it makes sense... What doesn't make much sense however is that you are unaware of the history of the sith." She tried to spit in my face as she dangled angrily at the end of my arm, her hands clawing and scratching away at my chiselled arms.

I continued my monologue. "Have those who follow Bane fallen so far as to ignore their history, where they came from?" The tennets of a true sith flitted through my mind momentarily before her response shook me from my consideration.

"Ty-rannus, bare-ly, giv-es me any-thing..." She started going purple in the face as her airflow stifled to unbearable levels.

"Hmm... That is the failing of the master then... Perhaps Sidious will be more learned?" The woman looked utterly confused.

'So she doesn't know about the plan to overthrow the Republic and make it an Empire. She's a minor character that is being used as a pawn in their game. Definitely not as impactful as Grievous was said to be in the movies.' My thoughts were perforated as the woman's eyebrows started flickering.

"Very well," I dropped her and let her catch her breath, the woman clutching at her throat and breathing deeply, "you shall come with us to Coruscant to meet these Jedi and this Sidious. Let us see what happened with the Grand Republic and its protectors, mmm?" She nodded reluctantly, her eyes darting to the two other figures who were now walking over to the blast door and unlocking it.

"Yo- you can't unlock it... It needs my personal, code..." She wheezed out as the blast door opened with an easy squeak. Her face went apoplectic as Harry and Sirius started laughing whilst opening the life-pod doors.

"Don't worry about it. My friends here have quite a way with magic and this technology could hardly be considered impossible to influence." Her eyes widened in fear at my words, the fear enhanced as she heard the word 'magic'. Her irises widened as she watched the wizards calmly cast some cleaning spells on the interior of the life-pods.

"magic?" I smirked and casually lifted her to her feet.

"You will listen to all three of us. You will not attempt to flee. You will not fight the Jedi unless we say so. In exchange, we can teach you of the Sith and the force... Perhaps, one of us may take you on as an apprentice." I intoned offhandedly whilst pushing her forwards towards the closest life pod.

"She can be my apprentice..." Sirius stuck his head out of his own life-pod and grinned lasciviously whilst eyeing her up and down.

"Down dog." Harry said with a snicker, his emerald green eyes swirling with a deep yellow flash every now and then, as if to punctuate his words and intent.

"Ruin all of my fun... Just like Lily..." The old dog muttered as he stepped back inside his life-pod.

"Now, now, let's just survive this first and then we can move onto sex-stuff." I chuckled at the middle finger that was thrust out of Sirius's pod.

I turned to look at Ventress and calmly pushed her towards the pod next to mine. She took my meaning clearly and stepped inside, pressing the door button soon after. I too stepped into a life-pod and then activated the ejection system, Harry and Sirius following soon after. It was fortunate that the Holocrons taught some very basic skills for technology.

'Well, let's see how the Jedi here are...'

~~~
"Sir! Four life pods have been detected on sensor scans. Each have a life sign. One of them is broadcasting a basic request for help on all normal channels."
Obi Wan felt the pit in his stomach swirl to stillness as the force eased down from its prior furious state. Whatever or whoever was in those pods was the source of the force's... Could it be called, worrying? He shook the errant thought to the back of his mind and responded to the officer's report.
"Tractor them into the hangar bays. Have the Navel Clone detachment aboard assemble around them and notify Anakin that we have possibly apprehended Asajj Ventress." The officer grimaced before nodding, his fingers already gliding over his station as he sent alerts off to the relevant personnel.
"Arrange for a speedy withdrawal once the Enforcer has patched their engines." The rest of the bridge dived back into activity. They had lost an entire Venator in this battle along with its crew, but the war wasn't over and there was work to do.
