Mera: We're inside the Ogre Kingdom now, right?Tank: Yes, Princess Mera. This kingdom is called Orland.Mera: I see, so—
Scene — Suddenly, a loud voice echoes.Voice: HELP! SOMEBODY HELP!!
Everyone becomes alert.
Mera: That voice…! Someone needs help!Volt: It's coming from over there!
Scene — Mera has six guards in total.(Note: their appearances were already shown in "I Am the One Who Never Forgets Who I Am – Special.")
All of them rush toward the direction of the voice. Soon, they arrive and stand on top of a tree branch, looking down.They see several Ogres — some dead, some badly injured — and in front of them are five monsters, each having three legs, five eyes, six hands, and one tail.
Jolt: Those are monsters!Mera: Protect everyone!
Scene — Mera's five guards rush forward instantly, while Mera and Tank stay back.
Tank: These monsters are usually found in the Green Land Forest. It's rare to see them in any other jungle.Mera: Are they powerful?Tank: For normal people, yes. But for us… it's no more difficult than taking a walk.Mera: I see.
Scene — In the middle of battle, Mera's guards slash through all five monsters in an instant.
Nearby, three ogres are trying to protect one heavily injured ogre — while several others lie dead on the ground.Mera and Tank approach them.
Mera: Are you all okay?One of the three ogres speaks:Ogre: Thank you for saving us. This is our prince — Ojash Kilo.Tank: And this is our princess, Princess Mera.Ojash: Oh! What brings you to my kingdom?Mera: My guards and I are traveling across the world.Ojash: I see… but you don't look like an ordinary traveler.Mera: Then let me introduce myself properly.
I am Mera, the Vampire Mother.
Ojash: Vampire…?Mera: Yes, a new race — and I am the first being of that race. My father created me, and he also created these six guards — their race is called Nin. They were made to protect me. They're both my guards and my brothers.Tank: My name is Tank.Volt: My name is Volt.Jolt: My name is Jolt.Pop: My name is Pop.Melan: My name is Melan.Roku: And my name is Roku.
Ojash: Ah, I see! You're all welcome in the Orland Kingdom. I'm Ojash Kilo, prince of this kingdom. Thank you for saving my life.Mera: I was taught by my grandfather and grandmother — if someone's in danger, you must save them.Ojash: Please, come with me to my palace.
Scene — Mera looks at Tank and nods.Tank: Okay.
Scene — Everyone starts walking. Next, they arrive at the palace — a medium-sized castle colored red and green, surrounded by a large garden. Guards stand everywhere, from the main gate to the halls inside.
Ojash, Mera, and her group enter the main hall. On both sides sit many ogres, and in front, above them, the Ogre King sits on his throne.
Ojash: Father, I have returned! (kneels down)
Scene — Ojash kneels, but Mera and her guards remain standing. Seeing this, one of the kingdom's leaders speaks:Leader Ogre: Hey! You people, kneel before the King!
Tank: (whispers) Princess, if you say the word, we'll destroy this entire kingdom for insulting you.Mera: (whispers back) No need. But if I kneel before a lowly being, what respect will be left for our father?Volt: Right, Princess.Pop: We and our Princess will never bow to any lowly being!All Guards (together): Yes!
Scene — Hearing this, another leader shouts:Leader Ogre: You dare call our King a lowly being!? You'll be punished for this!
Ojash: Wait, Commander Nanu! These people saved my life today from the monsters!King: I see… In that case, for saving my son's life, I will forgive your disrespect and invite you all to stay in my palace for a few days.Mera: No problem.Tank: But remember one thing — if anyone insults our Princess, we, the guards of Princess Mera, will not tolerate it.
